Using Your Autoresponder and Shopping Cart Together

Using Your Autoresponder and Shopping Cart Together
It is essential that purchase orders from your website
receive acknowledgment immediately. You can do this by
using an autoresponder and your shopping cart. Actually,
most shopping carts have their own built in system.

You should include several things when setting up your
autoresponder to convey messages to someone who has
recently made a purchase. This is your chance to speak to
your client, while telling them about any other deals you
may have or specific items that are available to them. You
should use your autoresponder and shopping cart together,
it is a great opportunity.

Never, place your thank you sales message on the same
autoresponder as your email sales receipts. Placing your
sales message on the customer access email is a bad idea as
well. It would fit much better on the sales receipt email.
Anytime you send out a thank you sales message, send it out
alone. This way your client focuses solely on that message.

Thank your customer for their recent purchase, while
telling them how much the service or product will help
them. You may also let them know about any other products
available to them that correspond with the purchase they
just made. For example, shampoo and cream rinse for the
hair. Vacuum cleaners need bags and carpet cleaning powder.
Tell them about your range of products as well, as how they
compliment each other for purchase.

Just remember not to let your customers get away from you
with no further contact. Consider a physical location,
there are many items for sale by the registers, these are
impulse or last minute purchases. Your thank you sales
letter serves the same purpose.

Do not assail your clients. Sure it is alright to
periodically send information to them concerning your
specials once they make a purchase, however, emailing them
daily is not good business it is spam. Responsively use
your autoresponders.

Take the time to find out that your autoresponder set up
can automatically remove requests. Be mindful that any
information you send to your clients is of value to them.

In conclusion, automate your business is always suggested
through the proper use of technology. By integrating
autoresponder and shopping cart, you can leverage on
technology to handle two of most tedious traditional
business functions. Following up client was never this easy
before the invention of autoresponder. Also, check-out
department was what ususally prompt for errors is now
automated through the use of shopping cart.

Combining these two functions into one will empower your
business and strengthen the relationship between you and
your customers.

RoadmapToRiches Business Review - An Honest Look At The Truth

RoadmapToRiches Business Review - An Honest Look At The Truth
Are you looking for information on the RoadmapToRiches
income opportunity? What follows is an unbiased look at
what the program has to offer you.

A) The Company

RoadmapToRiches was founded by Brian Grant, an ex-football
player. The program was launched in 2007 in an effort to
sell quality personal development products.

The company has since made an attempt to lodge itself in
the near $9 billion per year personal development industry.

B) The Cost To Join

With the millions of people every year looking for ways to
work from home, RoadmapToRiches can provide you with an
opportunity to promote valuable personal development
products to them.

How much money is needed to join?

* $999 for the products

* $49.95 per month admin. fee

The monthly fee gives you access to the company replicated
website. It also covers hosting, your capture page and
auto-responders.

There is a 3-day refund policy. This way you can take a
little bit of time to review the products.

C) Regarding The Compensation Plan

RoadmapToRiches offers a modified 2-up payment plan.
Essentially this means you will have to pass up half of
each of your first 2 sales to your sponsor. These are
often referred to as training sales.

So, what will you be making exactly?

* $499.50 per sale on your first 2 sales.

* $999 per sale from your 3rd sale on

The company makes the claim that having to give up sales to
your sponsor is exactly what motivates him or her to help
you succeed. While this is mostly true, once you have
passed up a good portion of your initial profits, your
sponsor will no longer be motivated to help you.

You are now their direct competition.

The biggest challenge most people face is promoting their
opportunity or products effectively. Losing guidance from
your sponsor after only 2 sales is a disadvantage.

The quickest way to online financial success is to find
someone that has already achieved what you hope to achieve,
and then copy what that person does. This is a little
difficult to do if your sponsor leaves you in the dust.

Conclusion

The RoadmapToRiches income opportunity is not a scam. It
offers legitimate personal development products for resale.
However, the main disadvantage is having to pass up money
from your first two sales. Also, eventually becoming your
sponsor's direct competition can hinder your business from
developing at the speed you want.

Keep in mind the importance of learning how to market your
opportunity or products effectively. You can boast an
amazing payment plan and valuable products, but if you
aren't able to drive traffic to your site, it will be
difficult to grow your business and make money.

Ultimately, you will be the one that needs to decide if
RoadmapToRiches is what you're looking for. Make sure to
do research on whatever online opportunity you happen to be
looking at.

How Can You Avoid Failing With Online Income Opportunities?

How Can You Avoid Failing With Online Income Opportunities?
There are many people that get online and start a home
business with one of the many online income opportunities.
They fail to realize how hard it can be to make a home
business successful.

Many people do not understand how some people can be
successful while there are a lot of others that struggle
with it. So here is how you can avoid being one of the
people who fail.

One: You don't want to spend all of your time worrying
about every single potential customer. You need to provide
your customers with good, quality products, information and
help but you need to remember that you can't be everything
to everyone.

You want to give what you can but if you can't then don't
beat yourself up about it. After all, you are only one
person who can only help so many people. So concentrate on
helping the people you can and stop worrying about the ones
you can't.

Two: You have to take action with any of the online income
opportunities that you start your internet business with.
If you don't take action on a daily basis you will never
achieve success and you will fall into the same failure
trap that a lot of other people do. It doesn't matter if
you can only do a little on your home business, as long as
you do something every single day you will achieve the
success that you want over time.

Three: Don't let fear stop you or anything else for that
matter. A lot of people get overwhelmed and start feeling
like they won't be able to succeed so they give up before
they really try.

If you want to be successful with online income
opportunities then you will have to work hard and do
whatever it takes to make it happen. Too many people will
get frustrated and give up because it is too hard for them.
That is fine for them but if you really want to succeed
with your home business then you can't ever give up no
matter what.

You need to remember that anyone can succeed if you really
want to. The only reason you will fail is if you give up.

So make up your mind that you will succeed with any of the
online income opportunities that you choose to do. If you
do that and you take action every day then you will be a
success with your home business before you know what
happened.

Must Have Internet Marketing Tools For Any Home Business

Must Have Internet Marketing Tools For Any Home Business
When you have a home business that you want to make
successful there will be so many internet marketing tools
that you will need to help you. If you don't know what
tools you will need then it can become very frustrating.

Trying to find the ones that will benefit your business the
most is critical to your success. This is especially true
if you are new to internet marketing.

So you need to know what some of the internet marketing
tools are that everyone who has a home business should
have. These tools are really important to have in your
internet marketing toolbox.

Website - This is one tool that a lot of people will
already have but it is important enough to mention here. If
you don't have a website, than you want to get one set up
for you or build one yourself if you know how.

Autoresponder - This is important because it will help to
free up a lot of your time but it will also give you a good
way to keep in contact with your customers. It is very
important to your success that you keep up with your
customers because this will help you make money in the
future.

Newsletter or Ezine - You want to have this so that you
have a very simple way of keeping in contact with your
customers. This can be delivered to your subscribers with
the autoresponder.

You want to set up a newsletter or ezine that offers good,
quality information and products that are free most of the
time. You can send a product advertisement to the people on
your list when you have something to sell. Otherwise, take
good care of your subscribers and this internet marketing
tool will become the most important one in your internet
marketing toolbox.

Ad tracking software - This is a must have internet
marketing tool. This will tell you exactly where and where
not to advertise.

