6 Email Marketing List Building Tips

6 Email Marketing List Building Tips
Email marketing has been a proven strategy for making money
for over 10 years now. The foolish internet marketer thinks
it does not work as well anymore, so they have stopped
doing. Nothing could be further from the truth. In this
article I want to give you 6 email marketing list building
tips that you must keep in mind when building your own
mailing list.

1. Put your emphasis on building a quality mailing list.
This means that all of your marketing efforts go towards
getting subscribers. The quicker you get a quality mailing
list the faster you will make money mailing to it.

2. Avoid spam at all costs. This means do not buy
thousands, or even millions, of email addresses to mail out
to. There are people who do very well with bulk email
campaigns, but your goal is to build a quality list of your
own and bulk email marketing does not do that.

3. Buy a domain name that describes what you do. Point that
to a splash page that you will build to get subscribers.

3. Use a splash page that you build designed to do one
thing. Your single goal with your splash page is to get the
name and email address of the visitor. You do this buy
trading something of value for their contact info. This can
be a free report, or eBook. The important thing is your
giveaway is so valuable to them that they are willing to
sign up to receive it.

4. Advertise your splash page anywhere you can. Put it in
your signature file if you do forum marketing. Add a sign
up form on your blog or website. Place classified ads for
it. Promote it via traffic exchanges. Include the link to
your splash page in your resource box of every article you
write. This is a few ideas of where to promote your splash
page.

5. Once you have a mailing list you need to work at
developing a relationship with each subscribers. Your goal
is to become a trusted person that offers valuable
information designed to help your reader. As you develop
that trust you will be able to sell to your list more
easily.

6. Think long term in everything you do. Do not go for
short money making schemes that can hurt your credibility.
Your goal is to be able to go back to your list and sell
over and over for years to come. You can not do that when
you are driving people to unsubscribe.

This is 6 email marketing list building tips that will help
you build a quality mailing list for your future. Email
marketing is not dead as long as you do it correctly!

How to Buy a Certified Diamond Online

How to Buy a Certified Diamond Online
Purchasing a diamond online is the most cost effective way
to shop, however you must take a few simple steps. I have
listed four steps here which should ensure a positive
shopping experience.

Step One - you must purchase from some one qualified to
know what they are doing. There are many imitations,
treatments and synthetics out there which are very
difficult to recognise. A person with limited knowledge
could easily be the victim of fraud them selves and
unwittingly pass this on to you.

The best way to separate them is to only look at websites
which have a huge diamond inventory. For them to access
this stock they must have good trade connections. This
generally means they are well established in the industry.
Many also offer a 30day money back guarantee.

Typically the website would ask for you to enter details
like the colour, clarity, shape, and sometimes even the
type of certificate and quality of cut. Once you enter
these details you are instantly presented with sometimes
hundreds of diamonds to choose from.

Step Two - The diamond must be fully certified by a
recognised laboratory. There are only a handful of these
in the world. Some of the most common ones I have listed
below. This is a laboratory, not simply a valuation. Only
a laboratory can recognise a synthetic diamond.

If you are considering purchasing a diamond certified by a
laboratory not listed below then take great care. I am not
saying that they are no good. In Australia for instance
there are two local laboratories, the DCLA Diamond
Certification Laboratory of Australia and the ADGL
Australian Diamond Grading Laboratory. Both of these
laboratories are recognised as legitimate and totally
acceptable.

If the laboratory is not on the list make sure you phone
your local Gemmological Association and ask if the
laboratory is legitimate. This local call could save you
much heart ache. There are a few unscrupulous people
currently providing completely bogus certificates. People
are easily tricked as the certificates look so official.

The main laboratories are:- GIA, Gemological Institute of
America, HRD, High Diamond Council of Antwerp, EGL,
European Gemological Laboratory, IGI, International
Gemmological Institute AGS or AGSL, American Gem Society
Laboratory

Step Three - Check yellow pages or phone enquiries and
confirm your order using this listed phone number. There
is always the unlikely chance someone has copied the
website and is tricking you to pay for the diamond into
their account.

Step Four - Make sure the certificate actually matches the
diamond you have bought. A qualified jewelery valuer
should be able to do this for you for a small charge.
There have been instances where a genuine certificate has
been fraudulently copied and supplied along with lower
grade diamonds.

If you follow these four simple steps you should be able to
purchase the diamond of your dreams for the best possible
price with complete confidence.

How to use Internet Marketing in Your Home Business

How to use Internet Marketing in Your Home Business
Anybody who has been involved in internet marketing for
some time will understand that making money online is not
as easy as most think it to be. It is not just a matter of
throwing up a website (try it!), sticking some products on
and making your fortune overnight. If it was, then the
world would be full of millionaires. There is a lot more to
an online business that that.

If you are serious about starting up a home business, and
making the bulk of your income on the internet, then you
first have to decide on the type of business you will enter
into. A wealthy marketer will have done his or her
homework, have researched the various methods used to make
money online, and also checked out the tools needed for
internet marketing success.

There are many tools that you will need, without which your
job will be very much harder. Take the simple
autoresponder. I say 'simple' because they are used by
just about everybody involved in online marketing now,
though are not all that simple! Your autoresponder will
answer your emails, add addresses to your lists, answer
questions, take orders, accept payments and deliver you
products all while you sleep, so that you business can run
itself 24/7. You can go for a two week vacation and come
back to lots more in the bank than you spent on vacation!

You will also need tools to enable you to take payments by
debit and credit card. If you can't do that then you won't
succeed because that is the way that people pay online.
Other tools to help you get traffic and other tools to . . .

I think you get the drift. However, there is more than one
way to make money online, and making money is what internet
marketing means to most people. In fact, if you study the
term, the word 'marketing' actually refers to identifying
and satisfying a customer's needs profitably, and not just
selling and making money. You can do 'internet marketing'
without selling a thing, and do it very well. You could
then transfer what have learned to your offline sales
promotions and make money. However, this is a case where
the popular view of the term wins the day. Marketing on
the internet refers to making money online!

However, that's bye the bye. We are discussing ways to
make money online, and the tools needed to do it. In fact,
you don't need these tools if you join a good network
marketing program. You should be provided with all you need
to make money. Network marketing involves a good product
and a sales system to sell it. What you do in addition to
selling the product itself is to recruit other members to
the program, and you get paid a commission on what product
they sell.

Make sure that the program you join doesn't depend only on
recruitment for you to make money, because then the money
coming into the company is only through members payments,
and if you think about it, everybody can't make money that
way. You have to have wealth coming in through product
sales. So keep an eye out for that, but otherwise a good
network marketing, or multi level marketing, company is a
good way to make money online.

