Attention!

Attention!
No matter what your religious beliefs or background, seeing
one of these ads causes you to stop momentarily.

Step #1 accomplished (get them to stop and read what you
write)

Then, they do the most brilliant thing they could they stir
up the biggest controversial subjects they can. I love it!
They talk about same sex marriages, sex and religion,
religious beliefs, disagreeing with the bible, Jesus in the
shopping mall playing Santa this is pure genius.

Step #2 accomplished (fire them up for the good or the bad
just get them talking)

This will definitely alienate a percentage of the
population. EXACTLY what they want! They want people to
start debating this ad series and they want to show people
what they stand for. Those that agree with them are highly
likely to pay closer attention from now on. Those that
disagree with them are highly likely to pay closer
attention to them as well.

Why?

It is long proven that serious controversial people and
subject matters draw more from the hate side than the love
side. Look at Howard Stern. More people listening to his
show absolutely are disgusted in him than those who love
him but the non-fans wouldn't miss a second of his show
what if he says something that infuriates them even more?

Step #3 accomplished (give them a reason to vent or take
action the ads direct them to a website to share their
impressions)

This is the exact same type of thought process your
prospects and clients go through.

Lessons learned:

-Snap them out of their trance. You must show them
something that wakes them up and makes your advertisement
the only one that day they read and pay attention to (out
of the hundreds they will see).

-Be the one who is willing to stand out and talk about the
things no one else in your field will. Make a concerted
effort to be controversial. Those who like your style will
become paying customers, those who don't like your style
won't become paying customers (nor were they ever likely
too anyhow. But I guarantee they will talk about your
disgusting ad or approach to their friends, family, and
co-workers! And if you can get people ranting about your
ads you are on your way to a winning campaign.)

-Give them a reason to do something or take some form of
action in support (or non) of what your ad is about.
Direct them to a discussion board where people can sign up
for new updates or discuss what they liked or didn't about
your approach (note ALL the comments these received
definitely made it's mark on the minds of potential
"clients")

Love it or hate it this ad series is brilliant.

That is my humble opinion anyhow!

Get More Traffic To Your Website

Get More Traffic To Your Website
Are you using a website for your online business? Then you
may already know that putting content on your site is not
only very important, but crucial in getting much-needed
traffic. But I'm not talking about dumping any kind of
content in there, just so you can say that your website has
a lot of it. No sirree, I'm talking about quality content
' the kind that has no grammatical or spelling errors, no
broken English, and most important of all, information that
is entertaining or useful and practical. Quality is the
key here, not quantity. Because when your visitors get
into your website and see for themselves the kind of
rubbish that you have in store for them, how much are you
willing to bet that they will come back? You will just
ruin your chances of getting repeat visits, as well as
prospects and sales.

Add more and more high quality articles to your website.
Submit those articles to article directories that are
freely available online, and make sure to include a short
biography about yourself. Mention your business and your
website, and even your newsletter. People will be more
inclined to visit your site, either to look for more
articles, or to sign up as a subscriber for your mailing
list. Sooner or later, your hard work will start paying
off as you start seeing your search engine rankings climb
higher and higher. The higher your rankings are, the more
exposure you will get from the search engines, and that
means more traffic. More traffic means more prospective
customers, which will increase your chances of getting more
profits.

Another thing to remember about generating quality content:
make sure your articles fit in nicely with your website's
theme or niche. For example, a well-written,
well-researched 600-word article about home décor
won't be worth a cent if your site's niche is all about
mountain biking. If your site is about fishing, then all
your content should be related to fishing, whether it's
about fish hooks, bait, boats, fishing gear, freshwater and
saltwater fishing, etc. Get it? Make it a habit to update
your site with new content on a regular basis, whether it's
daily or weekly. This will encourage repeat visits, since
your site will always be fresh and exciting with new
content. If you have a newsletter, encourage your visitors
to sign up for it, or just give them a freebie if you
don't. You'll be rewarded with increased and steady
traffic.

How about using e-courses for your website? Nowadays,
webmasters have started turning their site's content into
e-courses, either to get people to visit their sites, or to
sell for some extra cash. This is how you do it: send out
daily emails for as long as you want your e-courses to
take, to each person who has signed up for it. One part of
the e-course should be sent in each email. This task will
be much faster and easier if you have an auto-responder,
but of course you will have to buy it, so it's really up to
you if the cost is worth it or not. Include some links
into the e-courses you send out, so that readers will visit
your site to see what you have to offer. Of course, this
will only work if you can produce quality e-courses that
will impress your readers.

A good mailing list is always important for an online
business, but be careful not to abuse them. After all,
your mailing list subscribers are your prospects, too.
Aside from sending out advertisements, why not send also
send some practical or useful information for your
subscribers to use in their own businesses? This technique
makes them look forward to receiving your next emails, and
opens them up more to any offers you're sending them.
Treat your subscribers well and reward them from time to
time, and they will become your most loyal customers.

