What Is The Best Home Business To Start

What Is The Best Home Business To Start
When you think about what is the best home business to
start you may be looking for a referral to one specific
opportunity. I personally think starting a home business on
the Internet is essential.

Let's look at this question a little more in depth and see
if I can give you a little guidance in how to do that.

First of all the best home business to start is one where
you have a personal belief in the products. One of the
reasons many people fail online with Internet marketing is
they have no attachment to the product.

This is especially true for affiliate marketing and network
marketing where people get sold on the making money
opportunity and not so much on the product itself.

So the best home business to start in my opinion is on the
Internet selling something you believe in. Even better is
one where you have a white hot you passion for it.

The hardest thing to do when you are getting started on the
Internet is choosing what to sell. One idea is if you have
a favorite hobby turn it into a home business.

Then go find products to sell here:

1. Associate Programs

2. Commission Junction

3. Clickbank

4. Google Adsense

5. Max Bounty

This is a list of 5 affiliate programs you can join for
free and then find products to sell that relate to the
hobby you are going to turn into a home business.

These programs let you make money selling products, leads,
advertising, and ebooks. This is known as pay per sale, pay
per lead, and pay per click. Even better is to sell a
product or service of your own if you have one.

So what do I think the best way to make money on the
Internet is? I personally like sales and marketing. My
background and my career for 20 years was in that field so
I have some expertise there, plus I really enjoy it.

I like people as well so I started my home business on the
Internet by helping people make money online.

I do 3 things now to make money.

1. Article Writing which provides a service people need.

2. Affiliate Marketing which lets me get paid selling other
people’s stuff. I would include private label rights
in this as many of the plr products I sell have an
affiliate program attached to them.

3. My Power Mall which is my choice for long term residual
income and is kind of a hybrid of affiliate marketing and
network marketing

Let's summarize this for you so you can get started today.

The best home business to start is one where you can use
the Internet to make money around a hobby or theme you have
a passion for. Finding products online is easy to do if you
do not have one of your own. Selling a variety of things
via pay per sale, pay per lead, and pay per click gives you
a multitude of ways to make money when you first start out.

This article should have given you some ideas to do just
that!

How To Build A List Of Eager Subscribers

How To Build A List Of Eager Subscribers
Every online business should try to provide great service
to generate satisfaction among their customers. As each and
every customer receives satisfaction from their products or
the services they get, there is a great chance that they
will become a return customer and buy again. Better yet,
they will recommend you to other people that could generate
more business for you and your site.

As more traffic is driven to your site, you can entice many
of them to subscribe to your mailing list or opt-in list.
This is a list where website visitors agree to be sent
promotional materials such as newsletters, catalogs and
such that could keep them updated about your site or the
niche of your site. These promotional materials are sent
via e-mail to the members of the list at different time
intervals.

When using e-mail as the media of your marketing and
advertisements, you eliminate the need for high costs.
Email is free and if you can manage to make your own
promotional advertisements you can also save a bundle
there. With an opt-in subscribers list, you are pretty sure
that what you are sending out is received, viewed and read
by the subscribers and not simply being deleted. They have
signed up for service and have consented to receiving it.

This means that there are constant reminders to your
subscribers about all your products, new products and
services as well as any promotions and special deals you
are having. There is also the chance that they can be
forwarded to other potential customers as they tell their
friends and families about you and your site.

Of course you should also be aware that a subscriber may
unsubscribe when they feel that they are not getting what
they want or expected. Make sure that they are satisfied
with your opt-in marketing strategies and keep them excited
in receiving your newsletters and catalogs. Here are some
tips that can help you build a list of eager subscribers.

Make your promotional materials interesting and fun. Try to
use a little creativity, but not too over artsy. Build
around what your product or service is about. For example;
if you are selling car parts, put some pictures of what is
new in the auto parts world, a new wing door possibly that
can fit any car and make it look like a Lamborghini.

Try to research what people are looking for, this way you
stay one step ahead of them all the time and you will be
their bearer of new tidings. They will be eager to receive
what you are sending them because they know you always have
fresh and new things to share with them.

Write good articles that can be very informative but light
at the same time. If your subscribers enjoy your articles,
they will go to your site by clicking the links that you
will be putting on your newsletter to read some more. You
can provide articles that can connect to many people. Be
diverse in your articles. Put something humorous, then put
something informational, then put something that has both.

Are you wary about this because you don’t like
writing? No problem, there are many professional and
experienced article writers that can do the job for you for
minimal fees (try elance or rentacoder). They know what
they are doing and can provide the need that you have for
your newsletters, the money that you pay for your articles
will be met by the many sign-ups and the potential profit
from the sales that you will get.

Create and send an E-book to your customers about anything
that is related to your business or site. Use your
knowledge and expertise in the field you have chosen to
help other people who are similarly interested. Offer this
e-book for free. You can write about anything informational
and helpful to your subscribers. For example; you can do
manuals and guides in so many things. This e-book could be
used as a reference for many people.

Share this e-book with everyone, even other sites; just
make sure that they don’t change the links in the
e-book that will lead people to your site. If you want, you
can always get some people to write it for you just like
your articles. Your investment once again will be covered
by the great marketing this will generate.