You get a commission, not only on your own product sales,
but also on the sales made by those you recruit. Not just
that, but also on the sales of the recruits your recruits
sign on. With some companies, this carries on ad infinitum
down the line, and while you might at first think that is
good, in fact it is not, at least not unless you are way up
the upline.

The best MLM programs pay about two levels, so that you get
paid for your recruits sales and also their recruits. That
leaves plenty money in the system for other people. An
example of such a program is Wealthy Marketer that pays to
two levels, and also for all of your own sales. There are
others, and you must check out each one individually.

Making money online is not as easy as most people will try
to tell you it is, but if you get yourself onto the right
program then you will find it a lot easier. There are
internet marketing programs that provide you with the
marketing materials and the products, and all you have to
do is either to promote them to earn money, or even recruit
others to do it for you. What could be better!

Best Regards, Carl Hartley

EDC Diamond And EDCGold How Can They Change Anyone's Life

EDC Diamond And EDCGold How Can They Change Anyone's Life
Firstly, what is EDC Diamond business? What are its
products?

EDC is one business that allows you to sell software and
e-books at a very high profit margin. You get the rights to
over $100,000 worth of software once you pay your start up
fee of $997 and you don't have to pay anything for the
products.

The products make great bonuses when offered with other
products. You can offer these products along with other
business products and make profit via selling these
products on sites such as ebay. They can also be sold
through tele-seminars. Since the products are digital in
nature the shipping cost becomes nil. An example of these
products include:

1)Easy Article Submitters
2)Create Websites In seconds
3)Quick and Easy Web Templates
4)Email Marketing
5)Ebay Opportunities
6)WebAudio Plus
7)Blogs
8)Affiliate Programs

There are many opportunities available today and more are
coming along all the time. All of them claim fame and
fortune for everybody. My experience has been that I was
not able to make money from the other Internet businesses I
put my hands into. I believe maybe my skill level was not
high enough to put those programs into production that can
generate money for me.

EDC has been a different experience. Even with the limited
knowledge of Internet marketing I have been able to turn
EDCGold into profit. I enrolled my first members using
E-mails. Using auto-responders EDC has been able to acquire
and manage thousands of leads to send out.

In addition to the start up cost of $997 for EDCGold there
is a support fee of $49.00 a month, however, it is payable
as one-time amount of $350.00. Some people say that $997 is
so much. But where can you start a business that will pay
you thousands of dollars per month for as little as $997.

Training that is available in the back office is quite
detailed as well as complete and available at no cost.
Training covers marketing and advertising as well as what
to say to your potential partners. The owners of the
company are available to talk to the members 4 days a week.

One needs to have a merchant account for processing the
credit card transactions. Instead Web Marketing Magic can
be used. Although, it is not very cheap since it offers
many tools you may require managing large amounts of names
and e-mail addresses. The next step is to pick the lead
capture pages and auto-responder messages from the ones
already selected by the owners of EDC.

How does EDC pay members? If one comes in at $997 level and
brings in two team members, the money goes to your trainer
or sponsor. After the first two you keep all the money.
Suppose a member brings in four team members each month the
front end money will be $4000

Here is the reality check. This is a business and it must
be treated as such to get the most from the business people
who call their leads will get better results then people
who let it run on auto pilot. People who have existing
networks of people will do better than someone who doesn't.
Either way this is simple but certainly not easy.

How to NEVER lose another customer

How to NEVER lose another customer
Whether you already have an online or offline business or
are about to begin one, the key to your success is to have
cusomers! Happy, satisfied customers are your key to
success in any business. Many businesses spend a forturne
to acquire a customer, but then, through attrition, lose
that customer. I will show you how to never have that
happen to you!

What is attrition?

According to the dictionary, attrition is a reduction or
decrease in numbers, size, or strength: "Our club has had a
high rate of attrition because so many members have moved
away." You do not want your customers to decrease in
size(number of customers) or strength(the amount of money
they are spending with you!) How can you prevent this from
happening? It is really very simple. Give great customer
service! But how, you say, do I do that?

Go the Extra Mile

A very popular "success" book is Think and Grow Rich by
Napolean Hill. Think and Grow Rich was first published in
1937 after twenty years of research and it continues to
periodically hit the best sellers list even today, over
seventy years later. That alone tells us that this is an
unusually important book. In the book, Hill presents
proven success principles shared and used by hundreds of
history's greatest achievers. One of those principles is
the idea of going the extra mile.

The Furniture Story

Mr. Hill once related a marvelous story about a little old
lady entering a furniture store on a rainy day. Quickly
judged by all the sales people on the floor as a non
prospect just someone escaping the rain but one dumb,
wet-behind-the ears rookie salesman went out of his way to
be courteous and helpful to the lady. Of course he failed
to make a sale and was the brunt of much kidding by the
seasoned old pros.

Not long after the incident billionaire Andrew Carnegie
contacted the store and insisted that this particular
salesman be sent to Scotland to take orders for new
furnishings for the Carnegie family castle. The little old
lady had been Carnegie's mother. By going the extra mile
and extending true customer service diplomacy even to a non
customer this salesman became an overnight superstar.

You may say that such a miracle is not all that likely to
occur in your place of business. However, the habit of
going the extra mile does seem to pay off in some way more
often than not. It is soundly based on universal laws and
concepts of success including the familiar do unto others
as you would have them do unto you as quoted in the Bible.

Some Examples

Here are a few examples that can be used for offline
businesses. They can also get you to think how you can
apply them to an online business as well: - Making sure
callers do not remain on hold or ignored. - Offering
waiting customer's coffee or juice. - Answering questions
patiently and thoughtfully. - Standing up to greet
customers when they enter the office. - Helping the
customer get through to the proper person. - Saying thank
you. - Acquiring extra knowledge that may be helpful to
customers. You must try to think like your customer. Put
yourself in their shoes.

Pack and Ship Nightmare

The past few Christmases I had been doing all of shopping
online. Overall, I and my gift receipiants were pretty
happy. So, I got out of the habit of Christmas shopping.
But this Christmas, I found great gifts for my far away
family at a local retail store. They came in an odd shaped
box, but I figured it would be no problem to repackage them
and ship them. Wrong! I went to a popular "Pack and Ship"
place (I will not name them, but their employees wear brown
uniforms!) and the price was outrageous! Almost more than
the gift itelf. Now I'm doing pretty well financially, but
part of the reason for that is that I am economical. At
those prices, I could pack them up myself and take them to
the Post Office.