If you're a subscriber of several mailing lists yourself,
why not use this to your advantage? Try contacting the
owners of the mailing lists you subscribe to and propose a
deal of some sort, like putting their banner or affiliate
link on your site in exchange for including one or two
articles from you every month in their newsletters, with a
resource box. If accepted, this will be a great way for
promoting your website, as well as building your own
mailing list.

There are a lot of ways to get quality, targeted traffic
for your websites, but you can't go wrong with using
quality content. If you find it really necessary, you can
also outsource your writing jobs, but make sure that you're
hiring writers with excellent English writing skills and
can produce quality work. And remember: quality is more
important than quantity. If you're just going to put bad
content into your site, it's better that you don't put
anything there at all!

If The Money's In The List, The BIG Money's In Database Marketing!

If The Money's In The List, The BIG Money's In Database Marketing!
How many times have you heard the phrase "the money's in
the list?" Probably a lot if you have been involved in
internet marketing for a length of time. While I
completely agree, I would like to add to this phrase and
say "the big money's in the database." If you want to
start making the really big money, I'm talking tens of
millions, even hundreds of millions of dollars a year from
your business, you have to learn how to do database
marketing for your business.

So what is database marketing? Database marketing is when
you gather together data about your prospects and customers
and use this data to market your products and services more
efficiently and effectively. Do you realize that if you
take a look at all the big companies, I'm talking about
companies that are publicly traded and making an insane
amount of money every year, the large majority of them use
database marketing.

That's called a clue.

Case in point, take a trip to your local supermarket.
Chances are your local supermarket is part of a national
chain. There are very few local supermarkets left due to
global competition. When you arrive at that supermarket,
pick up some groceries and go to the checkout counter. The
cashier will likely ask you if you have some type of
"advantage" card.

The advantage card gives you discounts on your groceries
that you won't get if you don't have the advantage card.
For the supermarket, the advantage card gives the
supermarket the ability to store your identifying
information into a database so that they can use it to
market better to you. Not only do they have the basic
information, such as your name, your address and your
telephone number. They also have your shopping habits,
because remember, before you complete your purchase, you
have to swipe that advantage card.

This is a classic example of database marketing at work.

Even though you are not a multi-million dollar national
supermarket chain or retail store, you can still employ
database marketing in your business as well. The key is to
develop a system to gather the information and then develop
a system to store and use the information.

How do you gather the information?

One strategy that you can use is the same strategy the
supermarkets use. You can create some type of "preferred
buyers" club where any member of the club receives
discounts or special perks that other prospects and/or
customers do not receive. The only requirement is to sign
up for the club by providing some simple information, such
as your name, address and telephone number.

Employing this ONE strategy would put you light years ahead
of much of your competition, ESPECIALLY if you are running
an internet business. Do you realize how much of your
competition isn't gathering any information about your
customers besides a name and an email address? If you take
it one step further and are able to get an address and a
telephone number, that opens up the door for you to use TWO
additional means of getting your offers in the face of your
prospect.

So decide today to develop a plan to employ database
marketing into your business model. This one step could
literally triple your annual revenue for your business!

Traffic Secrets Of A Savvy Super Affiliate

Traffic Secrets Of A Savvy Super Affiliate
On March 27th, 2008, Jeff Walker released his much-awaited
Product Launch Formula 2.0. Numerous affiliates promoted
the product and it did VERY well. However, some affiliates
were much more effective than others. Some affiliates made
no sales, while others made DOZENS of sales.

As one of the affiliates who made dozens of sales, please
allow me to share with you what I consider the "traffic
secrets" that made the difference. Hopefully, you can apply
some of these techniques in your own marketing. What will
perhaps shock you is the fact that NONE of the things that
I did are really new. They are just good old-fashioned
marketing and traffic generation tactics that you already
intuitively know. They are also the traffic generation and
sales secrets that I have freely taught in my writings
since 1998.

Here, in no particular order, are my very effective, super
affiliate traffic secrets.

1) Effective Copywriting.

I think of all my marketing efforts as "basic copywriting."
So no matter whether it's article marketing, forum
posting, blogging, email marketing, or using other
techniques, I use proven copywriting techniques.

That means that I consistently use benefit-filled
headlines, and sub-headlines.

That means that I answer the "what's in it for me?"
question.

That means that I "get insider the conversation going on in
my prospect's head."

You'll see what I mean as I share what proved to be my most
effective tactics. However, I began with BASIC keyword
research... but with a twist. I simply asked myself, "What
will hundreds... perhaps thousands" of people be looking
for on the day that Product Launch Formula 2.0 launches.

The obvious answer to me was "the best bonuses offered by
affiliates marketing Product Launch Formula 2.0."
Therefore, my marketing efforts centered around THAT fact.

Please notice that anyone who enters a similar term into a
search box WOULD be actively shopping for the best Product
Launch Formula bonus. Therefore, by choosing a VERY focused
term to concentrate my efforts on, I laser-focused on
buyers!

2) Email Marketing.