This is also great for running email campaigns to your list
because it will track exact clicks, sales and so on. This
is imperative to your internet marketing because if you
don't know where the traffic is coming from, how do you
know what needs to be changed or left the same and repeated?

These are not all of the internet marketing tools that you
will need but they are the most important ones. It is
always a good idea to learn as much as you can about
internet marketing because this will help you figure out
the rest of the tools you will need.

Plus ll also help you succeed with your business because
without it you won't go anywhere. So take your time, learn
all you can and build your toolbox over a period of time so
you can achieve maximum success with your home business.

Stop Sabotaging Your Success - Real Strategies to Implement Now

Stop Sabotaging Your Success - Real Strategies to Implement Now
It is easy to point out the problems - like sabotaging your
SEO success by ignoring the long terms affects of certain
techniques.

Here are the solutions - the ways you can still benefit
from the various techniques, without contributing to their
demise.

The primary thought behind all techniques should be: "What
is natural"?

If you are constantly asking yourself, "Am I using this in
a way that the search engines will view as a natural
enhancement to my site and not as an overused and abused
method"? then you should be fine. So, Keep it Natural,
Don't (Over) Use and Abuse should be your new mantra.

Let's look at specifics.

RSS Feeds:

* Do: Use them to enhance existing content.

* Don't: Use them in place of hand written, unique content

* Do: Limit the number of feeds you use on any given page
to 3 or 4.

* Don't: Clutter every page on your site with endless feeds.

* Do: Target feeds are specific to the keywords you are
using on each page.

* Don't: Put feeds that are about other topics that are not
relevant on your site.

* Do: Turn your hottest, most newsworthy content into feeds
to get out there to other people. Blog posts are a natural
for feeding content to other people. Blogs are often
updated very frequently and are about the hottest topics in
your industry.

Article Syndication:

* Do: Post your article on your own site first, and wait
for it to be indexed by the engines before you syndicate it
out.

* Do: Date each article with the date it was written.

* Do: Interlink your articles to other articles on your
site that you have written that are relevant to the topic.

* Do: Update your SiteMap when you add articles to your
site.

* Do: Link to your article from your Blog.

* Don't: Post the article on your Blog and on your site -
that is duplicating content and can be considered spam.

* Do: Take the time to create different versions of your
article. When syndicating articles out to various article
sites, use a handful of different version. Vary the text
used as the anchor text in the links, and vary the pages
that you link to within your site in the various versions.
This will give Google what they are looking for - varying
anchor text and links going to many pages on your site, not
just one. This is one of the most important, and overlooked
steps out there. This alone can increase the value you get
from article syndication.

* Don't: Stuff your article with too many links to your
site.

* Don't: Link to pages on your site that are not relevant
to your article topic.

* Do: Create an Article Syndication Plan so that you have a
clear plan to consistently release quality articles out to
the public. Often people go crazy getting a couple articles
out there, but then never do it again. Constant
syndication, at a natural rate will get you the most
benefit.

* Do: Remember to look at the guidelines of each source you
submit to - they all have various rules for submitting
articles.

* Do: Consider the "keyword weight" of your article; aim
for a good keyword density, using 1 - 2 keywords per
article.

* Don't: Stuff the article with keywords, creating
something that is not an easy flowing read for your
audience.

* Do: Look for a unique viewpoint or angle when writing
your article. Rehashing the same old topics, sharing the
same old opinions won't get you as much mileage out of the
article.

* Do: Have fun with it. Let your personality shine through
in your writing. Articles should not be stiff and stilted.
Let your readers connect with you through your writing.

* Do: Consider breaking longer articles into a 2 or 3 part
series. This will vary how the engines see the content out
there, and it creates suspense and anticipation as readers
wait to see what the next article in the series will say.

* Do: stay on top of the latest talk, news and buzz in your
industry and be prepared to quickly pump out a great
article to take advantage of some hot buzz or breaking news
in your industry.

Press Releases:

* Do: Consider the topic of the press release, and make
sure you can say YES to the following questions: Is this a
topic that people other than me will find interesting? Is
this positive press for me and my company, without being
too filed with hype and sales pitches?

* Do: Keep the press release witty, to the point,
informational and well written. Don't elaborate on too many
small points. In a press release, often less is more.

* Don't: Send out a press release every day, unless you
have something newsworthy to share every day.

* Do: Have your press release edited.

* Don't: Send out a press release riddled with errors.

* Do: Verify all facts and information used in your release.

* Don't: Under-use releases. You should plan on 1 or 2
releases each month, as long as you have news to back them
up. More is OK only if the news is really important to
release out there.

* Do: Ask an expert if you aren't sure if your topic is
news worthy.

* Do: Include a link back to your site, where people can
get more information.

* Do: Create a section on your site where all your press
releases are archived. It is great for credibility.

With careful thought and planning, using some of your own
creative ideas and sticking to the Do's and Don'ts outlined
above, you can expect long term success with these
techniques.

Whether you handle your SEO yourself, or hire a firm to get
your rankings - be sure the focus is on long term success
and not abusing techniques.

Always stay current - if a technique is abused and no
longer beneficial, you'll want to eliminate it from your
repertoire quickly so it doesn't hurt you.

Happy SEOing!

Personal Success With MLM Forums

Personal Success With MLM Forums
Information is power and in the world of multi level
marketing (MLM) there is nothing more powerful than a MLM
forum to help your personal success. Yet be warned that not
all forums are created equal and even though some offer an
astounding array of niches and rooms where information may
be gleaned quickly, easily and succinctly, others turn out
to be little more than network marketers' tepid attempts of
dressing up their promotional campaign under the guise of a
forum approach. Exploiting the power of an MLM forum
requires you to spend a bit of time there to get a feel for
the posts and posters and to be able to ascertain the
genuineness of the information provided.

Begin by simply checking out some of the bugger forums
devoted to multi level marketing and look around. Is there
lively discussion about a plethora of network marketing
opportunities or does the forum seem to be devoted to one
or maybe two different products or programs? The narrower
the focus the less posters you will find attracted to the
forum and the fewer posters will visit the forum the less
interesting tidbits of information will you be able to
glean.

Next, check the age of the posts. If they are old, then the
information you will be able to find is most likely
outdated and therefore of little use. Secondly, if you have
questions, need help, or simply require a bit of a reality
check, then a forum that is not visited often as others
will not be the best place to go in search of answers. In
addition, frequent only the forums that have stated posting
rules and policies, and also have someone in charge
enforcing them. A well maintained forum should be a place
of learning, encouragement and an exchange of ideas rather
than a stomping ground for the disillusioned and frustrated.

The community of posters ought to be another aspect to
consider when exploiting the power of an MLM forum for your
personal success. Hardheaded, inflexible, and unimaginative
posters will offer the same kind of advice that most likely
will get you nowhere in the business; similarly, flighty
and unrealistic posters will not give you the reality check
you need. While each forum will contain some of each, the
mix should be its own method of checks and balances. It is
interesting to note that the most useful forums are those
where different opinions are freely and strongly expressed,
and while tempers may flare once in a while, they are
always kept in check. This kind of dialog will attract a
plethora of online entrepreneurs who are not afraid to put
in their two cents, and thus fulfilling the very role of
the sounding board it purported to take on. This kind of
exchange truly is empowering, and will most likely spur you
on to bigger and better things, and may quite possibly be
the catalyst that will see your business take off and pass
some of the competition!