A Better Idea

I got to thinking that maybe my friend "Steve" at the Post
Office could give me a tip or a way to pack my packages
that would be fast and cheap. And sure enough, he did!
Steve told me he would tape up the boxes they were in and
just stick a label on them! In 5 minutes, they were packed
and on the way, and at a much cheaper price, thanks to my
friend Steve going the extra mile for me.

Or I could give you an example of my insurance agent. I
came in from out of town on New Years Eve and found a pipe
had burst and water was everywhere in my home. I called
"Terry" my insurance agent and within a few minutes, he had
gotten a crew to come out, dry up all the water on the
carpets, and pack up clothes and linens that had been
damaged to be dry cleaned. He also arranged for a company
to repair the damage to my house.

Eliminate the Hoops

In the examples above of Steve and Terry, I as a customer
did not have to jump through endless "hoops" to get what I
needed. They "jumped through" the hoops for me! Now since
Steve works for the Post Office, I'm not sure how going the
extra mile will financially benefit him. But if he ever
starts his own business, I will be one of his first
customers-no matter what kind of business it is! And the
insurance agent Terry? Well, he carries ALL my insurance,
and he does not have to worry about competition from
anyone! And yes, I frequently tell people about what he did
for me that New Years Eve. I have become an "enthusiastic
evangalist" for him and his agency.

Develop your Own Evangalists

To continue to grow your business, you need to develop your
own "enthusiastic evangalists!" Customers that are so
excited and thrilled about how well you treated them, they
tell everyone about you. That is absolutely the best form
of advertising you can generate. And it is free-if you just
provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile!

lesson 2 "How YOU make $100.000 on eBay in One Year"

lesson 2 "How YOU make $100.000 on eBay in One Year"
How to Bring in the Traffic on eBay

There are a 100 MILLION eBay listings at any given time on
eBay. 54% of ALL eBay auctions never get a single bid!

In the last article I wrote, we talked about the importance
of your Feedback on eBay. Your eBay feedback rating is, in
short, your online reputation.

It tells your potential buyers in just a few seconds how
trustworthy you are. In fact, many eBay members won't even
buy from someone who has no feedback. They certainly won't
even TOUCH someone who has any *negative* feedback!

In this article we are going to talk on how to bring
traffic to your listings.

If you want to have more buyers on eBay to find your
listings, this article will show you how to optimize your
listings to get you maximum exposure and traffic.

Where to List!

When you list an item on eBay, you have to pick one of tens
of thousands of categories.

It is important that you find the categories that matter
the most for the product or service you are selling.

You can do this by looking at where your competitors list.
eBay sellers are smart and the existing sellers are already
listing in the best categories.

Never list one item in two categories, even though eBay
also offers you the chance to. It costs a lot of extra.
Only if your listing could really fit in two categories,
then use two listings instead of one.

What Listing Duration to Choose!

You can list items for 3, 5, or 7 days. Since you want to
maximize the exposure for your listings, we always
recommend that you list your items for 7 days, since that
costs the same as listing your item for only 3 days.

While it is true that most items sell during the last few
hours (that is when they show up at the top of the default
search results, sorted by 'ending soon') you should still
go with 7 days to maximize your exposure.

List as Auction or Fixed Price?

Consider the category and type of good that you are
selling. If you are selling a collectible or a used item
for which there is no clear market price, then going with
the auction format might be best.

However, if you are selling brand new items where you have
lots of supplies (i.e. laptops, hand bags, etc.), consider
a fixed price.

When to List!

On eBay, items are listed by the time they end being on
sale. The ones that end first will be on top (that is the
default search results setting).

So when a buyer searches for an item, they always see the
items that are ending right away. The trick is to get your
listings to surface when the most buyers are searching on
eBay.

This is how:
· Most purchases on eBay happen either around lunch
time, in the afternoon, or in the early evening. So, pick
those times to list your item on eBay!

· Never list your item early in the morning or late
at night because that is when the fewest buyers are
searching.

· List several times a day. This will ensure that
your listings are surfaced on eBay through out the day vs.
just one time, just hours before they expire.

How Often to List!

One of the keys to success on eBay and one way to beat your
competition is to play up your presence.

How do you establish a bigger presence on eBay than your
competitors? One way is to simply offering and listing far
more items than your competitors.

There is a finite demand for any product and I've learned
that 16 listings per day is the best option.
More listings than 16 per day won't give you more sales
just more listings to pay for.

In other words, boosting listings works great but there
comes a point when your additional listings stop selling.
Flood the Marketplace!

If you have a major presence on eBay within your niche,
potential buyers cannot miss your products. They tend to
think of you as a major player.

Which Feature Upgrades Work?

eBay offers a lot of listing upgrades. These can get very
expensive, and we learned that the only listing upgrade
that matters is the "gallery image." It has by far, the
highest adoption of any feature by a huge margin.

Definitely don't try to save pennies on using gallery
images, even if you are selling a product for as little as
$9.95. a picture really *is* worth a thousand words --
especially on eBay!

In fact, auctions where the listing title includes a photo
end up with 16% higher selling prices than auctions without!

The picture shouldn't just be 'pretty,' it needs to be
informative. Not only should it show your product to its
best advantage, it should clearly feature all of the
details of the product that make it special or unique!

However, the key is to have a gallery image that stands out
compared to the rest of the listings that also have a
gallery image. Highlight your gallery image by adding a
bold border around it.

When you add a red border to your gallery image you
basically get to highlight your listing for free. It costs
$0.35 to get attention this way, compared to alternatives
like highlighting your listings ($5.00)

A listing in bold costs an additional $1.00. the best way
to figure out what works for you is to do tests over time
to see what really works for your product and category.

By building up a major presence using the technique and
tips presented above you will soon emerge as one of the
leading eBay sellers in your niche.

Article Marketing 101 - How to Cheat The System and Rank High in Google

Article Marketing 101 - How to Cheat The System and Rank High in Google
Article marketing is an inexpensive and effective way to
build back links and to get your home based business
globally recognized. Getting an article published on
hundreds or thousands of directories will bring a surge of
traffic to your site as well as setting it up for long term
highly targeted traffic through the search engines. There
are many different variables that come into play in making
this method work effectively and efficiently for your home
based business.

The first thing you need to ask yourself is if you feel
comfortable enough and confident enough to write. If you
are, good for you! Read through a couple of high quality
articles to get a feel of what it takes and get started
writing one yourself. After writing a couple you'll really
start to pick up on speed and what it takes to make your
articles successful.

