What Is Free Internet Advertising and Where Do You Find It

What Is Free Internet Advertising and Where Do You Find It
One of the first things you are faced with when you start
your own business at home is how are you going to promote
it. If you have a website then you need to get visitors to
it. Depending on your budget, you may not have a lot of
money when you first start out. In this article we want to
talk about free Internet advertising that you can use to
get traffic for your new business website.

The first thing to understand about marketing on the
Internet is that if you do not have to have money to drive
traffic to your website you're going to have to make up for
that by investing time. This is one of the great things
about the Internet, however. Anybody regardless of their
present income status can start their own business at home
and make it profitable by doing just a few different types
of free advertising methods.

When we talk about getting traffic to a website we're
talking about a visitor and a potential paying customer.
Once they are on your site they can make a purchase
therefore earning you a commission on that sale. So it only
stands to reason that the more visitors that you have
coming to your site the more opportunities you have to make
a sale.

One effective method that has worked over the years and is
continuing to work is known as article marketing. With
article marketing you choose targeted keywords and write
articles around those words. You then submit those articles
to article directories where they are published online for
other people to view.

The way that this can benefit you is when you write a
quality article, at the end of the article you're allowed
to create a bio box. This resource box is a short
classified ad promoting yourself, your website and your new
business. You're allowed to list your website address, and
when people click on that they are taken to your website.

For article marketing to work you need to write a lot of
articles and get those submitted to as many quality article
directories as possible. If you don't have money to pay to
use a submission service then you're going to have to
manually enter those articles 1 at a time. This comes back
to the trade off that we are talking about in terms of time
and money and how you will have to invest more time if you
do not have as much money.

Your goal with article marketing is to get your website
address on as many potential pages as possible. This is
known as getting a backlink. A back link is another free
Internet marketing method. You need to get as many back
links pointing back to your website is possible.

You can do this through free classified ads, forum
marketing, blogging, social networking, and anything you
can think of that allows you to get your website address on
somebody else's website.

That really is our summary to free Internet advertising.
You are going to have to be creative and you're going to be
ambitious, but the more backlinks pointing to your site the
more potential traffic you will have. The good news is when
you start your own business at home the internet can help
you promote it inexpensively.

20 Flaming Hot Ways To Catapult Your Sales

20 Flaming Hot Ways To Catapult Your Sales
Discover the secrets the professionals use to increase
there sales and make large sums of money

1. Create an email discussion list. The list should be
related to your web site's subject. Place your ad on all
posts and it will remind people to visit your site.

2. Prove your product is a bargain. Add a lot of free stuff
to your offer or, if you've sold the product for a higher
price before, show them the difference.

3. Make your web site more useful. Sell ad space, generate
hot leads, answer visitor questions, offer free content, be
news friendly, etc.

4. Make the most of each visitor. Sometimes your price is
to high. You should provide a variety of similar products
at different price ranges.

5. Test and redesign your banner ads till you get your
desired click through rate. Once you do, join many banner
exchanges and buy ad space.

6. Use holidays as a reason to get free publicity. Write a
press release or article about the current holiday. It'll
have a high chance of being published.

7. Utilize the free content on the internet. Publish one
article on a single web page and your main web site link
then upload it as a doorway page.

8. Test your new products on the bottom of your home page.
You don't want to take away hits from your best selling
products until others are proven.

9. Make commissions without joining an affiliate program.
Just propose a joint venture offer to web sites that don't
have affiliate programs.

10. Persuade other web sites to link to yours. It can
improve your search engine ranking. Just offer them
something of value in return.

11. Specialize your product or service if you have too much
competition. If you're selling an advertising book, rewrite
part of it and target it just to pet businesses.

12. Sell a lead in product for super cheap, even if you
loose a little money. If people like it, you have a greater
chance to sell your higher price product.

13. Give people a free version of your product. If it does
what you say they, will pay for the up-grade or deluxe
version to get more benefits.

14. Ask your visitors outcome questions in your ad copy
like: "Where do you want to be financially the next two
years?" This'll persuade them to buy.

15. Give your product away for free to people that will
agree to influence your target audience to buy it. It could
be experts, famous athletes, actors, etc.

16. Give your potential customers a bonus that will
actually pay for their purchase. It could be money saving
coupons, an affiliate program, etc.

17. Make your sales letters or ads sound like it is common
sense to buy your product. For example: "Everyone knows you
can't make money..."

18. Make sure your ad copy sounds like you know what you're
talking about. If people sense you or your business
doesn't, they won't buy.

19. Load your ad copy up with tons of benefits and bonuses.
People will think and feel like they are getting a lot for
their money if they buy.

20. Assume your potential customer is going to buy. For
example: "Dear Future Millionaire". They will want to buy
in order to feel that way.

Cruise To Cash ' More Hype Or The Real Deal?

Cruise To Cash ' More Hype Or The Real Deal?
With the glut of online business opportunities available on
the internet today, it's easy to let your emotions get the
best of you and get caught up in all the flash and hype.
So, when I ran cross Cruise To Cash I naturally was very
leery about their business and opportunity.