Add e-coupons in your newsletters that will help them avail
to special discounts. Put a control number in your e-coupon
so that they can only be used once. When people get
discounts that can be found in your newsletters, they will
be eager to receive your newsletter in anticipation of what
you are promoting next.

If your subscribers can get benefits from your newsletters,
they will be eager to receive them. Just don’t flood
your mailing list with emails so that you don’t annoy
your subscribers. Make it relevant, not too often, and keep
‘em keen.

Why Build a Website ~ Build a Virtual ATM Machine

Why Build a Website ~ Build a Virtual ATM Machine
Your website is the keystone for your virtual Business.

If you have a desire to make good money online, we need to
expand your sphere of knowledge. On the surface, it may
appear that, all you need is a splashy website and a link
to your Paypal account. I wish it were actually that
simple, besides your sales page you will need to understand
the dynamics of a Hosting account, plus some web pages
combining everything into a seamless smooth flowing
experience for your customer… bottom line you need
Business Automation, a powerful business engine that will
drive your site efficiently, creating your Virtual ATM
Machine.

Your website is your virtual sales force, in essence, your
store, it is where your prospective customers can come in
and look around hoping to find that product or service they
desire to buy.

So how do we achieve business automation and build this
virtual ATM?

To achieve this goal we must combine a lot more technology,
adding expensive software applications to manage and run
our website, develop our sales pages and to add video and
audio to display our products in a true virtual commercial
state. We need software to track and monitor our
advertising performance, and our sales, to collect and
process credit cards, shipping data and the total
administrative functions necessary to manage any business.

This is discouraging, and the reason over 90% of all online
ventures fail within their first year.

Therefore, what do you need to do to ensure success and
build this virtual ATM Machine…? You have two choices:

1. You can hire a very expensive webmaster to identify,
incorporate and manage all the technical issues, purchasing
and implementing them for you, or.

2. Spend the 12 – 18 months learning the technology
and doing it yourself.

If you decide to pursue this task on your own you will need
to make sure you have the following items at a minimum to
hope for success:

1. A quality Hosting account.

2. High quality web-builder software.

3. A substantial knowledge of HTML.

4. A good autoresponder.

5. Traffic tracking software application.

6. Split Testing software application.

7. Your all important Merchant Account.

8. A web business centered statistical package to monitor
your revenue and statistics.

This is your minimum requirements to implement a successful
online business; you can easily add many more bells and
whistles, but hold on to your wallet the price tags rolls
up quickly.

If you do decide to venture out on your own, be prepared to
spend a good 12 – 18 months learning the required
technology, and software applications. Remember that this
time spent is time taken away from your ultimate
goal… making money.

This is a critical point – your goal from the outset
should be spending no more than 10% of your time on
technology and 90% on driving traffic, and converting
customers into buyers… in order to succeed.

Alex Mandossian, a legend in online marketing said it best:

“There’s no money to be made in learning
technologies… unless you want to be a
webmaster.”

So my advice… mentor success and do not fall into the
technology trap, find one of the hosted programs that
provides all the money making services and technologies you
will require to have your business up and operational in
days instead of months.

Not only will this save you an incredible amount of time
and money, but also the savings in shear aggravation will
offset any out of pocket expense incurred. Typically these
companies’s charge about 1/10th the physical cost of
purchasing and integrating the technology separately to
build your web machine.

As Alex said, your key to success is having someone else
handle the technology requirements, so hire a webmaster, or
get one of the integrated website programs available so you
can focus on your primary goal; driving traffic, converting
customers, and making money.

The Greatest Copywriting Skill & How to Learn It

The Greatest Copywriting Skill & How to Learn It
The most powerful skill you can have as a copywriter is
getting inside your prospects head and talking to them in
their language. When you do that, and do it well,
they’ll listen to you. When you’re talking to
them about their most pressing problems, their most dire
needs, and deepest desires…in their
language…magic happens.

I’ll tell you exactly how to do that. But first…

You should know it’s not something you read about and
then do. If you want to be the best, you must learn how to
get to know your markets. In short, you must learn about
people.

You’ll need to cultivate and develop a skill that
many people lack. It’s the bane of many wives and
girlfriends around the world. I’ll show you…

“Honey? Did you remember to make that phone call,
today?”

“Honey. Did you make the call?”

“…huh?”

“I SAID…did you make the call?”

“…ummm, who was I suppose to call, again?”

That’s right! Listening. Simply listening to what
others say. It’s not hard to do. Most people hear the
things “they” want to hear very well, everyday.
It’s just a matter of consciously focusing…and
perhaps having a bit more courtesy. So just…

Pay attention!

Developing this one skill will serve you very well from now
on. But for now you’ll be using it to become a better
copywriter. And the more you listen, and less you talk, the
more you’ll learn about people. After all, people are
your market.

What will you be listening for? Simple.

What they say! Not only what they say…but HOW they
say it. Their language, speech patterns, figures of speech,
and what’s on their minds. You’ll listen to
what’s bothering them, what their problems are, what
they like and don’t like.

Basically everything.