On the other hand, if you have no previous writing
experience or just don't feel comfortable writing articles,
don't worry, you can have your articles outsourced for you.
There are many people and/or services that you can buy
bulk amounts of articles for a relatively low price.
Although I would highly advise and recommend you to learn
to write your own articles. In the long run it will be
much more cost efficient and also more gratifying to be
able to accomplish something by yourself. You may never
know if you are good at something unless you try it.

Once you have an article written, you need to submit it to
some directories. There has been some mixed feedback on
how to do this. At first it was thought that the more
directories you submit to, the better off you are because
you have more back links. Back links are imperative in
ranking high in the search engines.

However, recently it was discovered that the search engines
will penalize you for submitting it everywhere because they
see it as spam and we all know that the internet is flooded
with spam. With this new found knowledge, it is thought
that submitting to just a handful of only the best
directories will give you the best chance for your articles
to succeed in the search engines.

So which way is best?

Well, there are obviously varying opinions on this
question. Let it be known from experience, that using a
distribution service and getting your articles to as many
directories as possible will bring you more immediate
traffic than submitting to just a couple of directories
manually. So in that regard I do believe that using an
article distributor is your better choice. Of course you
still have the problem of being penalized for spamming
which will make it tough to receive any free long term
traffic through the search engines. That being said, there
is now a solution! A method called article leveraging that
will solve this issue...well, for now.

Article leveraging is a process where you take your
original article and change it up just a bit. You
basically change your title a couple of times, tweak six or
seven sentences throughout the article, and change your
resource box one or two times. What you end up with is a
30-40% variance in your article. Now when you submit your
article to the different directories, the search engines
don't see it as one article but several different articles.
Using this method, it is possible to have multiple
articles (of the same original) showing up on page of
Google at the same time!

If you are interested in starting article marketing, I
suggest you learn how to write your own articles and find
an article distribution service that allows you to leverage
your articles. Once you learn the ropes and are a couple
of months deep in the process, you will really begin to
reap the rewards.

Dangers of Internet Money Making Programs

Dangers of Internet Money Making Programs
Scams, hype and junk. That's what you'll run into if
you're looking for legitimate Internet money making
programs on the web. It's a virtual minefield that will
hinder your progress of earning a decent income online.
It's a plague that causes people to lose hope, time and
money. The dangers of these programs are always disguised
in clever ways to lure unsuspecting victims into wasting
their hard earned income. The very best defense against
these misleading programs is something that anyone can use.
I'm talking about knowledge.

These dangerous programs are found in every nook and
crevice of the Internet, but they are not that difficult to
differentiate from the real money making programs. The
first and most powerful weapon against them is this one
important fact that you must accept: There is absolutely
no such thing as a get-rich quick scheme. It's as simple
as that. Those that believe otherwise are doomed to
failure. Making legitimate money online takes effort. If
you are not discouraged by this then congratulations. You
have what it takes to succeed online. Most of these
deceptive websites prey on people's desire to get rich
quick. Don't fall into this trap that claims countless
victims everyday. Stay clear of programs claiming to make
you ridiculous amounts of money in a short period of time.

Another type of website to avoid is the one that's full of
incredible hype of how you'll get rich, but offers no
description of what their program is or does...until you
pay. Red flags should immediately be raised here. If you
do pay, you'll either get nothing or find some ridiculous
procedure to making money that nobody ever wants to do. If
a website doesn't give you a good explanation on how you'll
be earning money, then they're hiding something. They can
offer you convincing testimonial after testimonial, but if
your still left confused about what they're selling, move
on. It will save you a lot of disappointment.

As you can see, knowledge is your biggest weapon against
these deceptive programs. If you think you've found the
right legitimate money making program for yourself, make
sure you do your research well before investing any money.
Websites will deploy any type of tactics to convince you to
spend your cash. Information is key to sorting through
these sites and helping you decide what's the right choice
for you. You can find anything on the Internet. If the
program isn't legitimate, chances are you'll find negative
comments about it on the web.

Success takes determination and patience in whatever you
do. Don't let a few bumps in the road discourage you from
pushing forward. Everybody makes mistakes. People who
learn from their mistakes are the individuals who are
successful in the long run. There are a lot of bad
programs out there, but legitimate opportunities do exist.
Don't get caught up in the hype. Knowledge is power when
searching for your financial freedom and will help you
limit the amount of mistakes made as well as save you time
and money. Good luck to you and your success!

----------------------------------------------------

4 Benefits Of Affiliate Marketing

4 Benefits Of Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate marketing has become one of the top ways for
people to make money on the Internet. In affiliate
marketing is an agreement between a merchant and a website
owner to sell the merchant product. When a sale is made, a
website owner earns a commission.

There are several benefits to affiliate marketing and in
this article we're going to talk about a few of those.

1. Mutually Beneficial

Affiliate marketing is mutually beneficial meaning that
both sides benefit when a sale is made. This is great
because it encourages the merchants to provide top products
and high commissions.

It's excellent for the website owner is well, because they
don't make any money unless they make a sale. Therefore
both sides benefit when a sale is made and both sites have
an incentive to do a good job.

2. Everyone Can Join

There are numerous success stories of people who had no
background in affiliate marketing gone on to become
full-time Internet marketers selling other people's
products.

The fact you do not have to have any experience attracts a
large crowd of people, of which a few of them will do very
well. The majority will not achieve success because
affiliate marketing is hard work, but that is not the fault
of the industry or the merchants who provide products.

3. Low Overhead

It does not take much money to start an affiliate marketing
business. From the merchant standpoint they really have
nothing to lose because they are not hiring hourly
employees or salaried employees to work for them. They pay
out commissions when a sale is made.

From the affiliate standpoint they really do not have a lot
of overhead because all they need is a computer with
Internet access, and they can be in business. They do not
have to go out and buy a bunch of tools or equipment to
start their business.

4. Marketing Material Provided

A top quality affiliate program is going to provide all the
marketing materials that their affiliates need to be
successful. This is excellent for the merchant because they
just have to create these marketing materials one time. And
then they can concentrate on recruiting affiliates to sell
the products.

It's great for the affiliate because they do not have to go
out and create banners, email marketing campaigns,
websites, classified ads, and so on. The affiliate
concentrates on getting traffic to the website for the
various marketing materials that are provided for them.

In summary there are many more benefits, including
unlimited income potential, joint-venture possibilities,
and other things, that come from affiliate marketing. It is
all good for both the merchant and the affiliate marketer.