One time-tested method that I used in reaching clients who
would benefit the most from Product Launch Formula 2.0 was
my email newsletter. Sticking with the premise that
effective affiliate marketing is just good copywriting, my
emails had to follow proven copywriting principles too.

Since your emails CAN'T work unless they're actually opened
and read, I had to use "headlines" that accomplished this
task. I had to use benefit-filled email subject lines.

Knowing how much of a challenge email marketing can be, and
knowing how difficult it can be to build a subscriber
database, the question of "What would be the best bonus
possible?" also became glaringly obvious.

So, part of my bonus package was a solo mailing to a list
of 120,000. Needing to protect my clients from questionable
products, I had to emphasize in my email marketing (and in
my other marketing) that I had to approve ALL solo mailing
before they were locked in. So, I had to do pre-launch
coordination.

Since my solo mailings were on a first-come, first-served
basis, that introduced the scarcity factor.

Incidentally, as Jeff indicated that he would have a
relaunch of Product Launch Formula 2.0 on April 2nd, 2008,
I had to ask if that bonus was still viable. The bonus
still made sense but could only be offered to a few, and
all of those mailings would have to be scheduled for June
2008 or later.

3) Article Marketing.

Deciding to target the term "product launch formula
bonuses," I wrote over a dozen keyword optimized articles
on that topic. These articles were distributed via article
distribution services as well as posted to my websites,
blogs, etc.

Simple, yet effective.

While many people were busy arguing about whether or not
articles worked any longer... especially in the
short-term... I simply used them.

4) Search Engine Marketing.

Basic copywriting applies to search engine marketing too.
So, the few ads that I ran using pay-per-clicks all had
benefit-filled headlines. They all also had my most
important keywords right in the headlines and bodies of the
listings.

The articles, blog posts, etc., put in the search engine
spiders' paths ALL were optimized for my primary keywords.
Therefore, on launch day, Google was kind enough to give my
listings 6 out of 10 front-page places for the term
"Product Launch Formula Bonuses" and "Product Launch
Formula Bonus."

The number of front page listings that I had for that
critical term fluctuated from time to time but was always
between 3 and 6 out of 10.

Most of the "Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) listings
that I had did something MUCH more critical though. They
actually DESCRIBED my Product Launch Formula Bonus Package.

Yes, you could look on the front page of Google, and right
there you could read that Willie Crawford was offering:

- A solo mailing to 120,000

- Free access to a 2-day seminar that others would pay
$1997 for... and that this seminar was guaranteed not to be
a pitch-fest!

- Two 1-hour one-on-one consulting sessions

The wording that showed up in the search engine listings
was deliberate and critical! It told those that I would not
reach through any of my other methods exactly what they
would get when they purchased through my Product Launch
Formula affiliate link.

5) Specific Ordering Instructions.

Since it would be extremely easy for customers intending to
order through my affiliate link to inadvertently order
through another affiliate's link, I gave very specific
instructions on HOW to order.

I "redeployed" my homepage at http://WillieCrawford.com for
this purpose. On that page, I told them:

- How to clear their cookies (complete with a Camtasia
Video demonstrating the steps for Internet Explorer and
Fire Fox users).

- How to coordinate approval of the product to be offered
through their solo mailing in advance. Basically, I asked
them to submit a ticket through my helpdesk. I knew that
the helpdesk would prove the be the most reliable
communications method practical.

- What the different parts of my bonus package was.

- What affiliate link they absolutely had to use in order
to qualify for my bonuses.

6) Becoming An Authority Site

My friend, Dr. Mani, had often written of his Authority
Site Process. He also offered a special on his Authority
Site Process Course that I decided to enroll in and then
follow as closely as practical. It did involve a little
work, and my schedule was busy enough that I wasn't sure
that I'd follow through, but I did force myself to...
although not always in a timely fashion.

I directly attribute what I learned in Dr. Mani's Authority
Site Process Course with dozens of front page listings for
numerous keyword phrases :-)

With my concentrated efforts, I became such an "authority"
that within just a few days, I had several competing
affiliates listing THEIR bonuses on my "Product Launch
Formula Discussion Forum."

On launch day, members of The Internet Marketing Warriors
began comparing bonuses right on the Warrior Forum.
Several times they referenced my forum as a resource set up
to impartially discuss "Product Launch Formula
Bonuses"... providing links to that forum. This resulted
in other affiliates listing their bonuses on my forum
(boosting its authority), and in more search engine
relevance since Google also noticed the links from The
Warrior Forum to my forum.

As you can see, NONE of the traffic secrets that I used to
get my Product Launch Formula Bonus Package noticed were
rocket science. What is perhaps not so obvious is that
everything that I did was very scientific. Everything that
I did was tested and tracked very closely. The results
were irrefutable!

I've just shared with you EXACTLY how I generated dozens of
sales for a $1997 product as an affiliate marketer. None of
those things required any large cash outlays. They just
required taking a little action... and THAT is the real
secret ;-)

List Marketing: What Have You Asked Your Subscribers Lately?