First let me say that there is a monumental shift going on
in the internet business world as of late. It is becoming
clear who is genuinely FOR the marketers, and who is
selfishly out for personal gain. There is a disturbing
trend of negative advertising and darn right nasty
marketing tactics going on all in the effort to make a
buck. Competition is keen and, sadly, it's apparent that
more and more individuals are willing to do anything to
make a sale.

As someone who has been watching all of this unfold over
the last couple of years, I can honestly say that this kind
of "crap" is about to hit the proverbial fan in the coming
months. People are wising up by asking more intelligent
questions and not falling for the outright lies, flashy
websites and toys and trinkets being dangled in front of
them.

That's why, initially, I thought Cruise To Cash was going
to be yet another fly-by-night operation offering nothing
of real substance or lasting value. Since I knew that this
was going to be just another run-of-the-mill, short lived
opportunity, I really wasn't anxious to check this thing
out. I knew, however, that I had to give an honest review
based on the facts, so I proceeded to investigate the
company, the product and this so called "revolutionary
compensation plan." (Everyone claims to have a
revolutionary comp plan!)

As for the product, I was pleasantly surprised to find out
that it is "front and center," and the driving force behind
the Cruise To Cash business. If you've looked around the
net, you've no doubt noticed that many of the online
business opportunities put very little emphasis on the
products or services being offered. Just money games,
really. Not so with Cruise To Cash.

Let me give you a brief run down: In order to become a
Cruise To Cash member you must enroll at one of two levels.
The Weekender Package is $477 and includes unlimited
weekend getaways to destinations such as Las Vegas, Cape
Cod, Orlando, Mexico, Hawaii and many more. You save big
money on these vacations by redeeming valuable travel
vouchers. These getaways are generally for 3 days and 2
nights in duration and remember you can use these vouchers
an unlimited number of times.

The Cruiser Package is $977 and includes all of the
benefits and getaways that are in the Weekender Package
plus, you get unlimited access to vacations like an 8 day,
7 night condo stay at over 700 locations worldwide
including such destinations as Orlando, Bermuda, Hawaii and
Portugal and many, many more. The Cruiser Package also
includes a cruise aboard a first class cruise ship. Just as
you do with the Weekender Package, you can enjoy unlimited
access to these and many other vacations. These are real
premium vacations to real places that you can enjoy with
your family and friends and pay a fraction of the full
price.

I was, of course, skeptical about all of this and knew
there had to be a catch, but upon reading a bit more I
found out that the only other costs after paying room tax
is a small activation fee or "redemption fee" that never
exceeds $50. (I like the fact that they didn't try to hide
this information). Small price to pay, considering the
savings involved, and when they say "unlimited" they mean
"unlimited."

Top notch hotels like Wyndham, Marriott, Radisson,
Sheraton, Ramada, Hampton Inn, Hawthorne Suites, Fairfield
Inn and Suites, readily accept these vouchers because they
rarely are fully booked to capacity, and empty rooms add
nothing to their bottom line.

And you stay for pennies on the dollar. As an example: One
family booked 5 nights in Hawaii for less than $30 per
night in the Outrigger Hotel on Waikiki Beach. The normal
price was over $250 per night. These definitely are not
"sloucher vouchers."

Next, I looked at the Cruise To Cash pay plan.

I have to admit, I wasn't impressed at first, because it
looked like a typical 2-up deal where you pass up 100%
commission of your first two sales to your sponsor, but
this isn't the case. Actually, they have created a pay plan
that includes four profit centers under one umbrella.

Here's how it works:

You earn split commissions of $238.50 or $488.50 on your
first 2 product sales, (You never have to pass up 100% of
your commissions), plus an additional $238.50 or $488.50
from the first 2 product sales generated by your personally
enrolled members. From your 3rd personal sale on to
infinity you get paid 100% commissions of $477 or $977.
Additionally, Cruise To Cash has introduced an industry
first by paying its members a $10 or $20 residual income on
every personal enrollee month after month as long as they
stay with the program.

In order to stay active with the program Cruise To Cash
members must pay a monthly fee of either $39.95 or $59.95
depending on which package they come in at. I wouldn't
consider this a negative, because you get a lot of great
tools, including replicated websites, comprehensive back
office training ' including videos - and a proven powerful
marketing system to help grow your business.

All in all, Cruise To Cash offers a solid opportunity for
anyone who's willing to forth the necessary time and effort
to make it work.

You Can Succeed Making Money Online

You Can Succeed Making Money Online
There are many people who say that you can not make money
online, they will tell you that it is all scams. Then
there are those who tell you that they tried and failed or
knew some one who lost money. The problem more likely was
that they went about marketing on the internet wrong. When
you market online the correct way it will have dramatic
effects on your outcome

You need to start by creating an effective marketing plan.
There are some simple things that you need to include in
that plan. You need to know your product and market, know
who and where your prospects are and know your competition.

Getting to know the product or service that you are selling
is a must, so make sure you use it yourself. When you use
the product then you get to know the strengths and
weaknesses of it. You will also have the ability to answer
questions that your prospects may have about it.