Costly Email Marketing Mistakes

Costly Email Marketing Mistakes
When an email program is designed and executed well it can
bring more subscribers and revenue than what was targeted.
If, executed poorly it will get terrible results and also
anger among recipients and not to forget answering your
boss's innumerable questions.

Outlook is the most used email client, so it shouldn't be
ignored, especially the Outlook Junk Filter. But many
companies do not spare time to learn about keywords and
symbols with the default filter searches for. Some of the
common words and symbols, which are also the most widely
used, used for filtering the email as spam are 'free' and
exclamation mark at the end of the subject line. But the
word 'free' does not always arouse suspicion like many
legitimate email marketers think. It can be used correctly
and in context with shipping or sample, etc. Nobody can
disagree that it is still the most effective email offer.
So the key here is to know the words and how to use them so
that the email does not get caught by spam or bulk mail
filters.

Certainly quality costs money, which also applies to email
marketing. Some marketers say that even low cost email list
delivers a respectable turn over, but experts advise that
more expensive list produces even bigger returns because of
high quality. Another point to be noted here is that when
you are mailing to an inferior quality list, you are
actually harming your brand.

The subject lines of eNewsletters must not be meaningless.
Examples are 'SE Update #101', 'Career Journal Today' and
'eClub Newsletter'. These subject lines say nothing at all,
when it is the purpose of the subject line to entice the
recipient to open the email. Things such as issue number
and words saying that this email is a newsletter are of no
value; instead they should include information which will
grab the attention of readers.

A target link which will work in one email client won't
work in another. For example, if it was mentioned 'AB
Company' in the "from" line, it will be displayed as
'marketing@ABCompany' in AOL email client. If it is written
'Order by Sunday for Free Shipping and Arrival by Nov 28'
in the subject line, AOL will render it as 'Order by Sunday
for Free Shipping and Arrival by Nov'. Either some part of
the message is missing or the content is manipulated. So
such variables must be tested in different email clients
and if not, it will have a big impact on the email results.

The ease in email marketing when compared to other
marketing is the immediacy of testing. If variables aren't
tested regularly then the medium is not used correctly.
Successive and regular testing not only builds but refines
results. Many marketers like to test on rented list, but
wouldn't mail in great number to the best performing email
lists.

It is understood that the email campaign is successful when
it promotes a compelling offer. Compelling does not mean
that the offer should be 'free' or '50% off', but it should
be of value and relevant to the reader. The lists must be
segmented and the offers made must be more relevant to the
recipient's needs, behavior and interest. When lists are
being rendered, the most appropriate ones must be selected
and the offer must be developed upon the needs of the
targeted audience.

Some of the top email clients have emerged as big
challenges for the customer oriented marketers. Every ISP
has its own issue which needs immediate addressing, such as
HTML compatibility issues, spam, blacklisting, and volume
based filters, etc. The biggest mistake is not monitoring
the results by ISP or domain. Problem is not known until it
is discovered.

Everyone is becoming search engine optimized. The key to
reach the top ranking on top search engines is search
engine optimized content. Since eNewsletters are the best
content sources, they definitely must be search engine
optimized by including various keywords, so as to increase
the rankings.

How To Get The Best Deals In Canada

How To Get The Best Deals In Canada
Everyone likes a bargain and Canadian shoppers are no
exception. So, what is a good deal? And how are Canadians
finding the best deals in Canada these days?

Well most Canadians will agree that getting the best deals
in Canada will mean that you have purchased a quality
product at the lowest possible price and have not just
settled for the price on the tag. Getting a good deal also
means that you are getting good service from the retailer.

Canadian shoppers have become some of the biggest and best
deal hunters in the world and as a result various forms of
multimedia has now been established which can assist them
to make the most informed decisions to get the best deals
in Canada.

Although some multinational companies have been
experimenting with online shopping interfaces for a number
of years, it has only been recently that smaller retailers
in Canada are beginning to produce websites which offer
more detailed information about their products. Retailers
are now adding to their regular advertising strategies by
producing more catalogs (which are more readily available
both in-store and online) and establishing innovative and
very user friendly websites which have regular product
updates and deals and guarantee secure online payment
options.

Retailers have taken notice of the valid market research
being conducted amongst Canadian shoppers. The results are
suggesting that many of us are becoming 'clickaholics', or
in other terms, deciding that shopping online suits us
better than spending hours wandering aimlessly around
shopping malls. Although shopping malls were once
considered to be more convenient than many small shops
scattered around a town, consumers find that by
incorporating a bit of shopping time online during a busy
day at work is more efficient than leaving the comfort of
the office or home environment.

There are a few Canada online shopping sites which help
consumers to utilize the latest search engine technology to
find the best Canadian deals, free products and coupons.
Some of the websites have shopping discussions or forums
which provided the shopper with some much needed social
interaction and a chance to discuss shopping experiences -
both good and bad! Other shopping sites help the Canadian
deal hunter with finding the best warehouse sales, sample
sales, outlet stores, discounts stores, auctions, flea
markets and more! They claim to help the online shopper
save thousands of dollars each year by keeping them fully
aware of the best deals in Canada.

The best deals in Canada include, but are not limited to,
savings on women's and men's apparel, beauty products,
sporting goods, household furniture and electrical
appliances, to name a few. The latest web based interface
designed to assist both the consumer and retailer are price
comparison websites. Price comparison websites are becoming
more and more popular as shoppers want to find the best
in-store and online deals in Canada. The idea is multi
functional as the retailers are getting excellent leverage
from the advertising and the Canadian consumer is getting
all the best deals in one location at a few easy clicks.

There are several websites that provide Canadian online
shoppers with a quality comparison shopping option. These
sites enable deal seekers to compare prices in Canada for
products such as computers, electronics, gadgets, cameras
and books from Canadian retailers in Canadian dollars. The
consumers also benefit from avoiding cross-border taxes and
shipping costs.

These comparison shopping sites typically offer an
extremely user friendly interface which clearly displays
all the categories of the products they are advertising.
The consumer is able to view the product in full color and
then read reviews on any product they are interested in
purchasing. The information pages are very useful and
contain descriptions on the product including the model,
price and product.

Getting the best deals in Canada is now so much easier due
to the well designed web based interfaces which are
guaranteeing a happy and safe online shopping experience.
For many, the days of being able to only search for a deal
in Canada by physically searching for hours through
clothing racks or amongst shelving are gone!

How to write good lead capture pages

How to write good lead capture pages
A good lead capture page is essential in order to get more
leads it can be the difference between success and failure
in an online business. It's all about getting those leads.
So what does a lead capture page do? Well it provides
information about you and your product and hopefully
entices your prospect to give you their details and hence
become a lead.

There are several key aspects to creating a good lead
capture page. I will deal with the actual content of the
page here rather than how to make the page using html or
frontpage , Flash etc.

The first aspect is a good header or title. This is one of
the most important parts of your page as it's the first
thing your prospect will see and has to grab their
attention and make them read more or they will just click
off and onto something else and you've lost your
opportunity. something like "Systems Work - People Fail -
You've heard the success stories - Now it's your turn to
become one" It's a bold statement that is not self
explanitairy but is entriging so entices the customer to
read on to find out what its all about. Also it mentions
that it's their chance to be a success and who does not
want that.