Doing this one simple thing, long enough, will teach you
how regular Joe’s and Mary’s talk. Not only
that…but you’ll begin to understand their
problems and concerns. Now I’ll tell you some
specific actions to take.

Yes, you may be thinking that all you need to do is talk to
people and listen. And you’ll be partly right. But
lets take it a little further…

Power Copy Tip #1: Talk to people you know about things
they buy. Don’t interview them because it’ll
change the way they think. Millions of people do this every
single day. I mean…talk to each other about things
they buy, want to buy, or recently bought. So just engage
them about it.

Pay very close attention to their emotions. Are there any
specific benefits about a product that elicits strong
emotions? Is there anything they hate about a product? Pay
attention to “how” they say things. What words
do they use?

Power Copy Tip #2: Talk to strangers. Just engage them in
a friendly way and LISTEN to what they have to say. Ask
them about something you’re writing about. The
product or product ‘category’. Or be direct
about it.

Tell them you’re writing about a particular product
and ask for their opinions and feelings about the product.
Then say nothing. Most people LOVE talking about their
feelings, opinions, attitudes, etc. You’ll be
surprised at how little you really need to say. Just touch
a warm or hot button and stand back! You’ll get an
earful.

And then…LISTEN.

The words, the expressions, the feelings, etc. Hey, this is
excellent research you’ll be doing.

Power Copy Tip #3: Pop culture is your friend. So let it
tell you as much as possible about people and your markets.
If you’re researching a particular market try to find
some excellent places where they gather.
Like…magazines, Google them and go to their web
hubs…the places they go for news about their common
interest.

Then dig in! Look for topics, themes, or stories that
appear more than once. If it appears more than once then
you know it’s something important. Keep a sharp eye
out for “their language”. You know the
drill…their problems, hopes, fears, desires, etc.

There you have it! This is something that’s so very
simple to do. And if you’re serious about becoming
the best you can be, you’ll do it. You’ll learn
a lot and in time you’ll kick your copy a few notches
up, or more!

How To Get Results With PPC Advertising

How To Get Results With PPC Advertising
When most people think of PPC, what comes to mind is
usually basic information that's not particularly
interesting or beneficial. But there's a lot more to PPC
than just the basics. Keep on reading to find valuable tips
to increase the effectiveness of your campaign.

Use Overture's or Google’s Keyword tool as a starting
point for your pay per click keyword research. This will
help you to generate a rough list of keywords you could use
for your niche. You can then segment this list by
considering the keyword groups within it. For instance, are
there 5 or 10 key phrases that share the same two word
base? Put them together on the same list.

Always test different pay per click advertisements against
each other. For each campaign, create multiple
advertisement groups with the same keywords. Slowly thin
these down to the groups that maintain the highest
conversion rates. Pit the high converters against new
groups until you have determined your best ad for both
click-thru rates and conversion rates.

Pay careful attention to your pay per click campaigns. In
many cases the network through which you advertised with
freeze your ads for different reasons. Google Adwords, for
instance, will stop ads that are underperforming, which
means they either are drawing a small amount of impressions
or have a low click-thru rate. To make sure all of your ads
stay active, watch them carefully and make changes when
required.

Constantly tweak the wording of your pay per click
campaigns to determine the best arrangement of words. For
instance, try switching the first line with the third or
the second line with the third. Try all different
permutations that make sense and then take note of your
click-thru rates. Additionally, take note of whether your
conversion rates remain the same or change.

Always use a call to action in your pay per click
campaigns. Some calls to action include "click here",
"start now", "join now", "learn more" and "don't miss out".
These calls to action will provoke those who read the
advertisement to click, rather than wandering off to the
next advertisement to see if it might offer something
better.

Take advantage of contextual advertising programs that
allow you to select where your advertisements will be
published. Google Adwords now offers this. If you notice
that your click thru rate is unusually high with the
Content Network, even though the conversion rates are
disturbingly low, you should consider weeding out some of
the potential problem sites.

In addition to all of the major networks, you may also want
to setup pay per click advertising on smaller, less
expensive networks. While the traffic probably wont be as
targeted and subsequently wont convert as well you will
gain another avenue of promotion and more than likely pay
less than you normally do per click.

By all means, be persistent and keep testing and tracking
to find the best ads for your PPC campaign.

Business Mentor Equals Success - Every Entrepreneur Should Have a Mentor

Business Mentor Equals Success - Every Entrepreneur Should Have a Mentor
What is a mentor?

A mentor is a person with more entrepreneurial business
experience than you possess who becomes someone you can
trust over a period of time.

You may wonder why having a Home Based Business Mentor is
important for the development of your online business. You
may have friends and family that you respect their opinion
for certain areas in your life but not necessarily for your
business. That's where a Mentor can help guide you in the
right direction for your business ventures.

If you are an entrepreneur and have dreams of running a
highly successful business, I would highly recommend that
you go out and find one. It's not easy to find a good
Mentor but they are out there and are willing to work with
you to build you a successful Home Based Online Business.
When I found mine it made a world of difference in my
approach to having an online Internet business. It has made
a huge difference in my success on the Internet and when
you find yours you will start having the success that you
want for your business.

You might be asking yourself at this point, so how do I
find a Mentor?