List Marketing: What Have You Asked Your Subscribers Lately?
I'm going to share with you a seldom used list marketing
tactic that can simultaneously build your relationship with
your list, make affiliate (or your own product) sales and
give you HOT ideas for future products.

Sounds great, right? And you're going to be surprised at
how simple this is.

First, I want you to understand that I am of the mind that
it is not the size of the list that matters, but the
relationship you have with your list. Having a big list of
subscribers that don't open your emails, don't read them
and don't do anything that leads to money in your bank
account is not my goal. Sure, you can brag you have a big
subscriber list, but I'd rather make more money for my list
marketing efforts... wouldn't you?

So, the goal is to have a list of RESPONSIVE subscribers.
This means people who are waiting for your email with
anticipation, drop everything they are doing to immediately
read them and then acts without hesitation to do something
that leads to money in your bank account. OK, that may be
a little bit of a stretch, but you get the idea. And
responsive subscribers are created from building a strong
relationship with your list.

And you can't build a relationship with your list with a
one way conversation!

Most people subscribed to your list because they decided it
would be advantageous for them to learn more from you.
They made the crucial step of someone looking for
information to someone asking YOU for information. So, in
the beginning, that is exactly what you should do...
provide the valuable information they seek.

But at some point, the relationship needs to grow. It
needs to be more give and take. It needs to change from a
speech, lecture or sermon to a CONVERSATION. So, here it
is, the big tactic...

Ask your list members to send you their biggest question,
and you'll answer it in your next email. Simple right?

Like I said earlier, your subscribers want to learn from
you. The joined your list because they thought you have
the solution to their problem. So, let them ask you their
most burning question. Get them involved in the
conversation.

Here are a few things that happen...

Your subscribers start to feel involved. If they asked a
question, they will definitely open your next email. Even
if they didn't ask a question, they'll open your next email
to see what was asked.

So, your open rate on the next email will be astronomical!

Now, how can you profit from building a relationship with
your list and involving them in the conversation?

You are probably recommending affiliate programs or your
own product to your list. So, it is reasonable to expect
some of the questions to be about those products.
Answering these questions can help your customers decide if
the product is the right solution for them, and purchase.
It is a nice way to soft-sell your recommendations. You
can expect to see added sales as a result of your "answer"
email.

PLUS: you might just find that your subscribers are
interested in something all together different. Maybe the
product or service you are recommending ISN'T the best
solution for what your list wants, and is ready to pay
money for. This is a HUGE opportunity for you. You can
either look for the right product or service and then
market it to your list, or create the product or service
yourselves. And you already have a market ready to buy!

I think you'll agree, building a relationship with your
list and inviting them into the conversation by asking them
a question is a simple way to add profits to your list
marketing. I bet you're ready to field some questions,
right?

Google Everflux: Just What We Needed, Google on Speed

Google Everflux: Just What We Needed, Google on Speed
Is it just me or has Google gone into overdrive? As a
professional full-time online marketer I have to keep my
mind firmly placed on what Google is doing. As much as I
try not to because Google has probably driven more people
around the bend than Chrysler and Mercedes-Benz put
together.

Like any professional marketer, I monitor my numerous
keywords on a daily basis - especially my major targeted
keyword phrases that bring in the most sales and
subscribers. For years now, I have had top rankings in
Google for my chosen phrases; they move up and down, but
mostly they don't leave the first page.

However, lately I have been noticing a lot of jumping in
the top listings. Links out of nowhere are appearing, links
being dropped and my own links moving up and down much too
quickly for my comfort. Even six months ago the Google main
index seemed to be a whole lot more stable than it is now.

Within the past months, rankings within Google have become
more dynamic, more fluid. They can change from day to day,
what some people are calling Google Everflux. This is very
similar to the old Google Dance we used to have a few years
ago...when Google would update or refresh its index about
once a month. Now Google is stepping out on that dance
floor every day.

Once upon a time, your keyword rankings in Google didn't
change that much. Every four or five months Google would do
major updates where your keywords and your site's PageRank
could have a major jump or fall in Google's index. But have
things changed? Has the whole ranking process now been
speeded up? Has the Google Index now become more fluid,
more dynamic, changeable daily? Updating, fluctuating on
the fly?

Inquiring minds want to know...

Keep in mind, Google Everflux is not a new term. As far
back as July 2002 there are references in Webmasterworld to
the Google Freshbot and Google Everflux. This term referred
to the re-freshing of the Google Index.

Unlike many SEO theories and assumptions, the Google
Everflux is the Real McCoy. That is if you can believe the
Google Guy, and there's no reason not to take Matt Cutts at
his word.

In his site or blog - www.mattcutts.com - he describes what
is happening here. In a response to a comment on his blog
on January 1, 2007, he gives this answer:

Quoting Matt Cutts: "...I'm not trying to side-step the
issue. I believe that a data refresh, which used to be
every 3-4 weeks, is now happening more like every day. So
the changes in ranking that some people were seeing on the
17th or 27th during the summer months can now happen every
day."

Even more telling was Matt's response to another person's
summary of these changes within Google.