Once the strong points are known then you have identified
who your target audience is. You can now set up a
marketing campaign promoting the strengths of the product.
This will be advertising to your target audience and not to
everyone. This is half the battle in internet marketing,
too many people advertise to everyone and not there target
audience. Look at commercials do car companies run
commercials during children's programming, no that is not
there target audience and a waste of time and money. You
need to do the same on the internet.

Now you know your target market, so you need to know where
your prospects are. Find out where they are online and be
there also. Do not openly market your products to them as
this will only turn them off. Get to know your prospects,
what they are looking for and what problems do they have.
Since you know your product and the strengths ands
weaknesses you can figure out how your product can provide
a solution for them. This is something to incorporate into
your marketing campaign.

You will also want to study your competition. Get to know
the strengths and weaknesses of their product also. Once
you know the weakness you can point that out in your
marketing also. See who they are advertising to and how
they are advertising. Are they doing something that you
can incorporate into your advertising?

Once you have all the information of the the product, your
target and your competition you can put together an
effective marketing plan. Put it all together by appealing
to your prospects, showing the strengths of your product
over your competition and how your product help them solve
there problems.

In order to succeed online there is one important thing
that you must do and that is not quit. Success will not
happen overnight. It will take time and research. If once
approach does not work try something different. But the
only way to fail is to quit.

Jeff Paul Review ' To Be or Not to Be Don Lapre?

Jeff Paul Review ' To Be or Not to Be Don Lapre?
Jeff Paul, who always makes me think of Don Lapre, is a
well-known name in the world of direct marketing. Some of
the similarities between these two men are that they
started with little, worked their way up the ladder and
both have created several television infomercials. We will
be taking a look at Jeff's latest infomercial, "Short Cuts
to Internet Millions" that is currently airing on many
networks, in this Jeff Paul Review.

During my research, and trying to define the differences
and similarities of these two men for this Jeff Paul
Review, one thing was for sure, and that is that they are
both at the top of their game when it comes to building a
financial empire for them selves.

Jeff used to place ads in Entrepreneur and Success
magazines and many of you might have heard about his famous
book "How I make $4,000 a day sitting at my kitchen table
in my underwear" You might also recall, that this first
book was a failure because it did not have enough
information on what he was trying to sell. It could have
even been more of an enticement to make you buy his $200
book that followed.

This man has an uplifting success story, much like Don
Lapre's story. Jeff Paul had a rocky start in the
information business and at first he didn't do so well. In
fact he actually came very close to bankruptcy while trying
to sell his informational products. He was able to pull
him self out of massive debt and built the huge marketing
empire you see today. A lot of Jeff's techniques have
stood the test of time, and are revered by many as good
basics.

Jeff comes from a financial planning background, and after
several years, he chose to leave the financial arena and
entered into the new business of selling informational
products.

Jeff Paul's latest infomercial, "Short Cuts to Internet
Millions" states that you will get 10 FREE Website
Businesses, that are as easy as working with email, and
that you will be up and running in no time with:

1. Zero dollars - There is only a small purchase price of
$54.95, but don't be too surprised if you are solicited for
multiple expensive, yet helpful upgrades later. Please
note that these additional purchases are completely up to
the buyer. By the way many programs do this, and I know
for a fact that this a widely taught tactic when learning
marketing that is called, up selling or back end sales.

2. No computer needed - This could be true, but, someone
might want to have access to a computer in order to
accomplish the tasks that they speak of, such as, easy as
email.

3. No computer experience - Not to worry here, because
shortly after your purchase you will receive a phone call
from a highly skilled mentor offering to help you, computer
experience or not, for around $5,000.

Obviously these two men have had great success. They have
refined their perfect scripts, key selling phrases, and
flashy websites, but I am still left with the question,
"Does Jeff Paul's program deliver? For me, it is an
allusive idea to think that the average person with little
or no Internet marketing experience, will be able to create
$100K per month. Especially when investing only $54.95 with
this particular program, unless they take advantage of the
additional costly Up-Sells.

Article Marketing Strategy-Submit Unique Articles To Each Directory

Article Marketing Strategy-Submit Unique Articles To Each Directory
There is no disputing that one of the best ways to market
your website on the Internet is by writing and submitting
articles. Article marketing is every bit as powerful as
other forms of Internet marketing such as e-mail marketing,
pay per click advertising, forum marketing and so on.

In this article, I want to talk briefly about the many
benefits of developing an article marketing strategy to
give you website visitors for many years to come.

You are probably familiar with the phrase content is king.
This is true because search engines are constantly looking
for fresh content to provide for their searchers. One way
you can do that is to write an article around a specific
keyword that is being searched.

You can find all kinds of free software to develop the
keyword list to write about. Google has an excellent
keyword development website for their pay per click
advertising program called Google Adwords. You can go to
Overture to find one that people have been using for years
now to get keywords to write about.

Writing articles will give your website many benefits that
your competition will not have. Here are 4 of them!

1. Writing articles does not cost you anything. Granted, it
will cost you time to write the articles. But this is one
free method of advertising it really does work. It's not as
hard as it would sound either. Ezinearticles.com offers
some excellent training on how to write articles. It in no
time at all, if you can talk, you can write.