To Create Fast Profits Build A Mailing List

To Create Fast Profits Build A Mailing List
I'm sure there are many ways to make money on the Internet.
One of the best ways to create fast profits is to build a
mailing list. In this article we'll talk about what a
mailing list is and why it is such a great way to become
profitable quickly.

- First of all, let's be perfectly clear that making money
sending out e-mails is not a dead strategy. People use
e-mail every day, and may well open yours, if it's
something they look forward to reading.

- Secondly, spam is not e-mail that people look forward to
reading. So if you're sending unwanted emails stop it. You
need to be sending out email to people that have agreed to
receive it from you.

- Building a list is all about helping people opt in,
meaning that they have agreed you can send them e-mail.
This is not as easy as it sounds as people are given
choices every day as to who they can receive email from.
Your success in building an opt in list all starts with
your ability to market successfully on the Internet.

- To market your list on the Internet you need to promote a
landing page with an auto responder sign up form. A landing
page is a one-page website to give people reasons why they
should trade their contact information for something of
value from you.

- You promote your landing page the same way as you do a
regular website. You do it anyway you can including pay per
click advertising, traffic exchanges, e-zine advertising,
and so on. Your goal is to drive as much traffic to your
landing page and then convert some of that into subscribers
to your list.

- As you begin to build your list, it's important that you
cultivate it. Cultivating a list is something that takes
time, but can reap long term benefits. The way to create
fast profits from a cultivated list is to market to it
selectively.

- Selective marketing means you don't mail out anything and
everything that you come across. When someone hears from
you, they expect it to be good and you deliver. The benefit
of this is when you do mail out an offer a high percentage
of people will buy from you.

A good quality mailing list can be worth as much as one
dollar per person, per month. To make more money, you just
need to build a larger list. And again, you do not do that
by spamming, but rather by earning your subscribers, one at
a time.

This will allow you to create more online profits over and
over. And if you're ever in a position where you need to
make fast profits you send out a mailer to your list and
watch the money come in!

Engineering Smarter Landing Pages

Engineering Smarter Landing Pages
Not all landing pages are created equal. How well they
convert rests solely on how well you engineer them. Lets
discuss thought, design, engineering, and how they make a
difference.

Smarter landing pages are 'human friendly.' They're based
on what is known about people and what people like and
don't like. And that knowledge isn't arbitrary. It's based
on research, marketing testing...facts.

In a certain sense your landing pages should be
unobtrusive. Your potential customer should feel so relaxed
and satisfied with the 'overall' that she just naturally
wants to know more and clicks through to your vendor's site.

What elements comprise a smart landing page?

Numerous factors influence what people find appealing.
Similarly, there are many ways to subtly influence desired
responses in people. Colors, for example. It's known that
people tend to respond to different colors in certain ways.

Dark blue tends to evoke feelings of trust. Brighter shades
of red are associated with aggression and energy. Shades of
gray and darker shades of red are associated more with a
sense of 'establishment,' like an established bank.

Carefully consider your target market and who you're
sending to your landing pages.

Your copy needs to reflect the appropriate information
people need to make a positive decision in your favor. And
your copy needs to be in the appropriate amount based on
your target market.

Some examples...

Sidebar: The 'need of your reader' refers to what is
necessary to make a positive decision. Your landing page
should provide enough to satisfy while creating a desire
for more, thus producing a click-through.

If you're promoting music, ask yourself what people 'need'
and look for when shopping for music, or a music-related
service. People looking for mp3's to download, or a
download service, need much less copy than people searching
for SEO software.

Mp3 downloader's want a good selection of music. They want
to know the benefits a particular service offers. Can the
service be trusted? How can you let them know if a service
can be trusted? Simple. Show them awards and reviews from
media like newspapers or magazines. Of course shoppers are
always price-conscious. So you could offer them a
comparison of different providers.

All that information can be conveyed with a short amount of
copy. They don't need to wade through 400 words of copy to
make a decision. If you try to force that on them you risk
exceeding the bounds of their patience.

SEO software shoppers, for example, are different and need
more information.

In this case, more copy is beneficial if it provides
detailed information about the software. Tech specs,
comparisons with other popular s/w programs, customer
support issues and availability, upgrades, etc. There's a
great deal more information that, when properly expressed
in terms of benefits, will help push your searcher toward a
vendor's page or your own site.

On the other hand, you have to find a good balance between
presentations.

You want to avoid having all the information from your
destination page on your landing page. Putting too much
info on your landing page results in significant
duplication and will annoy your reader. There'll be a
feeling of wasted time. Not good!

So you need to have the right amount of quality
information, in terms of benefits, that will 'compel' your
reader to desire more and click through.

Landing page layout certainly influences your conversions.

You want clean, simple, smooth, easy to understand pages
that minimize effort. I've found having deep links to
relevant destination pages dramatically increase
conversions through my landing pages. But make your deep
links well-thought out. Get inside the mind of your market.

Another copy technique that's very useful is the
appropriate use of bullet points.

These devices are great on landing pages. Bullet points are
little benefit headlines. Maximum useful information that's
easily digested by the reader. They make for very quick
understanding, quick scanning, and minimize decision-making
time. Your readers will respond better if your bullets talk
in terms of benefits, and not features.

Finally, every marketing effort needs to be tested to
maximize conversions and ROI. However if something isn't
broken, then by all means don't try to fix it. And only
you'll know when you reach that point.

The Easy Way To Build Your Work From Home Internet Business

The Easy Way To Build Your Work From Home Internet Business
You can never become good at anything without practice and
sacrificing something. The people who make the most money
online are the ones who have at one time put in a
tremendous amount of effort. But that is usually not
enough, however.

You also have to know what you're doing. In this article we
want to discuss a easy Internet marketing strategy that you
can use to build your own work from home Internet business.

One of the fastest ways to make contacts in an internet
business is to participate in discussion boards. This is
known as forum marketing and it doesn't take any particular
skill other than knowing how to follow the rules and being
consistent at it. One thing it does take though is
establishing credibility.

Discussion boards are great because all the people that are
there have the same common interest as you. They might be
trying to learn something, or they may just be trying to
socialize a little bit. The key is that these are people
who should be in your target market.

Most discussion boards will allow you to place a link to
your website and your signature file. You can hyperlink
back to your website for the keyword that you want to
target and get some search engine benefits as well.

If you're not allowed to do that in your signature file you
can either look for discussion forums, who will allow you
to do that, or you can just create your user profile where
people can learn more about you there.