Senaia said: "So the Index Update is what people use to
call Google Dance, when it was on monthly bases. Now it's
on daily bases and they call it Everflux.

Backlinks update and Pagerank update are also types of data
refresh.

So, the big scary updates like Florida... are Algorithm
updates?"

Matt Cutts said: "Senaia, that's not a bad summary. Florida
and Jagger were changes in our algorithms to score
documents, for example."

However, is the current Google Everflux a more souped-up
version of this re-freshing process? Google in
fast-forward? On speed-dial?

Regardless of the rate of change, Google Everflux is
important simply because Google is so important to any
webmaster or site. There's no denying that, whether you
love it or hate it, Google will deliver the most search
engine traffic to any webmaster who gets top rankings for
his/her keywords. The other search engines shouldn't be
ignored, but most of your search traffic will come from
Google. According to Nielsen Stats in February (2008),
Google had around 60 percent (58.7 - 4.5 billion Google
search queries) of the traffic on the web.

But 60 percent is not the true percentage; from close
examination of my different sites' traffic logs I know
Google gives me around 90 percent of my search traffic.
Maybe I am over optimized for Google, but even when I
manage on rare occasions to get number one rankings in all
three search engines for a minor keyword, Google is still
the one sending the most traffic.

Since this search traffic is extremely important to my
livelihood, I keep a close watch on my major keywords in
Google. Movement up or down just a few places means an
increase or decrease in my traffic. Google has changed. It
is not the same search engine it was 6 months ago. Not by a
long shot.

What does this mean to your site or keywords?

It probably means you have to put your link building
efforts into overdrive if you want to get a top listing in
Google and keep it there. It will probably mean that you
have to be constantly creating valuable content and
quality-relevant links related to your site's topic in
order to remain competitive.

This is what you should be doing in the first place, but
now you will have to work harder to keep your links in
those top positions in Google. At least this has been my
experience lately.

One thing I have noticed with my keyword rankings, links
from the so-called Social Bookmark sites (Digg, Reddit,
Squidoo...) have become very important to Google. Real
people reading and ranking real content. This is what these
social media sites are all about, and it seems Google is
placing more emphasis on these sites.

I say "seems" because with Google, nobody knows for sure.
However, I can see in my daily monitoring of my own
keywords - Google Everflux is real and is probably here to
stay.

Over time old links you had are being dropped, as Google
re-ranks their links and index. The whole fall-out from
Google's paid link crackdown is still being played out as
webmasters scramble to devise new ways to juice-up their
links. Google is firing back with new ways to keep its
index supposedly honest, an ongoing, turbulent battle that
will probably get more turbulent. As new sites and links
become important there will be a constant change in the
rankings within Google.

Google also seems to be favoring big, resourceful authority
sites for the top positions in their SERPs, giving these
sites 6 or 7 sub-headings and links - all in the top spot.

Which means it will be much harder for the smaller marketer
to compete. Of course, it is only a matter of time before
big, large corporations completely dominate all the major
profitable keywords on the web, in Google and elsewhere.
Once big business figures out what's going on and realizes
just what keyword control in their industry will give them.

That may be a little extreme, but like any valuable
resource, it won't be long before multi-national corporate
giants eat up the little guys/sites via keyword branding
and dominance. It will take some time, and since there are
millions of small niches there is still some marketing room
for small sites to cash in. But our days of glory are
numbered...

For now, if you count on Google for your search traffic,
keep building quality links/content daily and don't forget
the all important social bookmark sites... make sure you're
building some good links from them. One simple solution
that has given me hundreds of social bookmark links in the
past year is simply adding the free AddThis.com button on
my sites. Just let your visitors bookmark and build links
for you in these social media sites.

Keep a blog or blogs and tie in your site with links and
trackbacks. And make sure you tie/connect your site to the
whole blogosphere. Don't forget to add video/audio to your
site, as those formats will play an ever-increasing role on
the web.

No matter what warp-speed Google finally decides upon,
valuable content is still the key to getting top rankings
in any search engine. Adding fresh, valuable relevant
content to your sites each day will keep them in the
picture.

If that doesn't work, you can always take up speed car
racing - I heard it is supposed to be very calming on the
nerves. And I bet you one backrub none of them will have
ever heard of Google Everflux.

Unlimited Online Income

Unlimited Online Income
Lets face it, there are plenty of people all over the world
who are making unlimited amounts of online income. You may
not know this, but there are thousands of people who have
started with nothing online and are now making a lot of
money.

You know that a job is nearly not enough these days when it
comes to staying alive and in control of your current
financial situation. That is why the internet has allowed
and given us the opportunity to not only make extra money,
but it has also given us the ability to make extraordinary
amounts of money. Anyone can make unlimited online income.

The world wide web is a great place for anyone, with a
burning desire and the right determination, to make it big
and make money. I've been on the Internet for a few years
now and can tell you that although there are many at home
opportunities out there for everyone to make money from,
you need to do your own research to see which work at home
program is right for you.