It's not always an easy task but one worth researching for
the future success of your business.

Here are a few key characteristics to look for in a Mentor:

1) Do they share the same values that you do?

2) Make sure you have good rapport with this person and are
willing to listen to them, even if it is something you may
not want to hear.

3) Do they have similar goals that you have for your
business?

4) Are they willing to use their energy and time with you?
(Assuming you don't waste their time)

You may be thinking "Why would someone want to Mentor me,
for free?" The answer to this, most of the time, is by
helping and guiding you to build a profitable business,
this helps them build their business at the same time. So
it's a win, win situation.

Here are some points to ponder about the benefits of having
a Mentor:

* They have the entrepreneurial experience that you don't
have.

* They provide this experience to you for "free."

* They expand your networking world because they may put
you in touch with other experienced people you would have
never had the opportunity to work with.

* You will develop a long term and trusted relationship
over time.

* You will end up with a highly successful home based
business.

Once you find your Mentor for your business, I am assuming
you want it to be a healthy and long lasting relationship,
I highly recommend that you respect your Mentor by doing
the following:

1) Respect them by not wasting their time.

2) Be absolutely honest with them, even when it might have
them respond with something you don't want to hear.

3) Stay focused on the business task at hand.

4) Show up on time for any appointments with them. Let them
know in advance if you can't make it.

5) Keep all commitments you have made with them.

6) Complete all assignments they have given you.

7) Come to the table with a positive outlook and be
solutions oriented.

If you follow these simple guidelines, it will make for a
successful and profitable business relationship for the
both of you.

My final thoughts on this subject: "Go find a Mentor if you
don't have one already." They are pure gold for the future
of your entrepreneurial business life. As you can see,
there can be many rewards and the risk is zero! Every home
based business owner should have one.

Abunza Business Review

Abunza Business Review
Abunza is a bi-lingual business opportunity in both English
and Spanish. Co-founders Michael Spire and Sebastian
Saldarriaga choose the name Abunza as it means "abundance"
in Spanish. It is the first opportunity of its kind to
capitalize on both the English market and on the 100
million Spanish speaking people online.

As an Abunza distributor, you receive ownership of two
digital libraries in both Spanish and English, valued in
excess of $75,000. You can either retail the library
individually at 100% commission through your Abunza
bi-lingual shopping cart, or you are able to market the
library wholesale through the 2 tier compensation plan that
pays out 100%.

1) Distributor Support

One benefit of being an Abunza member, is that you have
trained professionals from the Abunza Dream Team that will
call back your prospects for you, in either Spanish or
English. The Dream Team facilitates sales for you, so that
you never need to actually speak with the prospective
distributors yourself.

This means that regardless of your prospects speaking a
word of English, the orders will be facilitated for you.
You are only contacted to notify you when money is being
sent to your account.

2) Products

You get hundreds of digital products including software,
ebooks, video and audio in both Spanish and English on a
wide variety of subjects. Most of which are specifically
tailored to help you make your internet business as
successful as possible. The library of products includes
article submission software, guides on how to make the most
of "You Tube", Google, blogs, etc. to increase traffic to
your site.

3) Compensation Plan

With Abunza, there are two ways to earn income:

1. Retail Sales - you earn 100% commission from every
product sale to a retail customer through your Abunza
store. Retail customers simply pick a product that they
want, add it to their shopping cart, and pay you directly
via credit card or Paypal. You own complete resale rights
to all of these products to sell or give away as you wish.

2. Wholesale Sales - This is where you can earn the most
money. On every $997 sale of the complete Spanish and
English digital library, you make $797 on the first tier,
and $200 every time someone you personally sponsor makes a
sale. If you choose to use one of the Dream Team Sales
Associates to make your calls and close your sales for you,
you net $597 per sale after you pay your sales associate.

In a 2-up program, you lose who you sponsor after only 2
sales, whereas with a two tier, you can feel comfortable
training your team, knowing that you will keep collecting
those $200 sales over and over. Unlike a two up program,
this comp plan pays commissions on the very first sale, and
keeps rewarding you on every sale those you sponsor make.
This fosters team building as you keep earning those $200
overrides and they never break away from you.

How Come Every ‘How to Gain Weight’ Article Looks the Same?

How Come Every ‘How to Gain Weight’ Article Looks the Same?
Is it really as simple as some would have you think?
You’ve heard the regimen if you’re slender and
want to gain weight: Eat six meals a day (preferably spaced
not more than 2 to 3 hours apart), lift “heavy”
(preferably compound exercises), do weight lifting three
times a week, don’t do cardio, shovel down mega
calories, move as little as possible… yadda, yadda,
yadda.

For the slender among you: How’s that working out?
Are you getting big and strong? Or is the lethargy you feel
from too many calories only outweighed (no pun) by the
realization that your muscles are still puny while your
waistline begins expansion? That’s not a good road to
be on; believe me – I’ve been there and done it.

So what do you need to turn that around? Well, some good
advice based on physiological distinctions might be a nice
start. The advice you’ve been getting is so
simplistic you’d think the “experts” out
there are assuming you’re a Neanderthal. Think about
it: Eat more food… eat real often… lift real
heavy… sleep a lot… make sure you don’t
miss workouts – then you’ll “gain
weight”.