The second aspect is that you need to tell your story. It
needs to be personal so as the prospect feels like they can
connect with you and identify with you. The prospect needs
to feel like they are getting to know you at the same time
as getting to know about you opportunity. There are tools
that you can use to help with the connection you need to
make with the prospect. A video is great as the prospect
can see and hear you so they feel more of a connection. A
photograph also works really well especially when coupled
with a voice message is almost as good as a video. The body
language and the tones and expressions in your voice really
help with this connection.

The third aspect is that you need to have the lead capture
section where the prospect will enter their details
(usually their name and email possibly with a phone number)
It is essential that in this section you have a call to
action. In other words a statement that tells the prospect
what you would like them to do next. Like "Enter your email
here" - You can back this up with a message in your voice
or video message. Something like "enter your email and I
will get straight back to you with all the details of
exactly how I make money"

The colours that are used on the page are also important.
Generally a dark blue background with a white column in the
centre with black text on and a red title work best but
play around with the options and fonts to see what works
best.

Once you have built you lead capture page you should go
through a testing process which is often refered to as
split testing. The purpose of this is to refine your page
to see what is working best. The principal is that you
should send traffic through two versions of the same page
and see which works best. There are tools that can help you
with this so that you can test two pages at the same time.
If you google "Split Testing" there are several listed -
Including googles own tool. It is best to change one small
item on the page to see what works best. Even the smallest
changes can make a difference - start with the Header or
Title as that is the most important part. Try changing the
Colour or the Font of the title - Put some traffic through
both pages and see which one converts click to leads the
best. Then take the best page and make another small change
to start the process over again. This way you can gradually
refine your page to see what works best.

Internet Sales - 5 Amazing Tactics to Boost Your Website Sales

Internet Sales - 5 Amazing Tactics to Boost Your Website Sales
Not satisfied with your website sales? Struggling to find
ways to make your internet marketing dream actually work?
Here are five proven tactics to get your internet sales
into the fast lane and put money in the bank.

1. Make the best use of banner ads. And this means not
having too many of them! Put plenty of factual, useful
content on your site, interspersed with banners that are
relevant to the subject. Visitors will be psychologically
'programmed' to click on an interesting looking banner if
they have been inspired or 'turned on' by some exciting
content.

2. Look for online businesses that are selling related
products to the theme of your site and offer them free
advertising space. (Yes, free! Don't be mean!) Ask them for
a link to your site from theirs in return. If their sites
are well known and respected this will reflect well on your
own and will build trust and confidence in your visitors.
Plus you will benefit from the back-link to your site in
the search engines.

3. Always give people some means of contacting you, either
by email or telephone. Interacting with your visitors in a
polite and helpful way when they have questions about any
of your products or services will convert to more sales.
Your business address should also be on the website as this
tells your visitors you are serious about your business.

4. Letting your visitors know how generous you are will get
you brownie points big time. Think of a good cause that
your visitors can identify with and tell them that, during
your special promotion, you will donate say $1 dollar per
sale, or maybe a percentage of the selling price, to
such-and-such a cause. Visitors will respond readily to
such magnanimous giving. Of course, you must follow this up
after the promotion with a note on your site saying how
much you were able to send as a result of their fulsome
purchases.

5. Every website should have a newsletter or course on
offer. These can be easily set up using an auto-responder
and will enable you to keep in touch with your visitors on
a regular basis. Your newsletter content will remind them
of the benefits of visiting your site and you can give them
the heads up on all the exciting new products and services
you are offering. Keep each 'issue' short but full of
useful content that your subscribers will be grateful to
receive.

Put as many of these five tactics to work on your website
as you can and see the difference. Every website needs
sales, which means you must have visitors, and preferably
repeat visitors who will buy again and again. Find a way
into their hearts and minds and you can't lose.

Success Is Achievable

Success Is Achievable
Today was the first teleconference call a group of us had
on The Journaling For Achievement Group at Women Internet
Marketing Ning, which is a Web 2.0 site on the Internet.

We were to be discussing our goals for the month of March
and beyond. I offered to lead the group, as well as to
discuss Napoleon Hill's philosophy in "Think And Grow Rich".

Simultaneously, I read the Electronic book called "Discover
Secrets to Achieving Total Success!"

Synchronistically, the author, Dr. Joe Capista, outlined
many of Napoleon Hill's principles in the book. We were
planning to discuss our business goals on the call, but I
gleaned from Dr. Capista that goals must be multi-faceted.

We must focus not only on our business goals, but also
personal, physical, spiritual, mental, emotional and
financial goals, too.

These goals, in order to be effective, must be written
every day, and reviewed both morning and evening and
several times a day.

The card you carry with these written goals may be
laminated and kept close to where you can retrieve it.

Be clear on what you want while at the same time, believe
you can have it.

Believe you deserve to have it because if you don't believe
you deserve it or that you will never achieve this thing of
your dreams, then chances are very good that you will not.

Dr Capista also recommends a year end review of the goals
you cherished during the the 365 day cycle. Take time with
this. Savor your accomplishments. Carry forth the goals you
are still nurturing into the New Year.

Never give in to someone else's doubt about what you know
you can accomplish.

This bears frequent reflection.

Associate with other professionals who are more successful
than you are. This helps you to increase product and
service offerings, work quality as well as forcing you to
raise your own standards.

Dr Capista says that you must know your market. Develop
sponsorship for your product or service which will help to
drive the success of your business.

When our group met via phone this afternoon, I was amazed
by the superior expertise of the women on the call. I knew
immediately that I was associating with more successful
people than myself, across the board.

Yet perhaps I wasn't giving myself the credit I deserve.
But I also recognized Dr Capista's tip that this
association will help me achieve the success I so desire in
my own life. I recognized that I was raising the bar to
what I am able to do in this life time.

I recognized Dr Capista's insights that by staying close to
these women, by focusing closely on my goals, by keeping an
open mind, and continuing to learn new skills in the
Internet Marketing world, I will stay on track.

I also have a group who will hold me accountable for what I
say I am going to do. We are, in effect, a Master Mind
group. Napoleon Hill defines this as "no two minds ever
come together without creating a third, invisible,
intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind."

This third mind was with us on the call, today.

Whoever you are, Bless You.

Tips to Make Affiliate Marketing a Great Opportunity

Tips to Make Affiliate Marketing a Great Opportunity
Affiliate programs are definitely a good online opportunity
and especially for anyone who is just getting started
online because of the following:

* You don't have to create your own product

* You don't have to build a complicated website

* You don't have to take orders or deliver products

* You don't have to handle credit card transactions

* You don't have to handle refunds or customer support

Attitude Makes a Difference

Those who produce good money view affiliate marketing as a
real business, while those who see it as a "get-rich-quick"
scheme, don't see the same results. The opportunity is the
same for both, but the results are different. Attitude
makes a world of difference.

Just a quick note about effort, success and effort are
linked, so don't buy into the myth of success without
effort...that is just hoodwinking. Know that you will get
to put in effort to reach the success you are planning.

A final tip under attitude is to have fun as you build your
internet business.

Creating Success

Start with a clear plan that answers what you want, what
you are creating and why. You may want to post a reminder
of what you want along your morning path, so it will
motivate and focus you on your task for the day. The type
of reminders I refer to may be text or photos of things you
want (i.e. vacation, car, or house or a written statement
like "just say no to jobs", "no more bosses"). I'm sure
you get the idea.