Most discussion forums will not allow you to promote your
specific business in the discussion itself. This is good
because it keeps all of the posts from becoming nothing but
ads for everyone's products

You can increase your credibility by just going in posting
valuable information that people learn by. When they see
that you are an expert at what you're talking about the
natural thing is for them to click on your signature file
link leading to your website and they go and visit it/

There are full-time Internet marketers today who do nothing
more than hang out in discussion forums and build their
business by participating. All this does is cost you time
and you have no out of pocket expense. But the rewards are
huge.

If you have a work from home Internet business that you
want to promote then you need to be in Internet marketing
forums where people can find it. Then get started
participating in the discussions. You'll soon be on your
way to making money the easy way.

Work From Home Home Business Tip

Work From Home Home Business Tip
Do you have your own home business? How is that going for
you! In this article I want to give you a useful work from
home home business tip that has helped me make more money
online. If you are trying to make more money read on.

The biggest problem I see facing the majority of work at
home businesses is their lack of focus. What I mean by that
is, I see people jumping all around and never ever
completing anything. They keep going off in different
directions without finishing what they have started.

Now think about that for a minute! In your every day job if
your boss told you to do something, and after two hours you
started doing something else, and then two hours later you
started doing something else, how long would you have that
job? I would venture to say not very long.

So why do you take that approach with your own work from
home home business. Yet I'll bet you had done that or maybe
even are still doing that. You get up and you start one
thing, and before you know it you're off doing something
totally different.

The same thing happens when choosing a work at home
opportunity. Everybody's chasing the next great thing! Or,
even worse, you give up before you really give something a
chance to work for you. Regardless of the type of home
business that you're operating you never make any money, if
you're constantly stopping and starting with a new
opportunity every other day.

So how do you focus on the task at hand? The easiest way to
do that is to create lists of things that you want to
accomplish. Read that listed and as you complete a task
mark it off and move on to the next one. Every day create
a new list and work to finish the list that you have
created. You'll be amazed at how much your business grows
when you actually start working at it in an organized
manner.

If you're not making any money with the work from home home
business that you are now in you really need to take a step
back and analyze why. Is it the product, is it the
opportunity, or is it something that you are doing wrong!

If you can honestly say the you're doing everything in your
power to be successful, then maybe you need to take a look
at new opportunity. Only this time, take a little extra
time when you research the opportunity.

Choosing the right work from home home business, working at
it, and sticking with it, is the only sure way to guarantee
your Internet marketing success. This all starts by
focusing every day on completing one task before starting
another.

How To Combine Social Networking and Making Money

How To Combine Social Networking and Making Money
There are a few tricks to how you can use social networking
to make more money and we want to take a look at a few of
those right now.

Are you familiar with the term social networking? You have
probably heard of MySpace. MySpace is a social networking
website offering an interactive, user-submitted network of
friends, personal profiles, blogs, groups, photos, music,
and so on.

Digg is another example of the social network site. Social
networking works because it allows you to meet other people
who have similar interests as yourself. It also offers
tremendous opportunities for people to make money.

1. First of all you want to join a social network site that
relates to the theme of the product you want to market.
Although you may not be marketing your product directly at
first beginning to make acquaintances and hang out with
people who have the same interests as you will make it
easier to sell your product later.

2. One thing you can do when you join a social network site
is to choose a username that relates back to the product
you want to sell. Instead of using your username as Joe
Smith you could say, Online Gaming Joe, for example.

3. If you have a website or blog, be sure an add that to
your social networking site. Another thing you can do is
hyperlink the keywords that you want to promote and have
those link back to your website as well.

Social networking is no different than Internet marketing
in that your goals are to create as many links back to your
site as possible. The more links you have pointing back the
more potential traffic you can get.

4. When you look at social networking sites such as Diig,
Stumbleupon, and others, you see a tremendous opportunity
to promote your business by adding content in the form of
articles. If you're willing to write on topics that people
find interesting and submitting those articles you can
create traffic that way too.

5. Social networking is made easier when you have a
personal blog of your own. Blogging is an easy way to
combine articles and social networking, because you are
allowed to bookmark your blog article to various social
network directories.

This is a great way to provide quality content and
incorporate your business opportunity. People who are
reading articles in the different social networks can see
yours and become a friend and customer someday.

In conclusion, social networking offers a tremendous
opportunity to make money. When you combine a quality
product and offering it to people that you meet through

Is Internet Marketing A Good Home Business Idea

Is Internet Marketing A Good Home Business Idea
It is interesting to watch people of all ages log onto the
Internet looking for a home business idea. Many times the
very thought of doing Internet marketing is intimidating to
most people. This is true because they really do not
understand how Internet marketing works as a business.

In this article we want to look at the question would
Internet marketing be a good business idea for you to do at
home.

There is no doubt that Internet marketing can be a
difficult business to be in. It is different than off line
marketing that traditional brick-and-mortar businesses have
used in the past. For it to work for you, you're going to
have to learn some of the techniques successful Internet
marketers use.

First of all you need to understand what is the audience
that you are targeting specifically for the product you
sell. If you do not have a product you can quickly find one
by joining various affiliate marketing programs. Regardless
of what you decide to sell, you need to know that you have
an audience that is ready to buy your product.

Many people miss this point and began to promote a product
on the Internet that there really isn't much of a demand
for. This will mean that you are going to have to do some
basic market research to decide what home business you want
to market online. You may want higher this done for you by
a marketing research company or take the time to learn how
to do it yourself.

Back to trying to answer the question is, Internet
marketing a good home business idea. You need to know that
for Internet marketing to work you must think of it as a
campaign. Just as politicians work almost tirelessly to get
their message out you will be doing the same thing for your
new home business.

Some of the strategies that you will be implementing, and
promoting your Internet marketing business, will include
search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, and
various forms of online marketing such as article marketing
and email marketing.

Your home business will only be as good as your ability to
promote it online if you choose to do Internet marketing.
Ultimately for long-term success that will mean getting
your website address on as many other websites as possible.
This is known as a back link and is really the key to
long-term traffic. The more of these you have the more
traffic you can potentially get.

So, is Internet marketing a good home business idea? It
can be a great idea, if you're willing to do whatever it
takes to learn the skills to be successful at it.

Film/Video Distributors and Producers: Make Sure You Know These Nine SEO Recommendations

Film/Video Distributors and Producers: Make Sure You Know These Nine SEO Recommendations
When most people talk about Search Engine Optimization
(SEO) they tend to talk about getting more traffic to their
website. Everyone wants more traffic. Right?