First of all, get the notion out of your head that you need
to “gain weight” and start driving it home that
you need to ‘build muscle’. Does this sound
like just a play on semantics? Not by a long shot. The
simplistic advice stating you need to take in more calories
than you burn off is the recipe for fat gain. That’s
what fat people (I being a former one) are inadvertently
doing. I don’t care how skinny you are; becoming fat
will not get you more dates or attention from your spouse
or significant other. It won’t make you more
assertive. Nor will it improve athletic ability or your
prowess in defending yourself when physically threatened.
Those are all things that are helped by having big, strong,
curvy, contoured muscles combined with a lean body.

So let’s contrast the process of gaining muscle with
gaining fat by focusing on a pound of size you'd want to
add to the possibly underdeveloped tissue of your
pectorals. You know if you can just “gain
weight” in your pecs, you’ll be bigger. So what
do you do? Why, a chest workout of course. And you make
sure to use big compound movements like bench press because
that’s what the experts tell you will build
size… and weight. You also ensure that your pecs
don’t get off easy – pushing yourself with
intensity of effort that leaves your chest region nearly
debilitated with soreness for the next couple of days.

You know it’s those crucial days following the
workout during which growth occurs. If you’ve worked
your pectoral muscles adequately to stimulate adaptation,
the contractile tissue of the myofibrils will have been
damaged. This tissue is comprised of two protein filaments;
actin and myosin. When you allow those filaments to fully
recuperate from the damage, they develop compensatory
tissue that’s similar to scar tissue on a skin
injury. If you work those muscles any time prior to that
compensatory protein tissue being constructed, it’s
somewhat like picking scab tissue off a skin wound. And
just as picking a scab off a wound will set back its
healing, so will working a muscle any time prior to its
full and ‘adaptation-inclusive’ recuperation.
This is the counter-productive scenario that’s most
often the cause of bodybuilding plateaus.

The full recuperation of your pecs will take a specific
amount of time, calories, and bodily energy. The amount
depends on how much damage was done. Yes, it requires a
hefty supply of protein and a few calories above your
non-bodybuilding maintenance levels. However, it will not
take place any faster just because you stuffed down a
thousand extra calories today if all your body needed was a
hundred extra calories for repair material and energy. In
fact, processing excess calories is a vigor-depleting task
for your body – potentially robbing it of the vital
energy it needs for myofibril repair. Can anyone say
“food coma”?

But what does the “bulk-up” crowd recommend you
do? First of all, they tell you that you need to
“gain weight” instead of ‘build
muscle’. Then they tell you that there are about 3500
calories in a pound of “body weight”. Then they
tell you to take in 500 calories a day above your
maintenance levels so you can put on a pound a week. And if
you end up not putting on this weight, they usually say
it’s because you’re not eating enough.

Exactly what kind of “weight” are we talking
about here?

Imagine that slab of pectoral muscle you’re trying to
add. You’ve blasted your chest on Monday and
you’re planning to hit it again on Friday. When
Friday rolls around, you unknowingly go to the gym with
“myofibril scab tissue” rather than fully
recuperated and adapted pectoral muscles. You hit your
chest with another workout because you feel fully secure
with the fact that you’re eating your prescribed 500
or 1000 extra calories per day.

But your broken down muscle tissue will still only grab
what calories it needs for the methodical process of
recuperation. It doesn’t move faster with the process
just because there are extra calories present. Now
you’ve just set your chest muscle recuperation
farther backwards and your body has all the joy of
processing a bunch of calories that were possibly unneeded.

And what if those extra calories get deposited as fat?
Well, then the “bulk-up experts” will tell you
that you’ve gained adipose weight that was necessary
for putting on the muscle weight. However, if your pectoral
recuperation keeps going in the wrong direction, you
won’t gain much muscle weight – if any. You
will have succeeded at “gaining weight”, but it
will be the kind that causes your chest to bounce when you
run toward a closing elevator door or a departure gate at
the airport. Anyone who sees my ‘before
picture’ on my website can witness the kind of chest
weight to which I’m referring.

So how come every ‘how to gain weight’ article
looks the same? I’m not sure. But I can guarantee you
that this one is different than most.

GENERATION MARKETING - How to Do It Right!

GENERATION MARKETING - How to Do It Right!
Gaining new expertise in generational marketing is the
smartest way to attract and retain new categories of
customers and/or clients for your products or services.
Generational marketing literally is an alphabet soup of
Generation X, Y, and other age-related segments of today's
marketplace.

Generation Y is the popular moniker for the 80 million
people born between 1978 and 1999. Generally, they are
tech-savvy and process information quickly. They identify
closely with brands, but are not as loyal to their
workplace, having been raised on the fact that people
already do or will change jobs more often in this era than
in any previous period of time. They do value integrity and
responsibility. They grew up using computers, and thus
respond strongly to Internet campaigns.

Bottom Line: A sophisticated Internet presence (using Web
sites, podcasts and visual Web products) will impress those
most, and also will offer you 24/7 access to this market.
Get your brand out there, online and offline, to build
recognition for a market that will pay attention -
especially if you "think outside the box" to set yourself
apart from other brands. Generation Y applauds innovation.