Not every program, that will try to teach you how to earn
money from home on the world wide web, will be a good one.
In fact, there are many opportunities that will take your
money and give you nothing in return. As you may know by
now, there are a lot of scams in the offline world. But you
also need to know that there are plenty of scams online.
There is no shortage of them so you need to be very careful.

While being on the internet for the past few years, I am
here to tell you that I have come across a few good and
honest programs. At home income opportunities that really
teach you everything that you need to know for earning
money online from the comfort of your home.

Now, I mentioned that there are many good and solid online
work at home programs, right? I am here to tell you that
there is no way for you to make money if you or anyone else
don't do the necessary things to make things happen. I know
a lot of people who were given all the materials and
training to earning money on the web but never succeeded.
Why? Because they thought that they can just make money
without doing anything.

Once you join an honest and reputable online income
opportunity, you got to do the work. You can't just sit
there and wait for the money to start rolling in. You got
to take action. If you want to succeed and reach your
income goals, you will need a strong desire to make it and
you will also need to make a commitment.

Anyone can earn money online with one single program, but
it is always better to earn unlimited amounts of internet
income. Below is a list of web opportunities that can help
you make more online with different programs:

*Online Network Marketing

*Data Entry

*Online Paid Surveys

If you want to create multiple streams of internet income,
then I suggest that you look into all 3 program
opportunities above.

I recommend that you find a website where you feel
comfortable to join 3 programs that will give you
everything that you need to earn money at home and create
unlimited income for you and your family.

eBay Auction Starting and Ending Day Strategies

eBay Auction Starting and Ending Day Strategies
It's usually when auctions are about to end that they get
half their bids ' sometimes that's when they get their only
bids. If you want your item to sell for a good price, then,
it makes no sense to let it finish on a day and time when
no-one's going to be around to place bids or buy.

Selling to Business consumers.

If you're selling business equipment and have mostly
business customers, you should really aim to have your
auctions finishing between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. It is
worth, however, trying to avoid mornings and avoiding the
'lead-in' and 'lead-out' that takes place on Monday and
Friday themselves.

Selling to Home consumers.

If most of your sales are to private customers having it
shipped to their own home, then you want your auctions to
finish when these kind of customers will be around.
Unfortunately, these times are the opposite of what they
are for the business customers. The ideal time to catch a
home customer is on a Sunday evening.

Listing Durations.

In order to get your listings to end on a particular day,
you can simply change the duration of your auctions
depending on what day it is. For example, if you mostly
sell to home consumers and the day today is Thursday, then
your auction needs to run for either 3 or 10 days to hit a
Sunday. If you sell more to business and the day today is
Friday, then:

a 1 day auction would not be good (finishing on Saturday
and no-one will be around to buy or bid), 3 days would be
alright (Monday), 5 days would be good (Wednesday), 7 days
would be good (another Friday), and 10 days would be good
as well (Monday again).

You could draw up a little timetable of when you should and
shouldn't be listing depending on the days of the week '
make it red, amber and green, traffic light style, and
stick it on your wall. You'll want to experiment to find
what day is the best day to end an auction, or you can use
a variety of web-based research tools to determine what day
and what auction duration is best for you product.

Scheduled Listings.

Of course, if that all sounds like too much trouble then
there is an easier ' if slightly more expensive ' way of
doing things. Simply use any of the many tools that let you
schedule listings (almost all listing programs and sites
do) ' you can set the start date for any day and time you
feel like.

Be aware that you will have to pay a few cents per listing
for this if you do it through eBay. With some software, you
may also need to leave your computer on all the time, so
the software can start the auctions when it's supposed to.
The advantage of this method, however, is that there will
be no per-listing fee, since the auctions were scheduled
through your computer and not through eBay. Check out
Turbolister 2.0. It is free from eBay. You can create as
many auctions as you want and Turbolister will calculate
listing fees and upload all the auctions you want all at
the same time.

Also consider that listing durations can be used to
generate a sense of urgency, especially with sought after
items. This can appeal to the impulse buyer and urge then
to bid now rather than wait. Sometimes a 1 or 3 day
auction works best.

Advertising :The Key To Traffic

Advertising :The Key To Traffic
Every business needs customers. More traffic equals more
people to sell your products to.

Traffic is the absolute cornerstone of successful marketing.

But as with any business, not everyone who comes into your
internet store will make a purchase.

Obviously however, the greater of number who do come in to
browse your merchandise, the greater the number of people
who will buy your products.

This is the simple premise by which all successful
businesses succeed, because only a small percentage of the
traffic actually buys.

The key is to get large enough amounts of traffic so that
the small percentage of actual buyers will be enough to
provide a profit after the overhead is paid for.

Most big companies rely on generating traffic of many
thousands a day while only ten to fifteen percent or so
actually buys. That small percentage is enough to provide
them with good profit and to pay for the advertising.

In generating traffic, advertising is the key. The more
people who know your site exists; the more people will go
to your site. That makes sense doesn't it?