2. Writing articles is an excellent way to get your website
noticed quickly. Search engines spider the major article
directories several times a day. By writing and submitting
a quality article to these directories you can get your
website spidered too. You do this by including your website
URL in a resource box at the end of your article.

3. Submitting a quality article to a well-known directory
serves two purposes. Number one, you can get your traffic
from the people that are reading your articles. Number two
your articles can serve a search engine bait to get the
search engines coming to your website.

If a search engine sees something they like on your site
and you can begin to rank high for specific keywords that
the article is written about. Doing this can bring you
traffic to your website for years and years to come.

4. In marketing, we talk about the term branding. On the
Internet you can brand yourself as an expert on the theme
of your website using article marketing. As you begin to
develop more and more in the marketplace your reputation
will grow. This will give you more visitors, and ultimately
create more sales.

In our opinion, the keys to the perfect article marketing
strategy, is writing unique articles, and then submitting
them to as many quality directories as possible.

If this is something you don't feel you can do you can
hirer an article writer to do it for you. The key is that
you get started using articles to build your business for
long term free traffic as soon as possible.

The Seven Part Plan to Building a Brand

The Seven Part Plan to Building a Brand
Building a brand is more than just fixing a catchy name on
a product. Brand is all about relationships—it is how
customers feel about your product. That feeling will either
incline them to use your product or pass it by for
something else. What control does a marketer have over the
minds and hearts of buyers? Marketing authority David
Jobber has identified seven factors in building a
successful brand.

While a seller cannot create the public's perception of
their product, the seller must influence opinion using
strategic suggestions. This is called positioning, and to
do it properly the seller must first identify the
advantages of using the product or service. These benefits
must align with the customer's needs, wants, and desires.

If you are lucky enough to be the first on the market to
offer a particular product or service you may have an
advantage—initially. If your product is successful
you can be sure competition will arrive shortly; however,
it is possible for the first successful brand to create a
clear position in the minds of customers before the
competition enters the market. Whether or not your product
is the first of its kind, your first challenge is to
establish credibility. Consumers must take your product
seriously if they are to develop trust and loyalty to your
brand.

Of course, before customers will buy a product, they must
know about it. Communications play a critical role in
building brand. Initial effort will focus on building brand
awareness. As awareness increases, brand personality will
be important to develop. Reinforcing position will be an
on-going challenge.

This is where the next factor of brand-building comes into
play. No amount of hustling can cover for quality.
Statistically, higher quality brands always outplay their
inferior counterparts in the marketing arena. Part of
building a brand is communicating to consumers the benefits
of using your brand—and consistently delivering on
that promise.

Brand values must be understood and accepted internally as
well as externally. This means that brand building involves
a certain amount of internal marketing and training, so
that any face-to-face contact customers have with the
product is consistent and positive.

Even with the best of marketing, brand loyalty takes time
to secure. Therefore, a long-term perspective is required
when investing in a brand. Initially building up the brand
will be an expense. Any business venture is a risk. If
there comes a time when a brand has become tired or its
market has gone into decline, the business may need to work
at repositioning the product to reflect the change in
consumers taste. Repositioning is an important, and none
too easy factor, in brand building.

These seven factors: positioning, credibility,
communications, quality, internal marketing, long-term
perspective, and repositioning, are critical to building
brand value. A proper marketing plan will address each
factor. In addition, the marketing strategy should be
evaluated and updated at regular intervals.

What is uVme?

What is uVme?
As a full time internet marketer I spend the large part of
my working day trawling through the web looking for new
business opportunities and ways to promote them. I'm sure
you are already aware that there is an awful lot of rubbish
splattered across the internet and it takes a lot of time
and research to sift out the genuine quality business
programs available.

There has been one name that has repeatedly cropped up on
my travels ' uVme. So, what's uVme? I just had to find
out because even the name intrigued me. I couldn't help
but notice that there were affiliates everywhere promoting
this business, so I just had to take a closer look. Having
clicked on one of these affiliate links I was still no
closer to finding out what the uVme business was all about.
The affiliate page I landed on was nothing more that a
data capture page displaying the bold statement, 'It's YOUR
turn to get a piece of the action... position yourself in
front of the three fastest-growing business trends in
history!' Still being none the wiser as to what uVme
entailed, I had little choice but to fill in my details to
gain access to this business. I thought this was a very
clever marketing ploy by this company not to actually give
anything away about the product until they had your details.

The first thing I discovered was exactly what uVme stood
for. I feel like an idiot that I didn't spot it
immediately because it seems so obvious now, but uVme
stands for 'You Versus Me'. And when I tell you that the
uVme product launching in January 2008 is an online skill
games business, you are probably now saying "what a
brilliantly apt name!" Well I am anyway.

So the uVme business is based around the playing of online
skill games which frankly meant little to me since I have
literally never played any online game, let alone one of
these skill games. I preceded to download the 'Insiders'
Report' from the uVme members area, which I now had access
to, and I was frankly stunned to read about the size of
this skill games market.