Generation X applies to the 51 million people born between
1965 and 1977. Because many were raised as latch-key kids
by single, overworked parents in households with tight
budgets, they tend to be more frugal than Generation Y or
the vast population of Baby Boomers. They also are not
counting on Social Security to fund their retirement, so
they are prone to think about saving more than spending.
Keep this in mind when setting your price for products and
services you design to appeal specifically to this market.
Generation X in general places a high value on education
and knowledge.

Bottom Line: They are independent and self-reliant, so
don't count on brand prestige alone to court them. Provide
lots of accurate information with your product or service
to get their attention, and let them know why your products
and/or services are such a good value!

Baby Boomers are that vast population of 78 million-plus
people born between 1946 and 1965. As a group, they are
more prone to impulse buying, so think flash, fun and
out-front placement of your products. Each spends an
average of $41,000 annually on cars, recreation, education,
insurance and apparel. Of the Boomers, 28 million are
empty-nesters, so children's goods an services won't appeal
as strongly to this group, unless they already are
grandparents. They tend to have a Peter Pan mentality about
aging, so appeal to their youthful and adventurous side.
They want goods and services that will have them time,
increase their energy and lower stress.

Bottom Line: They boost more college degrees than previous
generations, so don't talk down to this market in your
advertising copy. And don't assume that all are in love
only with the Internet; also include offline approaches in
marketing to this age group. And never, ever use the word
"aging" in your advertising; they will buy into hip
nostalgia, but not into aging.

Seniors are those people born before 1946. Did you know
that 25 percent of all toys sold are sold to Seniors? They
are very health conscious, having boosted their numbers
over the decades because of the medical advances that help
people live longer. They lived through the Great
Depression, World War II and numerous economic ups and
downs, so appeal to their desire for good value. They tend
to shop carefully, and tend to care less about shopping for
clothing as fun. It's just another necessity, so don't
count on appealing to the fun of shopping to this market.
They likely are the last generation to have pensions to
count on, so there is more disposable income there that
won't be available to future generations as they approach
retirement.

Bottom Line: Think smart, practical and sensible with this
market. Seniors are millions of dollars strong and hold a
vital buying power in today's marketplace. They also tend
to be very loyal customers.

Types of Information Products That Sell Best

Types of Information Products That Sell Best
With the advent of the Internet, the whole perspective of
life has changed. Due to the need for information in
practically every area of life, the demand for information
products have risen significantly. Selling information
products online has gained popularity because the Internet
makes the search for information competitively easier and
also much more efficient and cost effective, in terms of
time, money and effort. Millions of people from all over
the world use online tools like the search engines and
online directories in order to gain knowledge on various
topics. Since, the Internet has become a crucial source of
information for so many people; information entrepreneurs
are seeking ways to develop their own information products
that can help them to make easy profits.

The key to guaranteed success in selling information
products or for that matter in any business, lies in doing
things a bit differently that will make you stand out apart
from your competitors. You need to adopt a different
approach and try to offer useful and valuable information
and that too at rates affordable within the target market.
Making hard to find information available easily and
conveniently in your information products will definitely
draw the attention of more prospective customers towards
your product. Although there are various types of
information products available on the Internet, information
products in the form of eBooks, reports, audios and videos
are the ones that sell easily and readily, paving way for
greater profits.

The major advantage of eBooks is that they are very
economical since they hardly require any major expenses in
their development. Consequently, this results in a higher
margin of profit and easy money. Moreover, they are very
convenient because they are developed in digital format.
Subjects and issues covered in the eBooks on the Internet
are diverse. They deal with a wide array of topics ranging
from health and travel to business, and from art to
information on anything and everything. The ‘how
to’ eBooks with an easy approach to subjects are very
popular.

Reports are also an instant hit as information products.
They are very similar to eBooks, but comparatively shorter
and easier to develop. While eBooks contain comprehensive
information, reports contain content that can be condensed
between 10 to 50 pages. However, the major drawback of
reports is that they sell at very economical prices, rates
as low as $1 to $20. The price range obviously is greatly
influenced by the information contained in the information
product. Since, reports only include basic information,
they are simpler to develop. Interviews with experts or
even blog posts can be included as a part of the report.
With easy accessibility to high-speed internet connections
and broadband, digital videos and audiotapes also make
great information products.

Do You Make Money While You Sleep?

Do You Make Money While You Sleep?
Do you know what I enjoy more than my first cup of coffee
in the morning... logging on to my computer and checking my
PayPal account for my online business and finding $1,200
that came in while I was sleeping? Imagine how stimulating
that would be for you.

I want to give you a sneak peek at how You too can go to
bed tonight and have additional monies deposited into your
bank account while you sleep ~ it's easier than you think.

All you need to know is my behind the curtain secret.

You see the Internet is an amazing place; I can transact
business with people all over the world, 24 hours a day...
without ever meeting them or speaking to them in person. I
now have the ability to interact with millions if not
billions of people providing them valuable information
(software, e-Books, reports, reviews, digital video and
lectures) that they are more than eager to pay for and cost
you pennies on the dollar to produce.

