The Power Of PPC Search Engine Internet Marketing

The Power Of PPC Search Engine Internet Marketing
PPC search engine internet marketing is a powerful
technique that you can use to drive yourself a significant
amount of high quality website traffic. PPC stands for pay
per click. What is pay per click? It is a form of
advertising that you can use to promote your business. One
of the advantages that pay per click advertising provides
over traditional advertising is that you only pay for
visitors that actually come to your web site and not for
visitors that simply look at your ad.

Here's why it's so powerful.

With most traditional forms of advertising, you are charged
a set fee for exposures to your ad. The people that view
your ad may never even acting on your ad either. As a
result, you may not make any money from your ad campaign.
However, you still have to pay that fee, regardless of
whether anyone responds to your ad or not. With pay per
click marketing however, you increase the changes of
generating a profitable campaign because you are only
paying for people that actually respond to your ad by
clicking on it. This is why your traffic will be very high
quality with a great chance for drastic sales increases.

The most effective form of pay per click marketing is
through pay per click search engine marketing. Whenever a
user visits a web site search engine and types in a phrase,
different web sites appear in the results. Along with the
search results, several "sponsored results" will appear as
well, usually on the right side of the screen. These
sponsored results are examples of pay per click
advertising. If the user clicks on one of the ads, the
advertiser is charged a set fee. That fee varies based on
what advertisers are willing to pay per click for a given
key word or phrase.

Some keywords cost very little to receive traffic (10 cents
a click or less). Other keywords can be very expensive.
There are keywords that go for as high as $25 a click. The
price you pay for keywords is completely dependent upon
what other advertisers are willing to pay for a keyword at
a given point of time. Therefore, when considering any pay
per click program, you want to consider what the average
cost per click are for the top placements for your keywords
and phrases.

In addition to search engine pay per click, there are also
pay per click banners and pay per click web page
placements. Like search engine pay per click marketing,
the advertisers also pay only when a prospect clicks on the
ad. However, these type of pay per click responses are not
as targeted as using pay per click programs in the search
engines. A prospect is in a different state of mind when
he or she types in a search word or phrase and clicks on an
ad, versus visiting a web site and clicking on an ad or
banner. All can work as long as you can make more money
than you spend on the ad. Just understand that all pay per
click marketing is not the same.

Teleseminars: A Quick Way to Cash

Teleseminars: A Quick Way to Cash
If you're reading this ezine, it's likely that you've
participated in a teleseminar, whether it be mine or one of
my colleagues. You've probably been on some that have been
very good, where you got tons of really valuable
information. And you may have found yourself on a few that
were nothing but pitch-fests for the host's lastest product.

But I want to share something with you. Hosting
content-rich teleseminars for my target market is some of
the quickest and easiest mo^ney I've generated in my
business.

Holding F.R.E.E. introductory teleseminars are a great way
to promote your business, increase your email subscriber
list, make more sales on your products, and enable your
potential clients another way to connect with you. By being
on the phone with you, they get to know you through your
voice, adding the human touch that can be so hard to
cultivate online.

I offer a f.r.e.e. monthly teleseminar that gives people an
introduction to what I teach. From each of these calls, I
get more ezine subscribers, more members for my group
coaching membership, and more sales of my products.

Holding PAID teleseminars helps to promote your business
and generate revenues as well. I do one paid teleseminar at
least every two months on a different marketing topic, and
I gross a minimum of $2000 for each of these calls.

Another way to offer teleseminars is to do "intensive" or
"bootcamp" series of multi-week teleseminars. I've offered
10- and 4-week '"workgroups" on the topics of listbuilding,
creating a successful business online from scratch, and
search engine marketing that have been very profitable.

Here's what you need to get started:

1. The Right Target Market and the Right Topic

Here's the secret for producing and profiting from a
teleseminar: It must be designed for a target market AND it
must solve a problem that that target market is struggling
with. If you have those two keys in place, you'll be sure
to attract enough sign-ups and make money from your topic.

2. A Bridge Line

There are several good no-cost bridge lines available for
you to use, but the one I'm currently recommending is
FreeConferenceCall.com because you can record the
teleseminar for free as well. This is a nice benefit to
offer your participants and to anyone who had to miss your
teleseminar for any reason. I use it as a back-up recording
for all my calls. You can have up to 100 people on the line
with you.

3. Recording Service

You'll need a way to record your teleseminars so you can
provide the audio for people to listen to later and for you
to make CDs from if you decide to package your teleseminar
into a physical product later. I use AudioAcrobat to record
all my teleseminars, with FreeConferenceCall.com as a
back-up.

4. Automatic Registration

You'll want to be able to have people sign up for your
teleseminar without you having to do a lot of work. I use
Aweber for all my teleseminar registrations, but you can
also use your shopping cart's autoresponder service if you
have one.