Other important factors for success include the following:

1. Stay focused.

2. Create a positive environment around yourself. There are
great books by those who have success that discuss the
importance of this tip.

3. If you're just starting out, you have a lot to
learn-just as your knowledge and skills increase, so will
your income.

4. Find a proven program that will get you where you want
to go.

5. Mistakes are not failure. Learn from your mistakes and
move on.

6. Be confident and go out and find the help you need along
the way.

7. Build a good reputation by promoting quality products.

You can make an absolute killing in affiliate marketing,
but it will take some effort. Keep these tips in mind and
one final tip, success comes when 99% of the people who
were looking for it give up in frustration. The most
important thing to learn about success is not to give up.

Write An Effective Article Title To Achieve Top Search Engine Rankings

Write An Effective Article Title To Achieve Top Search Engine Rankings
Article marketing is one of the most effective marketing
strategies that you can implement for massive targeted web
traffic. So much is written on the importance of good
article content. While this is true, how to get greater
amounts of web site traffic through effective titles is
greatly overlooked.

One of the most important factors in achieving a high
ranking in the search engines is developing a good article
title. The search engines consider highly what text is
written in the title link. Just like when you optimize
your web pages on your website, articles work in the same
way. There are a few differences however.

When you write your article's title never ever use less
than four words in any title. For Example: Let us say you
have a fishing web site and want to promote the keyword
phrase "bass fishing." This keyword is extremely
competitive and almost impossible to obtain a top 10
ranking on Google. It is a very broad phrase, in which
over 8 million sites are listed. The chances of a keyword
phrase like this appearing in the top of the search engines
with an article would be very slim.

How would you get this keyword phrase to appear at the top
of the search engines? Well the answer to this question is
we would use adjectives and filler words before and or
after the keyword phrase that we are looking to rank.

Let's say you are promoting a site that sells bass fishing
lures. If we use a rifle approach rather than a shotgun
the search term that your readers are looking for will be
more focused. So let's target in this example, "Bass
Fishing With Plastic Worms". There are 377,000 sites
instead of over 8 million.

The keyword phrase "Bass Fishing" would be way to
competitive and you would most likely be wasting your time
and energy to get ranked. The second aspect of a "rifle"
approach is that your article objective is to get the sale
or more traffic. Most anyone that is using a more targeted
keyword search rather than a broad search would be more
receptive to buy from you.

The reason that you would want to write a title of over 4
words is that you will go right to the top of the Google
rankings for that targeted keyword. To be sure, there
would not be as many searches for the term "Bass Fishing
With Plastic Worms" as opposed to "Bass Fishing". But, you
will rank at the top for that keyword rather than being
listed on page 38 or something. In addition as mentioned,
you would also have more focused buyers.

The last benefit of a title of 4 plus words is that in some
cases you may also rank for other keywords such as,
"Fishing With Plastic Worms", "Fishing With Plastic", or
even "Bass Fishing". When your articles are submitted to
high quality article directories, the web traffic for your
site can grow exponentially.

A good article title will always include your targeted
keywords. Include your targeted keywords throughout a
well-written article and you will be well on your way to
achieving a successful marketing campaign of ongoing web
traffic.

----------------------------------------------------
Learn how article leverage will give you the most article
marketing visibility for your articles. Submit your
articles TopRank Article Directory to maximize your web
traffic.

Is a Big Ticket All You Need to Gain Wealth in Internet Marketing?

Is a Big Ticket All You Need to Gain Wealth in Internet Marketing?
Intro
The answer to the title of this article is "NO." Sorry to
inform you that a big ticket is not all you need to gain
wealth. There are several things that will bring wealth to
any kind of relationship and some of them are explored in
this article. Commitment to work hard, readiness to gain
knowledge of an industry, and persistence are a few things
that will bring wealth and allow for relaxation, extra time
with family, and financial freedom. It would be easy to say
yes, if found the big ticket will instantly bring wealth,
but there is no magic big ticket that will bring you
wealth. So this article will give a brief description of
the characteristics that one must possess, and how to take
advantage of the opportunity to gain wealth.

Commitment
Commitment is a promise that one makes to a person, career,
or activity. There are things that we all decide to be
committed to. For example, when two people vow to love one
another "until death do us part"; they have made a personal
commitment. When a person is hired to work with a company,
the company is obligated to fulfill certain requirements,
like wise, the hired individual has pledged to perform a
particular duty. This is another type of commitment. There
are even spiritual commitments. For example, God has
promised blessings to anyone who believes in him, and if
someone becomes dedicated to having a connection with God,
there are specific tasks that the individual must carry
out. No matter what type of commitment, each individual's
level of assurance determines the success of the
relationship.

Gain Knowledge
Anytime a new relationship is developed, no matter what
type of commitment, one must be ready to learn. Let me ask
you a simple question: if you could simply push a button or
sign up for a service or join a program and instantaneously
you became rich- everything just happened "automatically"
... don't you think everyone would be doing it? A quality
relationship isn't built by launching a software program or
logging into a service and then just watching your bank
account grow larger and larger. Whether you're building a
quality relationship through a marriage, a business, a
church, or any other "tactic", it takes effort. Learn this:
the quantity of your quality is directly proportional to
your investment of time.

Persistence:
Many people expect to build quality businesses and
relationships without investing time and effort into it.
This causes them to waste time and become frustrated.
Eventually they walk away and give up on the idea of
starting a business or relationship. However, there are a
few people who is willing to follow instructions and spend
each day working on a business. This type of dedication
then leads them to gain wealth. Do not let anyone ever tell
you that all internet marketers are created equal. They are
not. There are two kinds of workers: quality and
not-quality. You DO NOT need to have tens of thousands or
even thousands of members in order to make a significant
amount of money. The truth is, it's all about quality,
quality, quality.

In conclusion, if you want to gain wealth, commit yourself
to the place you decided to be to gain the wealth, gain as
much knowledge as you can, so that you can get a good
understanding of the information. That will help you use
the information better and wisely. Lastly be persistence.
Never give up. Don't quit.

Marketing That Really Works

Marketing That Really Works
There are many forms of marketing, but it is tough finding
promotions that actually work and do half the job for you.
The following is an overview of some popular methods of
promotion and marketing that have a history of being
effective. These forms of marketing include public
speaking, networking, advertising, brochures, newsletters,
press releases, and cold calls.

To start, two that won't take much of your time are press
releases and advertising. Press releases are always a good
idea if you have a new program, service or group you want
to promote to the general public. A good idea only because
many local newspapers and radio stations will still run a
press release free of charge if they feel you are offering
a resource to the community. Advertising is only a good
route to take depending on what your product or service is,
because it can end up costing a lot of money.

Public speaking is an effective, slow and steady build. If
you do it right you can expect at least one referral for
every presentation you give.

Newsletters and brochures have a place in every line of
work. Just be sure you use them properly. Newsletters go
only to people who know you, for example, your clients,
your former clients, and current referral sources.

There are two types of brochures. The first is designed to
be read by referral sources. In my opinion it is a waste of
time to design this type of brochure because you need to be
meeting face to face with potential referral sources not
sending them written material. The second brochure is
designed for potential clients to read. After you have
established a good relationship and communication with
referral sources, you can give them some of your brochures
to give to potential clients.

Networking, when done correctly, ranks up there as one of
the most effective way to build a business through
marketing. Remember it's networking when you are meeting
new people in the same field with the express purpose of
building referrals.