But, what if "I don't want to write journal articles, or
produce videos..." Do not worry; there are plenty of people
that offer wonderful products ready for you to market.

This is called Affiliate Marketing, where you receive a
percentage commission for every item sold or individual
referred depending on the agreement you have with the
company you are promoting.

The Big Secret to pulling this off is "Automation."

Any successful online company has four parts:
1 - The product.
2 - The computer technology to run the business.
3 - Website visitors, better know as "Traffic".
4 - A sales process to convince your visitors to become
your paying customers.

One big misunderstanding is allot of people believe that is
I have a product and a website I am guaranteed to make
money... Some do, but it requires allot of time and manual
labor to pull this type of web business off. An internet
business may appear simple to construct and mange, but to
do it properly it is not.

A successful online business requires allot of hardware,
software, programming skills, and follow-up capabilities.

First, you need this thing called a Hosting Company to
operate your web server that will allow your website to be
seen by people.

Than you, need a convincing Sales page to tell people about
your product and the advantages of buying from you. In this
page, you will need a mechanism to allow people to leave
their name and email address so you can contact them in the
future to inform them of special promotions or sales they
may be interested in, in the future. You need an
Auto-Responder to follow-up with your customer list, and
Audio and Video service to spice up your sales page,
increasing sales.

Lastly, we need to be able to track all the people that are
coming and going from our website, so we are able to
identify what ads are working and what is a complete bust.
You want to measure your business performance in order to
constantly improve your business.

This is the biggest reason for business failure - people do
not monitor their performance and strive for continual
improvement. This is accomplished by split testing. Split
Testing is running two ads head to head against each other
testing which ad copy converts the best.

All this costs money, time, and sweat and tears to do
right. Your time is a valuable commodity, you do not want
to waste allot of it managing your business, testing ad
copy, and learning new technology.

You have a goal to strive for: Spend no more than 10% of
your time learning technology and 90% of your time finding
new traffic and converting them into customers. This is how
you make Big money while you sleep.

Great, so how can I do this? The first choice you have is
to hire professionals. In the internet world, they are
called Webmasters they set up and run the "technologies"
required for you to run your business. They are not cheap,
so be prepared to fork over some money. Or, you can find an
integrated web-business service where all the technologies
are bundled into one complete package.

This is Online Automation at its best… and how I make
money while I sleep.

----------------------------------------------------
What if I could show you how to make an additional $50,000
this year working under 2 hours a day and all from one
integrated Web-Business Service for under the cost of a cup
of coffee a day... Come and check us out

Mind Tricks To Work From Home

Mind Tricks To Work From Home
I’d like to talk with you a bit about how we program
ourselves and become programmed when it comes to dealing
with money, being rich and creating wealth online. Also how
to overcome the negative programming that we often
don’t recognize within ourselves.

Let me ask you a few questions. Take a moment to think
about the answers….maybe even jot them down.

When it comes to making money online, do you have an
overall “positive” outlook towards your success?

Do you believe that there is “abundance” when
it comes to money, and that you can make money, get rich
and then create wealth online depending on your needs?
Why or Why not?

Do you have any negative beliefs or programming when it
comes to internet marketing? That there is just too much
competition and you could never tap into that market?

Have you chosen the beliefs and attitudes that you have
towards making money online or have they been chosen for
you by others, situations, programming, TV, the media, etc.?

If you’re like me and you’ve wanted to make
money online, then you probably have one or two
“negative programs” in your subconscious mind
(I used to have A LOT of them before I learned the things I
know now).

As a matter of fact, even though I’ve spent literally
years reprogramming myself and learning as much as I could
about online internet marketing and making money, I still
know that somewhere deep in my subconscious mind this old
programming exists.

Of course, it doesn’t affect my behavior the way it
used to. My point is that once you program yourself or open
yourself to programming from others and from modern
culture, it’s sometimes a challenge to overcome that
programming and go on to be successful online.

And the only one that’s going to be able to do
anything about this programming that we’re talking
about IS YOU.

If you want to do something about your programming and your
success online, you’re gonna have to DO IT ALL
YOURSELF.

And what’s the best way to do it yourself?

This is a fantastic question……..

I have a few favorites.

1. Look around and pay careful attention to what’s
REALLY going on inside you. Just like a comedian looks at
the fine details and tells stories about things that we
never see……but are right there in front of us.
You need to look closer.

While browsing around online, I looked at all the internet
marketing and work from home opportunities. I shot them all
down in flames. I had been hurt in the past and I was
shutting out all opportunities to make money online.

I recognized that my programming had simply turned off my
sense of judgment because it was easier to reject
everything.

This is a big step in changing some of your programming.

2. Model the internet marketers who are making money
online. One of the best things that you can do.

Nothing can replace being shown step by step how to build
wealth online by a group of like minded people that will
help support you. Re-enforce that positive mind set
programming.

3. Stop looking for the magic pill.

Realize that you’re going to have to constantly learn
and improve. You will have to research and make important
decisions for your business. Every business has problems,
issues, unexpected events.

Stuff happens.

You would like to take the pill and have your home based
business generating $100,000 a month. Me too.