If you are like most film and video distributors, you care
less about volume of traffic and much more about quality of
traffic. The goal is to get the right people visiting your
site. Can SEO do that for you?

Search Engine Optimization is about helping people who want
to find your site, find your site. Optimize your site
properly, target keywords intimately related to your
business, and the high quality traffic will come.

By making a few technical improvements to your site right
now, you can help search engines like Google and Yahoo
understand and 'respect' what your site offers and then
pass the good word on to the thousands of film and video
license buyers who use search engines every business day.

Maybe a buyer only remembers a few words about a title they
saw on the back of one of your sell sheets. Good SEO
practice makes it possible for license buyers to find you
using even the sketchiest keywords.

We've put together a checklist of nine very basic things
you can do today to make sure your website is search engine
friendly. Give your site an SEO tune-up, work hard posting
keyword rich content, and you will be amazed how fast you
can 'own' a set of keywords related to a film/video content
category or genre. This means that whenever, or wherever,
a buyer searches for content related to your business,
they'll find their way to your website.

This checklist is just as essential for film and video
distributors as it is for indie producers and film
festivals wanting to boost their exposure. Everyone can
benefit from these best practices.

9. Have you announced your site to the major search engines?

Search engines can't find you if they don't know about you.
The first thing you need to do (once you finish reading
this article) is to make sure your website is submitted to
the major search engines.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you do this manually. We don't
recommend that you use auto-submitter websites that promise
to do this for you. Get off on the right SEO foot and do
the submitting yourself.

Check out the IPEX TV blog for an article about submitting
your site to search engines.

8. Did you add your sitemap?

A sitemap is a simple document placed at the root directory
of your site and informs search engines which pages on your
site are available for searching. It's like one of those
big maps you see at audiovisual content tradeshows: but
this one is for your website, and search engines love it.

7. Do all of your web pages have titles?

At the top of your browser window (on the same level as the
close, maximize, and minimize buttons) you will find the
title of the page you are viewing. This is some of the most
valuable real estate on your site. If the only thing in
this space is your company name (or worse, it just says
"Untitled"), you're wasting a great opportunity. Use this
space to attract search engine attention to specific
keywords by writing unique page titles for every page on
your site. The trick is to write a page title that is
keyword loaded, but still seems natural to your actual
visitors. Don't make these titles too long, but do make
sure that the keywords you use in the title appear again in
the body of the page. You'll be amazed at what an
improvement this can make to your search engine results.

6. Do you have your 'alt' attributes defined?

When a programmer adds an image to a website, he or she
uses an HTML code called the 'img' tag.

< img src="sell_sheet.jpg" alt="Sell sheet, one sheet,
cinefiche" / >

The 'alt' attribute (sometimes, mistakenly, called an 'alt'
tag) allows you to specify some text that the browser will
display in case your image is missing. In this example, an
image of a sell sheet is 'tagged' with some words
describing it (alt="Sell Sheet, one sheet, cinefiche").
This may not seem like a big deal, but these 'alternate'
labels are necessary to help search engines understand the
content of your page. Search engines cannot read images,
so it's important that you help them out by specifying in
the 'alt' attribute what the image contains.

5. Have you gotten your link out there?

Are you a contributing member of Wikipedia and/or the IMDb?
Find places on these sites where it is appropriate to
submit links. If these links make sense within the
community, they offer better exposure than money can buy.

Add some of your best pages (not just your site) to social
bookmarking sites like del.icio.us, ma.gnolia.com, and
myYahoo.

Get your friends involved. Link to their best pages, and
ask them to link back to you.

4. Do you have any content?

Wooops. So, by now you should have a site that's pretty
well technically optimized and search engine friendly. But
do you actually have content people are searching for? For
film and video distributors, getting your catalogue titles
and old sell sheets on your site is an excellent step to
getting keyword-rich content online that will be relevant
to a wide variety of film and video content license buyers
googling for new titles.

3. Have you prepared a list of keywords you like?

Put yourself in the shoes of your audience for a moment,
and imagine sitting down to your favourite search engine.
What are the search terms your audience is most likely
going to use? Will these search words lead them to your
site? Now, imagine the search terms they might use to find
your competitor's web site. Make a master list of all
these keywords, and decide which keywords you want to
'own'. This list is going to be your guide to the search
engine friendly content you create.

2. Do you have a blog?

Getting your catalogue titles online is great, but it's
very important to have a site that is up-to-date. A lot of
people in the film and video distribution industry see a
corporate blog as more of a hassle than a help. But blogs
are quite simply the easiest way to keep your site fresh,
get lots of sexy text for search engines to search, and
interact with your clients. Indie producers and film
festivals have been quick to understand their
value—learn from their example. The best blogs are
an appealing mix of industry news and personal
observations. Use your blog to keep your clients up to
date on your company, showcase new titles, and share
interesting ideas.

1. Have you started already?

The good news about SEO is that it's never too early or too
late to start. Don't for a minute think that you need a
checkmark beside all 9 of these items before you can
release your site to the public. And there is no need to
do them in order.

The web is dynamic and flexible. Try some things out, and
check the results. Try Googling your site and see what
comes up. Try again, and adjust as needed. A little bit at
a time is all it takes to make big improvements.
Consistency counts.

How To Learn About Running An Internet Home Business

How To Learn About Running An Internet Home Business
You do not have to be a rocket scientist to run an Internet
home business. If you have a reasonable intelligence you
can learn how to do Internet marketing. In this article we
want to talk about how to learn about running an Internet
home business that you can use to make money online.

Having a previous business background is not necessarily
helpful when it comes to running an Internet business. An
Internet business requires learning basic skills that you
can use online. Generally, this involves creating a
marketing campaign that you can use to create traffic and
ultimately sales.

There is several places that you can receive training on
how to run an international business. Certainly the
Internet itself offers a never-ending supply of training
that can be helpful. If you don't want to reinvent the
wheel look at the success of people who are already
involved with Internet marketing.

It is important that you don't believe everything you read.
If you're familiar with the phrase, "talk the talk and walk
the walk", then you understand why it is important that you
only study people who actually do what they say rather than
people who just teach theory.

Because things change so rapidly on the Internet it isa
important that you keep up to date is on what is going on.
This can be true if you purchase an Internet marketing
course or in an ebook. It's important that you only study
what is going on in the world of Internet marketing today,
and not something that was written four or five years ago.