I'd like to invite you to start offering f.r.e.e.
teleseminars to promote your business, and once you get
more comfortable with both the format and the technology,
start offering paid teleseminars. Even if you only have a
handful of people on your first call, it's great practice.
And I guarantee your numbers will increase as you continue
to build your email list, and you'll be profiting from
teleseminars in no time.

Top 3 Google Linking Strategies of 2008

Top 3 Google Linking Strategies of 2008
If you're serious about getting great ranking on Google you
need to be serious about linking. Of course there are lots
of ways to get links so we'll focus on just the methods
that are fast, low cost or free and get the best results.
Here are three that can put you on top of Google in no time
flat!

First let's start with getting inbound links from
directories. A link from a directory gets a lot of weight
from Google because they value it as a form of endorsement.
You've probably used some directories yourself, like Yahoo.
Or maybe you've used some without even knowing it, like The
Open Directory Project (DMOZ.org) that powers many of the
most popular search engines, including Google!

Each directory is different and offers different options
for obtaining links to your site. Here's a rundown of how
different directories will link to your site...

1.) Free Submission: Just like it sounds. No charges for
inclusion. DMOZ.org is the best one and powers Google, AOL
and even Yahoo Search (not Yahoo directory.) Just be sure
to follow their submission guidelines and pick the most
appropriate sub category possible for inclusion. This is
extremely important.

2.) Paid Submissions: They charge a fee to review the
submitted link and possibly list the page. You might pay a
few dollars one time, a recurring annual fee or as much as
the $300 that Yahoo charges for commercial site review.

3.) Reciprocal Link: These usually require you to link to
the directory before they will even consider linking back.

4.) Featured Link: Your link gets a premium spot that you
pay for.

5.) Featured Homepage Link: This is a featured link on the
homepage. As you've probably guessed, this can get real
expensive.

Yahoo is easily the most popular (and most expensive) but
it's not the best. It's been my experience that a free
listing with DMOZ.org is worth more than a paid listing
with Yahoo. Even though Yahoo is more popular as a
directory that people actually visit, DMOZ is much more
popular with search engines and carries a lot of weight. A
"vote" from DMOZ is a big deal indeed.

Here are the five top directories offering free listings.
Some even offer inexpensive expedited listing services or
featured listings:

1.) dmoz.com

2.) directoryvault.com

3.) domaining.in

4.) getlistedrightnow.com

5.) visitalink.com

There's a site that keeps an updated list of directories,
but not all are free. You have to visit each to see if
there is any cost. Go to
http://www.topwebsitetips.com/FreeLinks-Directories.aspx
and scroll down to the drop down box at the bottom of the
page. Select your desired Google PR and search. If you want
to avoid getting niche directories in the results, check
the "General Directories Only" box after your first return
set and rerun the search.

As a second option, you can also consider paying a
submission service to get your site listed in the major
directories. There are plenty that will do it for a
reasonable fee. Just be sure they do the following three
things:

1.) Manual submission only

2.) Verify that your site is not already listed

3.) Provide proof of submission (usually screen captures)

Just search Google for "directory submission service" and
you'll get plenty of options. I've used
http://www.seonext.com/directory-submission.html in the
past with good success. They offer a "slow submission"
service that makes your link building appear more natural
to Google and other top search engines.

And finally, there is no better way to get quality links
than from a traditional reciprocal link campaign. This can
be a time consuming step without automated software, but is
very important.

Here are 10 steps to a successful reciprocal linking
campaign:

1.) List the keywords you want to be found for.

2.) Draft a standard letter you can use to easily customize
for each site (customization tips at the end.)

3.) Run a search on Google for each keyword and jot down
the URL for each match returned (not just the homepage but
the URL for the actual page you want the link from, which
is the one that came up in the search.)

4.) Remove any direct competitors from the list.

5.) Go back through your list and find the contact info for
each site. Record this information.

6.) Create a link to each page you want to get a link from.
This should be from the most appropriate page on your site,
not the homepage. Do not exceed 10 outbound links per page
at most. The fewer, the better.

7.) Send the customized email with the considerations
outlined below.

8.) Verify their backlinks.

9.) Remove any outbound links that do not reciprocate
within a month or so.

10.) Check your inbound links every couple of weeks. Make
sure you are still getting the links you earned and that
the people linking to you have not moved you to a less
desirable page.

Reciprocal Link Email Tips:

A.) Address the email to a person by name if possible.

B.) Start with a complimentary statement about what you
like on their site.

C.) Introduce yourself and your site.

D.) Lead into why you feel your site is a good, non
competing match (list benefits for them and their visitors.)

E.) Mention that you have already linked to their site and
hope they feel a reciprocal link will be beneficial.
Provide the URL to the page you linked from.