The skill gaming market is currently growing four times
faster than the rate of overall internet growth. Today
(2007), the online games industry is worth more than $5.2
billion USD annually which equates to a $164 USD each and
every second. This sum is spent by individuals around the
world enjoying simple, yet highly addictive, online skill
games. Industry experts are predicting that within just
three years this per second skill gaming spend will
increase to $412 USD. Having ascertained the astonishing
size of this market, I felt it prudent to see what sort of
competition uVme has in this marketplace. Yes, you could
argue that the competition is stiff. I came across some of
the big players, notably King.com, Pogo.com and
Bigfishgames.com. These are all very highly ranked
websites with huge traffic. To give you an example of this
level of traffic, in January 2007 King.com had 80 million
games played on its site in just this one month! I was not
disheartened to hear of this level of competition to uVme
for a number of reasons. I quickly checked to see what
sort of fully fledged business opportunities these
companies offered. Most of them offered absolutely nothing
at all and some a very basic affiliate program.

uVme, on the other hand plans to offer a top end network
marketing program. I then realized that the company behind
uVme was by no means a new entrant to either network
marketing or the online games arena. Virtual World Direct
(VWD), the creators of uVme, has been operating a very
successful multi-level marketing business for more than
five years from their North Wales offices in the UK. In
April 2002, VWD launched the e-Lottery syndicate system.
This program gives participants a hugely increased chance
of winning the UK National Lotto and the European Lottery,
Euro Millions. In just five years, utilizing their network
marketing plan, VWD affiliates have recruited more than
175,000 members from 133 countries around the world.

In addition to the online skill games and the network
marketing package, uVme also plans to embrace one of the
other real boom sectors on the web today. uVme will use
the social networking model to help spread the uVme name
around the world. Each associate/affiliate will have at
their disposal the unique uVme instant messenger which will
let you add all your friends and contacts from Windows Live
Messenger, Google Talk, AIM and Yahoo! Messenger. This
will allow you to challenge your contacts to one of the
many games and instantly begin generating commissions. The
instant messenger will also notify you the second a visitor
lands on you games website giving you the opportunity to
assist the visitor with any queries they may have. Most of
uVme's competitors also have instant messengers as part of
their gaming platforms but none of them have anywhere near
the level of features offered by uVme.

Another facet of the uVme set up that impressed me is the
high level of customer and associate support they have
planned. From their customer support centre in North
Wales, uVme will offer multi-lingual telephone and e-mail
support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This level of
service is most definitely a rarity in this industry. Most
of uVme's major competitors offer nothing more than an
email ticket support service which means that you generally
won't get a reply to your query for 12-24 hours.

As I've already mentioned, to get access to all this
information about uVme I had to enter my name and email
address into a uVme data capture web page. What I had
inadvertently done was to pre-register for the 21 January
2008 official launch. I was now in some associates down
line. What uVme is doing on the run up to the launch is to
allow you to start building a pre-launch business for free
in readiness for the games and the pay plan going live.
What a fantastic idea this was. From a company perspective
this helps to bring in a whole batch of pre-qualified
individuals for when the product launches. And from the
associate stand point it offers you the chance to create
huge momentum which will inevitably lead to a more
substantial pay cheque when the business comes to market.

uVme appears to have put together a top quality product and
support package in a market that is right at the start of
its next major growth phase. I guess you never really know
how a business is going to perform until it launches and
money starts changing hands but from what I have learned
about uVme so far makes me think that this is definitely an
opportunity worth considering.

Email Opt In List Building Excellence

Email Opt In List Building Excellence
The opt-in list comprises of a list or database of names
and email addresses of people who have visited your website
or who have bought a product or service through your
website. An auto responder is the email service that will
opt people into your list and handle unsubscribe requests
when people request them.

Building and organizing your opt in list is a proven
marketing method that most business websites use to keep
customers updated on the latest products available, or to
convert subscribers into that all important sale. It's
obvious that you need to build, and increase traffic to
preserve a successful website. Building a robust email
list is a formula for maximum web site traffic and most
online marketers identify list building as the number one
tool for success on the internet.

So, what's your top investment to generating net profits
online? List building is a cost-effective advertising lead
generation technique to increase sales. It is estimated
that over 90% of all money made online is generated from
email opt-in lists of subscribers. In numerous situations a
well built email opt in list can considerably reduce, and
in some cases shift the need for traditional forms of
advertising. If you desire to build a large mailing list
and you have almost no marketing budget, there are a
variety of options available to you.

The simplest way to build a targeted opt-in list is to
offer an information product in exchange for a name, email
address, and permission to email again. Post the invitation
to join your opt-in list noticeably on your web site and
offer superior content right from the start. Building an
informatory email newsletter list establishes you as an
expert, deepens relationships with your website visitors
and customers, and holds your business and products or
services in front of them.

However, list-building is more than just throwing names
into a database and blasting out offers. Yes, your email
list-building page can enable you to attract a substantial
customer following. The quality opt-list building skill is
about persuading your customer to have a relationship with
you.

List building is distinctly not a subject of if you build
it they will come... List building is about evolving into
relationships with the people on your contact list. By
building a relationship with your list of subscribers, you
will definitely have a solid foundation for an amazing long
term internet marketing business.

Why Are Programs Like Carbon Copy Pro Exploding In Popularity?