Of these methods, cold calling is the number one way to
promote a business and increase sales. What is cold
calling? It is a call placed to a total stranger (who you
believe has the ability to refer you clients) to discuss
the possibility of working together in some way. Although
you will face rejection a lot, the end result is worth it.
All of your referral sources and the people who know you
and love you are already referring you, so when it comes
right down to it the only way to build new business is to
meet new people.

Writing Killer Copy

Writing Killer Copy
Are you wondering why no one is buying from your website,
or you get no response from your mailing? Perhaps people
are buying but not as many as you would like. Would you
like to get a much better response from your website or
sales promotions but don't know where to start?

A well written sales letter can be one of the most powerful
weapons in any marketers arsenal. However, did you catch
the key word in that last sentence? Not just any sales
letter but a "well written" sales letter.

Those two words are the reason top copywriters earn between
$10,000 - $50,000 for every sales letter they write. Why
can copywriters charge so much just for one letter? Because
when you have a well written sales letter, conversions and
sales are dramatically increased, so the copywriters more
than earn their fee.

Can't and don't want to pay this every time you do a
mailing or want to change your website? Well, thanks to new
software available, you don't have to. This software will
basically write the sales letter for you. The templates
have been written by professional copywriters, and, most
importantly, they have been tested and proved to work.

Before this kind of software was available, you either had
to pay someone to write for you, or do it yourself. But
when you are writing the letter or web content yourself,
where do you even begin? That's the same question so many
marketers have faced... especially when starring at that
blank white page or blank screen! Fortunately, these tools
really can and do help anyone make great sales from their
mailing or web page.

The great thing about these tools is it eliminates a lot of
the guesswork of what is needed in a powerful sales letter.
It walks you through every step and makes writing super
easy. Who would have thought... writing made easy!

There are many elements of a sales letter that make it work
well. These elements have been tried, tested and proven to
work. There are also many reasons why people buy products
and once you know both the elements of a good sales letter
and the reasons why people buy, you then have the perfect
ingredients for winning sales message.

Top copywriters know both of these things well and that is
why their sales copy is so effective and why it is so
expensive. A well written, well constructed sales message
can increase conversions from just 0.5% to as much as
10-12%. If you took a sample of say, 1,000 people, who
looked at your sales message. If you could achieve a 0.5%
conversion, that would mean 5 sales to you. But with a
conversion rate of 10%, that would mean 100 sales to you.
Do you want to miss out on 95 sales? I know I wouldn't.

Therefore, this must be the secret between an average
website or mailing and a really successful one. Just using
a piece of software, where you fill in the blanks, could
mean increasing your sales conversions by 95% overnight.
That has to be something worth looking into.

Use the tools out there to help you. There are many
different tools available which together can make a website
or mailing so powerful, you might not be able to keep up
with the demand from your customers!! These tools are all
available, all reasonably priced and as long as you take
the time to make sure you buy a quality package, you can
look forward to your sales booming overnight.

3 Tips on How to Build Your List From Your Web site

3 Tips on How to Build Your List From Your Web site
Someday, wouldn't you like to be able to work strictly by
word of mouth and a referral system? Wouldn't it be nice to
work less hours, while still earning more money? Your
contact database is your most precious asset and is the key
to helping you achieve these goals. Therefore, it is
imperative that you increase the number of contacts within
your database and use it to keep in front of those contacts
regularly. This will ensure that when your contacts think
about the product or service you offer, that YOU are on the
top of their mind.

3 Tips on Building Your List from Your Web site

1. Add an Email Signup Form to the home page of your Web
site, as well as the other pages of your site.

There should also be a link to an email marketing program
such as the one that I am using, which automatically adds
individuals to my mailing list when they sign up. There is
no manual entry process necessary. This type of service
makes it easy for visitors to add themselves to your list;
however, you still must tempt them to sign up! One way to
do this is to use a "give away", such as a free report or
resource offering that entices them to sign up. Be sure to
steer clear of saying "sign up for our newsletter".

2. Develop an Email Marketing Campaign designed to use your
ever-increasing database contacts.

Remember, it is not enough to just add contacts to your
list; you need to remind them about you often. Are you
getting my email newsletters chock full of great marketing
tips?

3. Develop Exceptional Copy for your Web site.

You will not retain the interests of your site visitors
without great content, headlines, and informative yet easy
to read text. In addition, if you are selling a product
and/or service that is not available as a Web purchase, be
sure to include separate sales pages for each product or
service that you offer. If you struggle with writing good
content to sell your product and/or service, hire a content
writer. Remember, good writing is vital to the success of
any Web site!

Does this make sense? It really is not that difficult. The
most difficult part is creating a Web site that is
professional, functional and that is updated often to
include these "must haves". This task is not normally
something most people can do themselves. It can be a
disservice to your business if you attempt to design your
own site. This is not something that you should be doing -
delegate it!

CruiseToCash Business Review - An Honest Look At The Facts

CruiseToCash Business Review - An Honest Look At The Facts
Are you considering the CruiseToCash income opportunity?
Here are some need to know facts about the program.

A) Corporate Foundation

The travel industry has become a $7 trillion per year
industry. Global Abundance Programs has launched an
attempt to earn a piece of this pie.

In October of 2007, CruiseToCash was launched in an attempt
to stake a claim at the online travel industry.

B) Startup Costs, Etc.

Close to 50 million people per year worldwide are looking
for a way to start a home based business. CruiseToCash
offers a chance to mix the booming travel industry with a
work from home opportunity.

What kind of money is required to join? There are two
levels you can come in at:

* Weekender Package - $477 plus $39.95 per month

* Cruise Package - $977 plus $59.95 per month

The Weekender Package includes unlimited weekend getaways
to several destinations. These generally last for 2 days
and 3 nights.

The Cruiser Package includes the weekender package, plus
unlimited access to vacations lasting 8 days and 7 nights
at over 700 destinations worldwide.

In addition to these startup costs you need to keep in mind
there will be advertising costs as well. CruiseToCash will
supply you with the sales website, but you will need to
advertise it to make sales.

C) Compensation Plan

Essentially you'll be selling vacation packages to other
people that join the program.

What kind of profits can you expect to make?

* $477 commission for every Weekender Package

* $977 commission for every Cruiser Package

You will also make $10 or $20 commissions every month for
each person in your downline. This money comes from the
monthly admin. fees. So, if you have 10 people that have
come in at the weekender level, you'll make an extra $100
for every month they are paid up.

Now, the CruiseToCash compensation plan works as follows.

The company uses a modified 2-up payment plan. This means
you will have to pass up half of each of your first 2 sales
to your sponsor. So, you're not making the full
commissions of $477 or $977 until your 3rd sale.

For each person you personally sign up, you will get half
of each of their first 2 sales.

Conclusion

While CruiseToCash is not a scam, the modified 2-up pay
structure is somewhat flawed. The company claims that
because you have to pass up sales money to your sponsor,
they will be motivated to help you. While this may be
true, after you've passed up your sales, they are no longer
motivated to continue helping you. You are now their
direct competition.

Learning how to market your opportunity effectively is just
as important as having a good opportunity to promote. The
company support once you join does not focus on your
marketing efforts and driving traffic to your site.

Ultimately, you will need to decide if CruiseToCash is
right for you. Make sure to do your research when looking
for any online income opportunity.