Well until that pill is invented, you’re going to
have to do it the old fashioned way….you’re
going to have to actually DO SOMETHING.

Just keep improving a little bit at a time.

If you do these things, you’ll begin to reprogram
yourself and change your negative programming into positive
programming. You can work from home and become as
successful. Just put your mind to it!

Take Massive Action To Overcome Fear In Your Own Home Business

Take Massive Action To Overcome Fear In Your Own Home Business
You want to know why you are where you are right now,
instead of where you want to be, in an economically stand
point, there are two important things you have to be aware
of:

Knowledge / Application...

Both of them are solved in the next paragraph;

"Action seems to follow feeling, but really, action and
feeling go together and by regulating the action, which is
under the more direct control of the will, we can
indirectly regulate the feeling, which is not".

Anything you want, anything you desire, anything you really
set your mind to, this is the key right here. There are so
many things in marketing that scare us to death when we are
new marketers. Picking up the phone and talking to
strangers, creating and learning how to design a website,
the copy and how do you do pay per click advertising, the
google-thing and what about ads and what if I spend too
much money and how do I make money, etc. We go in massive
hyperventilation if we are not careful.

How do you conquer something it's intimidating and scary?
Probably 40% of the population of the world that never
makes more money then is necessary to just pay their bills,
the only reason why is that they are absolute scared to
death of being rich.

The more money you create, the more you also have other
issues to deal with, the bigger things start to pop up, the
bigger the responsabilities. It is not true to believe that
money solves everything, it doesn't solve everything. Money
empowers you and that empowerment comes with additional
responsabilities and that is why a lot of people fear
having a lot of money.

But the above stated paragraph solves that fear (False
Expectations Appearing Real). Ask a fireman if they have a
fear of fire. Of course they do, they never loose their
fear of fire, but they learn to manage their fear of fire.
They get a positive charge out of what used to be an
incredible negative charge. Policemen do the same thing.
You and I, we do the same thing. Remember our youth, when
we had to learn how to ride a bike, how to learn to swim.

You are going to use your will to exercise the action
necessary to do whatever it is that fear is based on and by
taking the action necessary you learn to manage the fear.
First you have to know what to do then you have to take the
action in spite of your fear(s).

How To Breathe Life Into Your Sales Copy With A Stronger Offer

How To Breathe Life Into Your Sales Copy With A Stronger Offer
If you want a huge leg-up on your competitors…you
MUST test as many components of your sales copy as
possible. It’s the one thing that distinguishes good
results from the superb. Done right, testing and refining
your offer can put you into a whole other league of
success. A powerful offer is one of the best ways to tilt
the deck in your favor and get more sales.

Your entire offer is made-up of your product, the price,
and your terms.

It’s a no-brainer about having a great product. If
you can’t have a great one, then please at least have
a good one! No amount of fabulous copy and incredible
offers will save a bad product. Oh sure…you’ll
make some sales. But look out when the refund requests
start rolling in. Just isn’t worth it.

And for your price point, only your market can tell you the
best price. But before testing, it’s critical to
understand your objective.

If you’re promoting a front end product, your goal
really shouldn’t be to maximize your profits. A lot
of inexperienced marketers go straight for the profit
jugular. Big mistake. You really should be shooting to
break even and build your list with the back-end in mind.
Every great marketer and copywriter will tell you the
back-end is where massive profit-making happens.

Here’s an example…

You can test and try decreasing the front end product price
and your sales double. In this scenario you’ll
increase your profit margin and double the number of
customers to market your back-end products to. The increase
in profits could be massive. See?

You can do a lot with your terms. The thing though is to
test, test, test. Here are just a small handful of
possibilities with your terms. You can increase perceived
value and help make it easier for your customers to buy.

Killer Term #1…Letting your customers pay in
installments. This works great with high-priced products
because it reduces perceived cost. You’re just
allowing customers to pay in monthly installments.

Killer Term #2…The classic up-sell offer. We’ve
all seen them at one time or another. When your customer
orders, they’re presented with a chance to upgrade to
an enhanced version of the product. Something like
upgrading from a standard to a gold or platinum version at
a higher price point.

Killer Term #3…In this scenario, when your customer
clicks to buy, they’re presented with a one-time
chance to buy another product with the first one at some
reduced price. This works very well for several reasons.
First, your customer is at the best place to be! Their
credit card is in hand and they have committed to making a
purchase. Also, you’re adding a scarcity and time
element if you tell them this is the only opportunity to
get both at such a greatly reduced price. Killer Term
#4…Letting your customer actually use the product for
30 days before charging their card. You’ll want to
get their card information, of course. And after 30 days if
you haven’t received the product in return,
you’ll just bill them at your price.

Killer Term #5…You make either a massive bonus offer
or one with a smaller number but a greater perceived value.
The massive offer term basically just blows your customers
away to the point where it really is a no-brainer to buy.
There have been times when I bought something just because
I wanted the bonus!

Think out of the box. You can really get creative with your
offer terms. But do your best to get into the mindset of
testing because it’ll only help you to be more
profitable. Now you have something concrete you can get
going with. These were just a handful and there are a lot
more!