There are ways to get advertising for free, however, they
generally do not generate the same volume as paid
advertising. That is why all large successful businesses
are willing to invest thousands of dollars in advertising
with advertising agencies.

Paid advertisements (pay per click) for the internet
include advertising by Google and Yahoo etc.

These kinds of sites have the capacity to get your ads out
to thousands of people daily.

This is by no means a plug for any one site, but simply a
statement of fact that buying ads is a profitable means of
getting your product in front of a huge number of clients
daily.

When you pay for your advertisements, you're basically
buying traffic, and while it may not sound like the best
business decision, paid advertisement generally provides a
constant flow of traffic to your site.

You can have a profitable day every day, either in terms of
sales or opt in subscribers. In addition, you have the
ability to tweak and change your ads daily to increase
customer response, as well as easily track your results.

You can set up several different ads and do split tests to
discover the optimum set up. This can all be done very
quickly and easily.

So whether the money you spend in paying for your traffic
brings direct sales or subscribers, it will be worthwhile.

Remember this, every shopper who visits your store without
buying is now aware of your existence, and he'll likely
revisit if you send him a few advertisement brochures via
your auto responder.

Later on we'll discuss the various methods of free
advertising available and explore them.

Viral marketing

Viral marketing
Viral marketing refers to a specific kind of marketing
technique. It creates a situation where potential customers
pass along some information about a company, services or
products. It doesn't have to be precise information, it can
be co-called building brand awareness i.e. creating desired
associations with the company's name or logo.

Examples of viral marketing include: funny or intriguing
video clips, advertising photos (often made to look like
quasi-amateur photos) that the Internet users pass along.
Additionally, one may use rumours or create some trends,
urban legends that are spreading among potential customers
to increase brand awareness and to create a symbolic
product of high quality, a status of a symbol, or quite the
opposite, they can ruin the product's reputation.

Another marketing trick is to give away valuable
information which contains a more or less subtle
advertising message. For example, a margarine producer may
publish booklets with cake recipes in which an ingredient
of every recipe will be the margarine produced by the
publisher of the booklet. aim of this is to encourage
people to pass along the recipes ' unintentionally, with
the name of the advertising producer.

It requires a lot of linguistic subtlety to coin such an
advertising slogan, phrase or saying that in a provocative
manner becomes part of the colloquial language (e.g. "Don't
live a little, live a lotto", "I'M LOVIN' IT!", "Just do
it", "Have a break have a kitkat").

Viral marketing may also rely on encouraging people to
consciously inform their friends about certain products or
services. Common methods include: putting appropriate
scripts on the websites, "recommendation" competitions or
rebates, etc.

The principles of viral marketing can be endless, also
because one of them says: be original. The most important
rules are presented below.

Principle 1. Give your customer a good laugh.

There is something in people that they love being
entertained. This tendency doesn't depend on age and is
typical for the majority of people. When planning viral
marketing, try to see your product in the funniest
situation. The product itself doesn't have to be funny in
order to be presented in a funny way. Think about
situations when customers would like to use your service or
product. If you managed to think up an entertaining absurd
situation, you have the first candidate for your viral.

Principle 2. If you can, make use of pictures and sound.

Nowadays the copywriter has an effective tool in the form
of the Internet. Once upon a time (which means not so long
ago...) viral marketing was based mainly on gossip and
stories spread by word of mouth. At present the role of the
channel for information transmission was taken by the
Internet. Apart from the content we may transfer pictures
and sound. What do you need to create a video for viral's
purposes? Just three things: a camera with USB cable to
transfer your video to the computer, a computer with the
appropriate software and the logins for websites allowing
video presentation, such as YouTube.

Principle 3. Choose children, animals, attractive people or
individuals to be your actors.

If in your viral marketing video there are to be actors,
let it be children, animals, attractive people or people
with a "characteristic" appearance. Children themselves can
be sweet and funny, animals as well (dogs, cats), that's
why the desired funny character of your video will be
intensified by the actors.

Principle 4. Be shocking.

If you can't present something in an objective funny way,
try to shock the person who receives your message. Bear in
mind that the majority of people's activities cause fear.
You may consider showing people what happens to those who
don't make use of your products or services. These types of
ideas are often used in advertisement concerning the
promotion of road safety.

Principle 5. Pretend that the advertisement was made by the
Internet users without you knowing about it.

If you have some official advertisements, try to make its
"other versions" - more funny, more shocking, and put them
on the net. At the same time, deny that you are the author
of the videos.

6 Tips to Choose your Million Dollar Website Domain Name

6 Tips to Choose your Million Dollar Website Domain Name
Domain name prices costs the same whether if you have a
good domain or a bad domain. What is considered a good
domain name? Here are some tips to help you register your
million dollar website name.