How to Create a Personality-Based Brand: Marketing Yourself as The Expert

How to Create a Personality-Based Brand: Marketing Yourself as The Expert
If you're a consultant, author, Realtor, chiropractor, or
other solo professional, you can accelerate your marketing
by establishing a personality-based brand for yourself. In
this marketing strategy, you are positioning YOU as the
brand...you are the expert. And this approach can usually
be accomplished successfully even when you have a larger
company brand.

When you are marketing the brand as YOU, all of your
marketing becomes a personal one-on-one conversation with
your customers and prospects. This can be done in your
ezine, during speeches, on your website, and while you are
networking at an event. You build the power of your ability
to influence people. Your prospects begin to perceive you
as a credible resource in your field.

Your personality-based brand positions you as the expert in
your industry. Experts are sought after, are well-known,
command higher fees, and get more business with less
effort. The media calls experts to get quotes for articles.
Associations call them to speak at their events. People
remember them.

Becoming an expert is no accident, but it is a crucial part
of your marketing if you want to customers to seek YOU out.
Get known as the go-to guy or gal in your field. The more
well-known you are, the more prospects will trust you. You
become part of their world and will be invited to be other
people's center of influence. To build your
personality-based brand, you can write a book, publish a
blog, begin public speaking, submit articles to your
industry publications, offer radio interviews, and send
regular press releases to the media.

This approach creates a clear distinction of your brand,
reinforcing customer loyalty and creating prospect
interest. Your personality-based brand includes your
authentic style, your past experience, your unique skills,
and everything that you bring to the table to help your
clients. You can help to reinforce your personality-based
brand by developing proprietary systems and services that
are unique to YOU. In this way, you have specific
information that your competitors don't. And only you can
teach it to your clients the way YOU can.

Have a professional photograph taken as an aspect of your
personal brand. This is a great investment because you'll
have pictures of yourself that you like and the photos will
help build credibility. Include your photo on your business
cards, brochures, speakers' sheet, website, flyers, and so
on. People who are not good at remembering your name will
remember your face. When they see it again, they will be
more inclined to look more closely at what you are
offering. Even people who don't know you in person but
"meet" you on the Internet or by reading your book will
feel like they have a closer relationship with you when
they can see your picture.

MAVEN ACTION ITEM: Right now, make a list of things that
make you credible. This is a list that explains, "What do I
know that makes me an expert?" For instance, you may have
written a book, published articles, conducted workshops,
hold certificates or degrees, have specific expertise, and
so on. How can you incorporate these into your marketing
and to build a personality-based brand? What else can you
do?

What is the Purpose of Your Website?

What is the Purpose of Your Website?
When designing a website, it is important that webmasters
ask some general questions before they begin the design
process...

What Is The Purpose Of Your Website?

Many companies use websites to establish their brand.
Others use websites as a communication tool. Some companies
see websites as sales vehicles and "billboards". Still
others use their website as an educational tool. And some
may be any combination of the above. The website must have
a purpose in order for it to be effective.

What Is It That You Are Trying To Accomplish With The
Website?

A strong understanding of the website will allow a
webmaster to emphasize the action they want the website
visitor to take on the website. By defining and
understanding the purpose of the website, webmasters and
publishers can better structure the information on the
website. Information can be provided with the appropriate
emphasis and navigation. An ideal website will lead the web
visitor to take the action the webmaster wants.

Who Is Your Audience?

You must identify and understand your target audience.
Understanding your demographic will allow you to cater
content specific to that group.

What Are The Objectives Of The Website?

You also need to determine what the objective of your
website is. What are you attempting to accomplish? Are you
trying to sell something? Are you looking for downloads, or
is sales your real objective? Is your website trying to
promote a specific product or service? Do you want your
visitors to take a specific action? Is the intent to profit
from ad space in general or to have website visitor's click
on specific ads? Are you trying to build a brand? Do you
want visitors to purchase a product, or provide an email
address?

When attempting to solicit a specific action, there are
some general guidelines that you should follow. Your
website should be designed to solicit the action you
desire, so the navigation should intuitively lead the
visitor to take the desired action. If clicking a link is
the goal, then that link should be clearly indicated and
prominent on the page. This will not only help insure that
the maximum number of visitors will be able to adequately
view and navigate your content, but it will also help
prompt those visitors to take the action you wish to have
occur.

For example: Many software companies struggle with the
action they wish to solicit from the website visitor.
Software companies and eBook publishers are often guilty of
pushing users to download, at the expense of the actual
sale. Some companies prefer to have users download prior to
making a purchase decision, while others lose impulse
purchasers by only pushing the download rather than the
sale.

In Order To Maximize The Websites Sales Purpose And
Objectives, Follow These Simple Steps...

Address Compatibility Issues

If a website visitor is unable to view the website's
content, they are obviously going to be unable to complete
the desired action. The compatibility issues could be
related to technology or usability. Avoid using
technologies that require the website visitor to download a
plug-in before they can view the website content. If
providing content using flash is important to you, you
should also provide a flash-free version as well. Also, do
not alienate website visitors who might have a disability
-- use proper web construct, provide alt tags for images,
and avoid using a color scheme that will cause confusion.

Define A Clear Navigation Path

A website's navigation should provide the visitor with a
clear path. Information architecture is the organization
and categorization of online content -- the process of
creating clarity and organizing online information in a
purposeful, and logical way. Prioritize and emphasize the
most important items on the website. Give visitors a clear
path to what they are seeking. Each and every page should
intuitively provide them links to additional information
and purchase options.

Minimize Distractions

Minimize choices and other website distractions. Website
visitors should be provided a clear path of action. Do not
provide the website visitor an abundance of choices --
studies show that a large number of choices often puts the
consumer off. It is generally recommended that you provide
no more than 3 choices. Keep your message concise and
on-topic. Website visitors will often just scan a webpage
rather than reading it, so bulleted lists and headlines
might be used to emphasize your message.

It may sound like a cliche, but it's the little things that
can make the biggest difference. Pay attention to all
aspects of your website. Defining the specific website
objectives and purpose will help to encourage the desired
action or behavior from your website visitors.

Carbon Copy Pro By Jay Kubassek - Scam or Real Business Opportunity?

Carbon Copy Pro By Jay Kubassek - Scam or Real Business Opportunity?
Carbon Copy Pro was an idea conceptualized by Aaron
Parkinson, Mike Dillard and Jay Kubassek, all internet
marketers. They developed this in order to solve the
problems that most people in a home based business faced
and provided them with essential tools to succeed. Carbon
Copy pro does not involve cold calling, selling or phone
calling.

They along with nine others, set out to solve the issue of
successful internet marketing by developing a new marketing
system with $50 K budget.

Carbon copy is a "turn-key" system of marketing that helps
solve the four main challenges that new marketers face:-

1. Marketing,
2. Running out of Capital before making sales,
3. Requirement of becoming a master salesman and,
4. Credibility.

Brief analysis of Carbon Copy Pro:

Carbon Copy Pro utilizes "funded proposal" in internet
marketing. When a surfer visits the Carbon Copy Pro site,
he or she gets some teaser information free of cost. In
order to gain access to more information, you have to shell
out $49 and fill out an online application. For this, you
will receive a valuable product that fully unravels the
mystery of marketing products.

The beauty of such funded proposal is that, it helps to
raise funds for the marketer even without sales. These
funds help in advertising the site and generating more
leads for the marketer's business. They also help sustain
the marketer in the business while the marketing funnel is
filled with qualified prospects.