Why Are Programs Like Carbon Copy Pro Exploding In Popularity?
Home-based business has taken on a new twist since the
Internet's explosion. And it's true that Internet-based
businesses such as Carbon Copy Pro can offer relatively
easy success, as long as you're willing to work.

This is why Carbon Copy Pro and MLM Goldmine have gained
such visibility and success over the last 12 months. These
programs differ from traditional marketing in that they
offer high-ticket items for direct sales, which give
home-based entrepreneurs a better chance at making faster
profits. With proper marketing and mentoring a new
entrepreneur in Carbon Copy Pro can earn upwards of $5,000
to $10,000 his first month ore more. However, most
home-based business owners are not well versed in the
techniques and strategies that will make their marketing
efforts successful.

The learning curve for traditional marketing programs can
be very steep and can cost quite a lot. However, many
upfront commissions in home-based marketing programs amount
to less than $50. To start, many people can find that their
expenses are far outweighing their profits. However,
programs like Carbon Copy Pro create a commission structure
that lets people make larger commissions up front, so that
their profits come to them a lot faster.

Typically, high ticket direct sales programs have start up
costs of $300-$7000 or even more. In some cases, they can
even top the scales and $10,000. However, most businesses
don't find many takers at that price range, since most
people can't afford that kind of upfront outlay. The most
popular programs start at about $1500 such as Carbon Copy
Pro does. This type of outlay produces substantial
immediate commissions, which lets most entrepreneurs easily
cover start up costs so that they can remain in the black.

Most Internet network marketers don't last long enough to
actually start making "residual income." In fact, most new
representatives drop out of programs within about 90 days.
This isn't long enough to see results, and of course,
residual income is income that usually trickles in at
relatively small amounts over a long period of time.
Because of this, new representatives don't make enough
profits to cover costs upfront so that they can remain in
business over the long haul. This is where direct sales
programs like Carbon Copy Pro differ, because instead of
using these types of residual payment plans, the
representative is paid directly and up front all at once by
the customer and the parent company takes care of customer
service and product fulfillment. Most people if given the
choice to have $1000 upfront or receive it as residual
income over 2 years would pick the upfront money for
obvious reasons which is why Carbon Copy Pro has become so
successful.

Because programs like Carbon Copy Pro let new
representatives make big enough commissions up front so
that they can sustain their own business, this motivates
them to commit to building their business. Because
home-based entrepreneurs are put in a positive profit
position, they can take their time and build a business the
right way, while staying in the black and receiving
profits. Representatives should be able to make money very
soon in Carbon Copy Pro, which doesn't happen in the usual
home-based business programs.

One of the reasons experts are speculating Carbon Copy Pro
is growing so quickly is because their automated system is
like no other in the industry. Most people get hung up on
the follow up and closing of their own prospects, citing
the inability to "CLOSE" as their major reason for failure.
Carbon Copy Pro has apparently eliminated this situation
because once a person goes through the system and fills in
their information A professional follows up and closes the
prospect for the entrepreneurs. This means the new person
without closing skills gets to sit back and have the
professionals close his prospects for him. This may be the
reason Carbon Copy Pro has been growing at an amazing rate.

Of course, just because Carbon Copy Pro has a great system
does not mean it is easy and the entrepreneur can sit on
his butt and make truckloads of cash, but the ability to
make profits much faster than with traditional marketing is
still much easier. What you must do is apply the power of
the Carbon Copy Pro system with consistency.

And while you might think that the price tag of
higher-ticket programs like Carbon Copy Pro will deter
customers, truly interested prospects won't be deterred.
Most educated entrepreneurs already know that opening any
sort of traditional business usually dwarfs the costs of
systems like Carbon Copy Pro and even worse is the fact
that it often takes many months to realize a profit whereas
systems like Carbon Copy Pro can generate substantial money
immediately.

In closing one thing to mention that may be more important
than even the particular program you join is choosing the
right mentor. Unfortunately most people's success lies to a
large degree on the person that is mentoring and training
them. The best thing the new person can do is find a mentor
that offers something that most of the other
representatives are not doing. Finding a mentor that is
doing something that others are not within the Carbon Copy
Pro system can mean the difference between $5,000 a month
and $20,000 to $40,000 a month.

How to create and distribute your e-zine or e-newsletter

How to create and distribute your e-zine or e-newsletter
An electronic newsletter or ezine delivered by email is a
great way to connect with your customers, share information
and deliver news, usually for a fraction of the cost of
traditional direct mail. While many factors affect an
e-newsletter's effectiveness, your newsletters must be:

1. Timely — don't send a newsletter unless you have
news

2. Relevant — recipients are much more likely to open
and read your newsletter if the content is valuable to them

3. Concise — e-newsletters should be brief and focused

Here are the top five tips for keeping in touch:

1. Select an e-newsletter service supplier

Several e-newsletter vendors make creating your newsletter
quick and painless. Costs and features vary, but most
provide user-friendly, turn-key solutions.

Resources: Constant Contact, Bronto and Exact Target are
just a few of the services that offer everything from
design templates to list management.

2. Build your list and get permission

Develop a database by putting a "subscribe" box on your Web
site home page. Make it easy for subscribers by requesting
only their email address. Ask their permission with a
"double opt-in," which asks for an email address, then
sends a confirmation email asking subscribers to click on a
link to confirm their participation. Another way to grow
your list: Include a "Forward to a Friend" button on your
newsletter.