1. Use your product / service keywords into your domain name

- using a keyword in your domain name allows internet
visitors to know what your website offers. For instance, if
you are using selling jewelry then you can add in this
keyword to your website domain name, such as
1SpecialJewelry.com

2. Avoid using dashes in your domain name

- have you seen the domain names like my-website-name.com ?
Not only is this domain name hard to say out, your visitors
might easily forget this domain name and misspelt the
website name, causing them to end up in your competitors
website of mywebsitename.com

3. Use simple words and spelling

- avoid using "big" words that visitors might not even know
how to pronounce and you should always spell check the
keyword before you register this

- there's nothing worse that using a keyword that you
cannot even spell properly (and result in you misspelling
your own website name)

4. Choose international domain names (top level TLD)

- rather than just registering your com.my for local
Malaysia market or com.hk for the Hong Kong market, grab
the .com name as this name is easier to remember.

- what if your competitors own the .com and you only
registered the .com.sg version? Then, it's advisable to
register another domain name where you can grab both the
.com and the .com.sg (otherwise customers who do not type
the .sg will end up going to your competitors' site)

5. Register both the singular and plural versions

- if your keywords have singular and plural versions, it
will be better to register both versions of the domains,
such as flower.com and flowers.com

- this mistake can even be seen in the cases of some
popular websites like ediets.com (one of the most popular
online diet website). If you entered the singular version
of diet, you will go to ediet.com and guess who owns this?
(not eDiets.com)

6. Register your company / brand name

- if you manage a widely known brand name of products then
you should grab the name of this product itself. For
instance, you run a family business of restaurants called
Aunt May, so you should grab auntmay.com,
auntymayrestaurant.com and auntmayrestaurants.com

Wait no more and go to online domain registration companies
to check for your available domain names today, such as

Home Business Network Marketing

Home Business Network Marketing
More and more people are dreaming of trading in their
corporate jobs for a work from home business opportunity.
Network Marketing is a great business model and opportunity
to work at home.

How To Start?

First off you need to select a company to promote. With
thousands of available options to choose from, it may seem
a bit cumbersome. You want to select a company with a solid
reputation. The founders need to be people with integrity
that represent the company well.

You also need to choose a company with a unique, highly
consumable product. You want something that people need and
that they will consume month after month. This will ensure
that you will have the long term residual income through
repeat sales.

How To Market?

One of the biggest concerns with running any successful
work from home business opportunity, MLM or not, is being
able to generate leads. While traditional word of mouth
marketing works great for network marketing, some people
are uncomfortable approaching their friends and family.

The internet has provided an opportunity to market online
and grow your business successfully without ever having to
leave your home. There are plenty of free or low cost
advertising options that will provide a steady stream of
prospects to your website.

How To Work From Home?

This is one of the biggest determining factors for people's
success or failure from home. Most people have been
conditioned to work underneath of a boss and are used to
having someone else tell them what to do and when to do it.
This is not the case when you work from home.

You have to have motivation, determination, and a never
fail attitude. The line between success and failure is
often very thin. A lot of people are just moments away from
realizing success, but they give up before it can become a
reality.

This is why there is a 97% failure rate for work from home
business opportunities. People become distracted with
family obligations, television, or just plain laziness and
then give up.

Conclusion

In closing, it is entirely possible to work from home
through network marketing and be successful at it. However,
there are some key things that you need to do to make it a
reality. You need to select the right company, learn how to
create an effective marketing campaign online and offline,
and never give up. The latter being the most critical
component.

Affiliate Marketing 2.0

Affiliate Marketing 2.0
Internet marketing and affiliate marketing have become
massively popular in the last two years, and although this
is great in one way it has meant that the overall popular
methods have become saturated. There are simply to many
people out there all trying to use the same methods. In
most cases using these methods will just not work, you may
make some money using the same methods everyone else uses,
but it will be hard to really bring in a top income.

Because of this problem of over saturation it is very
important for any one who is trying to make money online to
get the advantage over your competition, find out those
secret methods that the big boys know about and start to
implement them yourself. You can bet that any time there is
mass competition in any sort of market there will be a
handful of people that are using "secrets" that most people
do not know about. And these are the ones who are doing
really well.

So for those of us that are complete newbies to internet
marketing or have been doing it for quite a while and not
really making any real money, we need to some how find a
way of learning these secrets in order to give are
marketing efforts a good boost and have that upper hand
over the masses. The best way that i know of for getting
your foot in the door is to find a big boy marketer that
has done really well and is a great example of success, and
if they offer some kind of membership or training club, to
join that. There are many of these around, it is a matter
of finding the one that is really giving you an advantage
by letting you in on the secret marketing strategies, and
also is very specific in training you how to implement
these methods.

This is the perfect way to succeed in marketing and is not
a new concept by any means. As someone once said "An
intelligent man learns from his mistakes the first time,
but a wise man learns by the mistakes of others" and it is
so true in this context. Many of us really need to be taken
by the hand and told exactly what to do and how to do it.

I have been lucky enough to find one of these great
resources, I pay by the month, and get taught every current
and latest trick to make my online business attempts a
success. After first starting with it i realized just by
learning a few simple tricks, that most of the people out
there are really going to struggle because there is just to
much competition. Way to many people using the same
strategies for the same products.