In addition, the application process helps in weeding out
unwanted "tire kickers" - wavering people. The thought
process involved in such method is that, if a surfer is not
willing to pay $49 and complete the application, then they
are not willing to start home based business.

If you have the money for marketing purposes, you can
observe results quickly with the automated marketing of
carbon copy pro. Carbon copy pro has exceptional training
facilities in place for those on a tight budget and the
ones, who want to take advantage of the software.

The marketing for Carbon Copy Pro is done by professionals,
who help in selling the program to the customers with the
help of a web page that covers the marketing costs.
However, the potential commissions of $1000, $8000 or $5000
is what, makes the system lucrative in nature

To sum it all, Carbon Copy Pro has all the ingredients for
success, you simply need to have the determination and
drive to utilize it to the best.

What It Truly Takes To Succeed In Business

What It Truly Takes To Succeed In Business
Here is a secret that may be difficult for you to believe,
so prepare yourself. It is an extremely important secret
that can have a most profound impact on your small business
success, or its failure.

Let's start by asking a simple question...Do you enjoy
sales?

The truth of the matter is that when many small business
owners are asked this question, they respond with answers
like, "No way" or "I can't stand sales, let someone else do
it."

Why is your answer to the above question so important? No
doubt you have seen headlines like the following, which
glorify how easy and simple it is to succeed in business:

"The Ultimate Lazy Way To Start Your Own Business"

"Cash In On A Multi-Billion Dollar Industry In Your
Underwear"

"Easily Generate A Lucrative Income While Sleeping"

We are constantly being bombarded with these "easy ways" to
make a million bucks. Does success in business actually
work this way? Not in reality! Is it realistic? Not even
close!

The bottom line in operating a successful long-term
business comes down to your ability to sell and market your
product...period. It doesn't get any simpler than that. You
can either sell your own product or resell somebody else's
product. Either way, your success or failure will
ultimately depend on your ability to market it. If you
don't enjoy sales, you have very little chance to succeed
in business for yourself.

The most prevalent attitude of many new business owners is
that their product, once launched, will miraculously sell
and market itself. After all, the product is awesome and
everybody will absolutely, positively want one. People
should be lining up to buy it, right?

Here is another truth about sales. It will take 5-7 sales
attempts to close 80% of your sales. Yes, you read that
correctly. That's 5-7 attempts before people will say "Yes,
I want to buy your product." Running an advertisement
one-time or making a sales pitch to a potential customer
once in a while does not qualify as effort. Hearing that
first "no" and subsequently giving up means the demise of
your business and gives someone else an opportunity to turn
that NO into a YES.

What most people don't realize or fail to accept is that it
may take weeks or even months to get a product to sell
according to your expectations. You may have to frequently
change your sales pitch, web site, advertisement or even
the product until you get it right. This dedication and
determination is what separates the very few successful
business owners from the many "wannabes" and fly-by-night
hopefuls.

The bottom line is that to be successful in ANY business
you will need the ability to market and sell, sell, sell.

Put the Crack Pipe Down!

Put the Crack Pipe Down!
Is it just me or has anyone else been bombarded with
emails, banners and pop-up advertisements for products and
services that will supposedly blast your website to 18
BILLION people? What? Really?

Do you find this as insulting as I do? It implies that
we're all too stupid to know that the population of the
entire planet is only around 6 billion. Who are the rest of
these emails going to? Has ET dialed up? Are they going
to a galaxy far, far away?

The world internet population is around 1 billion. But
before you start salivating over the prospect of 1 billion
people beating a path to your site, let's look at the facts
behind this number.

First let's assume that we're talking about an English
speaking site. And we all know that everyone in the world
speaks English, right? Of course they do....they all want
to be us (right). So if English is the "language of the
internet", why do only 30% of the people on the internet
speak it? Do the math - that means that only 300 million
people out of the 1 billion can read your site. Did you
know that the second most prevalent language on the
internet is Chinese? You might want to invest in that
Rosetta Stone Mandarin course after all!

Now, the 300 million figure represents the total number of
people, not households. That means Mom, Dad, little Jimmy
and Lucy are all counted as "potential" customers for you.
Mom and Dad, mabye, but we all know that little Jimmy is
probably spending most of his time surfing for free nudies
and when Lucy's not on the phone or at the mall, she's
probably on MySpace and not searching for the newest
internet business opportunity.

Take the 300 million, divide it by 4 - the average number
of individuals per household - and you get 75 million -
still a huge number. But how many of these 75 million
people are truly prospects? How many of them will actually
click on your opportunity? How many of them are looking
for what you're peddling at this particular point in time?
Plus, how many of them have joined a safelist or a traffic
exchange or an FFA site?

I realize it's a numbers game, but give me a break. Who
let the used car salesmen onto the internet?

This is just one of my gripes....I'll be back with more.

Internet Marketing Business: Passion Equals Profit?

Internet Marketing Business: Passion Equals Profit?
If you have had the fortune or curse to collect the many
ebooks and free reports regarding internet marketing
online, then you have probably seen on numerous occasions,
people stressing the importance of delving into a niche
that you are passionate about.

There is of course a lot of truth to that. In the same way
that it is a nightmare to get up and go to a job you hate,
building a website or blogging about something that you
could not care less about can be a formula for disaster.
Eventually if you have no interest (and cannot seem to get
motivated to get interested) then you will find more than
likely your work output goes into decline. It is not too
long before you just quit altogether.

This happens to many would be marketers who are just
looking for a fast check. The internet has taken the get
rich scheme to a whole new level but while many would like
to blame the pseudo wild west mentality of online business,
it still comes down to the individual. If they were
looking for the fast buck online, you can believe they were
searching for the same thing in the offline world.

So you find a niche that you are all fired up about. You
build a website/blog, start writing great content on a
consistent basis, monetize your site and max out your
advertising budget in the hopes of driving like minded
visitors or even ones that are slightly curious to your
webpages.

And the result? Nothing. Oh maybe you get a clickthrough
here and there but nothing like you expected. The weeks
stretch into months and you still have nothing to really
show for it. Even the occasional clickthrough has come to a
grinding halt.

Yes this scenario gets played out almost daily on the
internet. It can be extremely discouraging to pour your
heart out on something and not get any results or at least
not the ones you were looking for. Has this caused many
passionate entrepreneurs to throw in the towel? No question.

The bottom line is their must be an audience already
available to take a look at what you have to offer. No it
does not have to be a massive audience. For instance the
word movie is searched on close to 3 million times per
month. That is a lot of competition but within that general
phrase is a lot of room to target a smaller but still
profitable niche. Something like silent movie or even drive
in movie theater.

Now of course it will help you immensely if you feel
strongly about drive in movie theaters but is it necessary
to make a profit? No. Many top internet marketers do quite
well promoting a niche they have no expertise or real
interest in. You can do the exact same thing.

So do not get too hung up about how passionate you are
about a certain niche. Going back to our nine to five
analogy, you may work at a job you hate (don't most of us?)
but you still go to work and do the best you can. You are
not necessarily passionate about whether folder A goes into
file drawer Z but you are a professional and you want to
get PAID!

Keep these things in mind when trying to make money on the
web. Having a passion for what you are doing makes the job
easier and the rewards that much sweeter but a pro is still
a pro. If you have done your homework and located a target
market then by all means promote the product.