Resources: E-dialog is one company that provides database
list management and comprehensive email list services. Most
companies, such as eNewsletters Online, allow you to import
existing mailing lists and databases. ListPower is another
easy-to-use mailing list manager.

3. Develop and compose your content

Start with engaging, compelling subject lines to gain
attention. Content should be relevant and useful to your
target audience, and you should present it in a
straightforward, honest tone. Avoid industry jargon or
"sales speak." Also, design matters! It should facilitate
scanning and skimming.

Resources: E-newsletter copy tips are available free from
The Levinson Letter. Most newsletter services, like
MyNewsletterBuilder, offer pre-built templates and design
advice.

4. Make it interactive

Take advantage of the interactive and personal nature of
email newsletters by starting a conversation with your
customer. Keep you goals in mind. What do you want your
reader to do? Provide info? Respond to an offer? Fill out a
survey? Make sure you include a call to action.

Resources: For a good list of email tactics, visit
MarketingSherpa.

5. Track results and evaluate

Once your newsletter is sent, you can track open rates and
"click throughs" to evaluate your campaign. Use this info
to improve your next newsletter.

Resources: Most email newsletter vendors, such as Vertical
Response, offer extensive reporting and tracking tools. To
learn the lingo, Azavar provides definitions of various
email marketing analytics.

Additional Tips & Tactics:

- Make your privacy policy clear. Never rent or sell your
list.

- Offer your readers both HTML and text version of the
newsletter.

- Avoid sending your e-newsletter on or near holidays.

- At the risk of stating the obvious, link to your Web site!

- Make it easy to subscribe... and unsubscribe.

Be Careful What you Say!

Be Careful What you Say!
"Death and life is in the power of the tongue." So says the
Bible in Proverbs 18 verse 21. Many examples could be used
to show the truth of that statement. One example is the
numerous studies that show that 75-85% of people in prison
today were constantly told, "you will never amount to
anything. You'll probably end up in jail." And sure
enough, they did. Be careful what you say!

The REAL John Abbott

A more personal example for me concerns my name. My name
really IS John Abbott. I have a website and an email
address that uses my name. As my business grew, and I was
speaking around the country, people would ask if my name
was "really" John Abbott, like on "The Young and the
Restless" soap opera.

I don't watch much tv, and I definitely don't watch soap
operas! But, because of my name, I learned the character,
John Abbott, was the wealthy owner of Jabbo Cosmetics on
this tv show. As a JOKE, I started mentioning in my
talks(or when I made a new friendship) that I was gonna sue
"them" (the Young and the Restless people) for using MY
name without my permission.

Paranoid CBS "kills" John Abbott

Well, newsflash to CBS, I was kidding! It was fun to think
about taking them to court for using my name without
permission. and all the publicity it could generate for ME
and for THEM. But it was a Joke!

But CBS, apparently "heard" one of my talks, and, afraid of
a potential lawsuit, "kills" John Abbott! Not me. but
"their" character John Abbott. So, because of my kidding
and CBS' paranoia, I have millions of "Young and Restless"
fans mad at me! They blame me! I "killed" John Abbott!
Again, be careful what you say!

I can live with the wrath of soap opera fans. And I think
the above story is kind of funny. But our final example is
of a young man who actually "killed" his internet business
with words!

An "almost" Superstar No names will be given, but a few
years ago, a bright young man had a growing, successful
internet business. As I recall, he was making hundreds of
thousands of dollars, and was in his early twenties. He was
slated to me, the next "super star, wealthy marketer!

Unfortunately, our young man(we'll call him "Bill" not his
real name) got a little cocky and posted some unkind
comments about another internet marketer on a very popular
internet forum. To make a long story short, "Bills"
comments were unjustified and just plain mean. People
jumped on the forum to post comments that slammed "Bill"
and defended the one he criticized.

Sadly, "Bill," rather than apologizing, got even more
arrogant and even more critical. Maybe it was because he
was so young and inexperienced in lifes ways, but this was
the wrong thing for young "Bill" to do. Since the forum he
chose to air slander was so popular, and the one he
mailigned was also popular, "Bills" business dropped to
literally nothing-almost overnight. That was several years
ago, and "Bill", the young man with so much potential,
destined to be a marketing superstar, is still living in
ananimity. Be careful what you say! Life and death IS in
the power of the tongue! This man "killed" his business by
being critical.

Speak NO Evil This reminds me of something that internet
marketing legend Terry Dean once told me. He said he was
never going to speak ill towards his fellow internet
marketers. "I have no "compettiton, " he said. " Just
future Joint Venture "partners!" What a great attitude.

So, be careful what you say, especially in public(or public
forums.) Life and death IS in the power of the tongue.
Let's be like Terry Dean and speak life.

5 Benefits Proving Why a Home Based Business May be Right For You

5 Benefits Proving Why a Home Based Business May be Right For You
Is a home based business venture right for you? The
following information will be very helpful in making the
decision process easier. Choose a home based business, set
a goal, and then release yourself from your old self and go
achieve that goal. I wish you success in finding the
appropriate business for you.