One example where this is especially true is in the world
of blogging. It would be a good idea to subscribe to an RSS
feed of successful Internet marketers. Then you can be kept
up-to-date on what they are doing to be successful and
maybe come up with ideas on running your own internet home
business.

Ezines are another area where you can receive excellent
free information. Many successful marketers who run their
own home businesses also published their own online
newsletter. In that they will offer tips and ideas on what
is working in a world of Internet marketing. This is a
great place to learn about running your own business, and
someday you may want to publish your own ezine too!

In conclusion, when you consider how to learn about running
the Internet home business the important thing is you watch
the source of your information. The Internet is a
tremendous source of information, but only if the
information you're reading is credible.

Four Powerful Ways to Keep Your Customers Informed

Four Powerful Ways to Keep Your Customers Informed
These days, it's hard to walk down the street without
seeing some sort of news headline or hearing about the
latest story. With instant messaging, internet on our
phones, and simply talking to our friends, we are
constantly bombarded with the latest updates. However,
when it comes to your website, you need to act in the same
way. Though you might not be able to report on anything
catastrophic on your website, in order to be memorable, you
do need to start looking at ways to keep your customers
informed.

Mailing Lists Do Work

Though many websites have eschewed the use of mailing lists
to inform their customers, when done right, these are
highly effective reminders for customers. The key to doing
these mailing lists well is to get the mailing lists on
your own - don't buy them from marketing groups. While
it's true you will get longer lists from the marketing
groups, you might also be getting a lot of negative
feedback from people who didn't want to receive your
information in the first place.

On your website, create a way for interested visitors to
sign up for a weekly email from you. All they should need
to do is to give you their email address and their first
name and they can find out what's new with your site each
week. This email shouldn't be a sales letter, but more of
a note about what's going on and what people might want to
stop by your site to see.

eZines are Still Going Out to Customers

To extend on the idea of a mass email list, you might want
to look into making a magazine for your mailing list, or an
ezine. This piece of information should be longer than
your weekly email, but it should also contain some sales
language about things that are coming up for your business.

This is the perfect way for you to update and inform your
visitors about your market, while also showing that you are
knowledgeable about your chosen business. Try talking
about new findings in your market, for example, if you are
selling nutritional products. Think about ways to give
your site visitors something that they might not have
learned on their own.

Daily Blogging is a Fun Avenue

Of course, if your business is a little less formal, you
might want to opt for a business blog. This can be from
the point of view of yourself or perhaps a fictional worker
in your company. By simply talking about the latest news
and what it means for the site visitor, you can create a
modern dialogue that allows you to show your casual side,
while still being informative.

You can also talk about loyal customers or about new
innovations to products that are in the works.

Try Sending Out a Press Release

If all else fails, the press release is still the best way
to rest the maximum amount of potential visitors that want
to see your site. However, since these releases are
generally send to a larger audience, it's harder to target
the customers you really want to target. If you can, you
might want to try to submit the press release to
publications that your target audience will be looking at
as well as posting it on your website to help spread the
word about a new product or service.

When it comes to informing your customers, you need to make
sure you explore as many possibilities for doing this as
possible. While you don't want to be the only thing on
your customer's mind, you do want to be one fo the top ten.

Work At Home Ideas for Women

Work At Home Ideas for Women
Are you ready to make the transition from work-for-a-boss
to work-for-yourself? The Internet can be the perfect work
from home opportunity for many women!

It's the dream of many - and, unfortunately, the reality of
few, but that need not be the case! Being your own boss is
not out of reach of the 'average' person - trust me - I am
VERY average and have been self-employed for almost 2
decades now.

I started on the work from home path long before the
internet came along - back when it took quite a bit of
money to actually launch a business of any kind. Mail order
companies were the choice of most of us that wanted to run
a home based business and it was not only expensive - but
slow and time consuming.

The fastest way was to buy or rent a mailing list, and send
out your ads by snail mail - and that was at least a
$10,000 investment right there - without even knowing if
you had a good product or not! The alternative was buying
magazine ads - a lot cheaper but with a lead time of
several months before the magazine hit the stands - testing
your ad or your product could take you a year or more to
get it right!

Then - along came the internet and everything changed!
Starting a business online can be done quickly, easily and
with a minimum of costs, and literally launched and run in
a few hours a day - or even a week, if your schedule is
that busy.

The bottom line is that if you TRULY want to be
self-employed - there are few barriers left to prevent you
from starting your own business today - and a lack of money
is definitely not one of them. If you have a computer or
access to one, and access to the internet - you can soon be
on your way to your own online business!

Here are some great ideas that have worked for me, and for
other women that I know personally:

EBay: Don't laugh - EBay is a lot more than just a giant
garage sale these days. Get some experience first by
selling those odds and ends around the house, and then get
into growth mode by checking out what others are doing to
make some big bucks here: dropshipping (don't fall for the
services that want a big sign-up fee - it's not necessary!)
ebook selling (dig out those family recipes for a nice
little e-cookbook?), maybe you have a special craft or art
that you can sell? Or maybe you KNOW someone whose work you
could sell? Get creative - there are a lot of ways to make
money on EBay other than cleaning out your garage!

Blogging for Moola: Yes - blogging can bring in some big
dollars these days and can cost you zero to start! You can
get a free blog at wordpress.org or blogger.com or many
other places online to get started fast and cheap. How to
make money? That's pretty easy too with Pay-Per-Click
programs like Adsense out there that will pay you whenever
a visitor clicks on one of the ads on your site...

Affiliate Marketing: Affiliate Marketing is basically
selling other people's products (with their permission, of
course!) for a share of the sale. This can be done with a
blog or website - or simply by advertising the products in
different ways online and sending the traffic to the
company's website. You can sign up directly with a
particular merchant or register with one of the many
Affiliate Management companies (and there are lots to
choose from) No matter what you might want to sell - you
will probably be able to find a product that will fit your
needs!

MultiLevel Marketing: MLM has had it's bad press over the
years - thanks in large part to the company that launched
the concept decades ago with an overzealous 'take captives'
sort of approach, but in fact, MLM is a great way to market
products and can be a fun and lucrative way to make a
living. Companies today are tightly regulated and must
adhere to quite a number of very stringent laws to protect
both members and customers. It's a business model that is
essentially advertising by word of mouth rather than
expensive commercial advertising methods (TV, magazines,
etc) and sharing that savings with the bodies that are
doing the word of mouth ads! Today's companies tend to
market more online than the old style 'coffee meetings' and
you will find many well-educated professionals involved.

If you really want to work from home - even if you no
budget to start a business - ideas are everywhere online!