Be your own boss with flexible hours

Look at it this way, you choose the direction you are going
every moment of every day, the same old daily grind, day
in and out. How would you like to become your own boss and
earn a substantial income all in the comfort of your own
home? With today's technology this is happening all across
the world every single day to millions of people. How
would you like setting your own hours every day? If you
answered yes, with a home based business your hours can be
flexible so that you never have to be scrambling to be on
time for your JOB (Just over Broke) again. Being your own
boss and working flexible hours means freedom and this
needs to be very important to you as you are making
decisions on your direction and deciding whether a home
based business is right for you.

Minimal Investment

You can join a home based business for as little as $25.00.
There are even some home based business's that do not
require any investment. How many businesses do you know of
that takes this small of an investment and will create
results in as little as seven to fourteen days without a
huge amount of money out of pocket? This is the only
industry you can achieve your dreams without costing you a
fortune. Just to compare franchises for an example, you
pay anywhere from $20,000 to $3,000,000 to buy into these
and it could take years before you get your initial
investment back unlike a home based business. Just be
careful in deciding which business you purchase because we
all know there are scams out there. Please make sure to do
your research before investing.

Reduce Stress

Since you work alone or with family, and there is no office
politics and deadlines imposed by your boss or superiors
you only need to follow the deadlines and schedules you
have set for yourself. Imagine, pursuing your own dreams,
desires, wants and needs without ever having to answer to
your boss again or for that matter anyone. You will start
to feel a huge difference in the way you approach every day
life. The home based business industry will give you the
freedom to live a stress free life and enjoy what is
important to you most. I encourage and challenge all
entrepreneurs to start a home based business and by doing
this it will automatically reduce stress.

Spend More Time With Family

Many opt to start their business from their homes to
strengthen family relationships. A home business allows
family members to be involved in the business. Husbands or
wives can help in various aspects of the business. Teacher
conferences, after school activities and the ability to be
home when the children are out of school are strong
motivators in making the decision to start a home-based
business. We all want to spend more time with our family
but with our current jobs we just can't find the time or we
procrastinate taking our kids to the park or taking our
mother or father out to dinner. Many have left their day
jobs to join a home-based business because their motivating
factors include spending time with their kids, family and
getting the freedom to do what they want to whenever they
want. With a home based business you can set your own hours
and will have more time with family members to do the
things that are important to you. This should be one of the
most important factors in choosing a home business.

Passive Income

Passive income is a major factor in joining a home based
business. You set up the business once and it has the
potential to keep paying you for as long as you wish. Just
think of not only doing this once but maybe two or three
times with different businesses. As Bob Proctor states this
is called Multiple Sources of Income or MSI. Once you get
these little empires built you may chose to relax and still
earn a substantial income. One of the most important
lessons of joining a home based business is to make sure
the business can be fully automated or at least (90%) and
this will assure your success of generating passive income
and will not require as much work as other businesses.

The Importance Of PPC (Pay per Click) For Your Marketing Campaigns

The Importance Of PPC (Pay per Click) For Your Marketing Campaigns
PPC or pay per click is a comparatively new way of paid
advertising and you only have to pay when your advert is
physically clicked on. When visitors click on your advert
they are taken to your website or sales page that is
targeted to your advertisements product or service, meaning
a higher chance of achieving a sale or enquiry.

Pay per click (PPC) services are offered by many search
engines and portals and you are asked to bid for keywords
that relate to your product, service or industry. There is
tough competition for certain keywords and you might spend
hundreds of pounds for a few keywords, however there are
also certain keywords available for a few pence that can be
advantageous for your campaign, even if there are only
small amounts of people actually searching for these
keywords per month.

Thus pay per click or PPC advertising is good for
delivering targeted customers to your websites; however
this type of advertising is not suitable for non-profit
making businesses, as it can become costly.

The most popular pay per click channels are Google's
AdWords, AdBrite, BidVertiser and Overture as these search
engines have large networks and traffic volumes. You might
also be interested in showing your advert in a particular
geographical region and now that technology has evolved,
most channels offer geographical advertising, which further
enhances the targeted advertising benefit of pay per click.

The selection of keywords for bidding is the most important
task for any PPC (pay per click) campaign as certain
keywords might be costly. Research shows that the top five
bidders of almost all the keywords get the maximum traffic
and conversions; therefore it is not necessary to make the
highest bid for specific keywords.

Once you register with the PPC (pay per click) search
engines and deposit money in your account, you should start
from the lowest possible amount and increase your budget in
a phased manner.

In order to get more traffic, conversions and sales, your
advert plays a key role. Your advert should therefore be
eye-catching, so that the maximum amounts of people click
on your adverts and are then diverted to the website to
make the desired call-to-action, as the conversions or
sales depend on the first impression of the landing page
and its contents.

A beautifully designed landing page having informative and
impressive contents will generate more sales. The next and
most important thing is to monitor your adverts and if they
are not generating sufficient sales, change them so that
more and more people are being diverted to your landing
page.

So, keep watching the earnings from your PPC campaigns and
monitor your ads regularly.