F.) Explain why you linked from the page you did and the
anchor text you used to show you understand link strategy.

G.) Request that if they link back they use one of your
anchor text suggestions along with the exact URL you want
them to link to.

H.) Offer to change the link anchor text of their URL if
they wish.

I.) Thank them genuinely for the time and sign with your
first name to make it more personal and natural.

You can do all of this manually or invest in a good piece
of software to do the difficult and time consuming work for
you. Many SEO professionals (myself included) use SEO Elite
(http://www.SEOeliteWeb.com) because it finds the best link
partners, automatically gets their contact info and even
manages entire campaigns. It's also a link verification
system and search engine rank checker so it covers all of
my SEO needs nicely ($167.)

So whether you do the work by hand or invest in a time
saving "instant gratification" SEO tool, the information in
this article can help you to the top of Google in record
time. Good luck!

Network Marketing Lies: Are You A Liar?

Network Marketing Lies: Are You A Liar?
Several people are constantly struggling to earn money in
network marketing and they do not always succeed in the
end. Many make hardly any money or spend more than they end
up making. Such people have a hard enough time making ends
meet and do not need the lies that often show up in this
business.

Due to some disturbing statistics many people would love to
stop the many network marketing lies. Nearly all people or
90% who start such a business will give up after just three
months. Even if they last longer than that 95% will quit
before they have been in the business for a year. Eighty
percent of people will never even sponsor a recruit in this
industry.

Just a few of the popular lies are that everyone can be
considered a prospect which is not always true. Another
line that is too positive to be realistic is that
distributors are actually sharing the product rather than
simply trying to sell it. Such an attitude does not prepare
distributors of the product for the rejection that
inevitably comes with the territory. Thus, many give up
very soon.

Another of the network marketing lies that recruiters tell
potential distributors is that anyone can succeed in this
business. Again, this is not always true; if you are not a
good salesperson you cannot usually convince people to buy
things especially if they do not need them.

A popular lie that is sometimes told is that the business
that you are building will eventually be yours which is not
true. Owners of a company that find themselves successful
will not likely sell or give up business to you if they can
help it.

No one gives away money for free. If they can keep you
working for them, only taking a small percentage of the
profit for each sale then they will probably continue that
practice. If it seems to work for both you and them, they
will see no reason to change. This business can already be
difficult enough to break into and succeed in; no one needs
lies when they are first starting out and these unrealistic
expectations do count as lies.

Just a few of them are listed here. There are books
articles and newsletters out there detailing the multitude
of other popular lies. Just reading those will help educate
you about the many other lies about this business.

How to promote your business or website

How to promote your business or website
There are hundreds of ways that you can promote your online
business or website, some more effective than others. These
five proven methods will help you to generate traffic to
your site and also to generate income into your wallet.

1. One thing that appeals to everyone is "free." If it is
free people will take it. Think of the samples of cheese
given away at grocery stores. Do you really want a small
piece of cheese? Of course not! But you take it simply
because it is free and someone is nice enough to offer it
to you. The same principle applies with information or
services offered from your website. You can send out free
newsletters or offer a free trail period. One popular thing
that is being given away now are free credit reports or
free PC scans. These freebies are what we in the marketing
field like to call teasers. After running the free credit
report or PC scan we alert the customer if there is
something found on their credit record or PC and then offer
to show them what it is or repair the problem for a price.
This can be an effective way to get information to your
potential customers, create sales or to generate traffic to
your site.

2. Your website contains information about a service or
product that you are very knowledgeable about. You can use
this knowledge to generate traffic to your site by writing
articles in your area of expertise and having them
published in an ezine or an article information site. The
most effective way to use these articles is to write them
for free and ask in return that the publisher allow you to
include a byline. A byline is a very short summary of the
author, their credentials and their website. Your byline is
a way that readers will come to know you as an expert on
the topic and will in turn come to trust your site as a
source of credible information.

3. Some search engines will allow a website to purchase
their ranking. This is an excellent Internet marketing
technique in that it is effective and inexpensive. In the
pay-per-click programs, website are only billed for those
who actually visit the page, unlike banner ads which may be
seen by millions but only used by a few. When using the
pay-per-click program you are asked to choose keywords and
when those are entered your site will appear and if the
surfer chooses to view your site, you are billed for that
click. Many pay-per-click programs will offer other
benefits as well, such as updated lists of commonly used
keywords.

4. You should remember that others are in the same boat as
you. You can choose to network with those who have similar
marketing ideas. When networking you will be able to share
links and refer customers to each other. You should always
be very cautious when choosing a networking partner as
everything that you recommend is a reflection of yourself
or your product and therefore, you should be certain that
your networking partner is a reputable source of
information.

5. Simply because your website is online, doesn't mean that
all your advertising should be. Advertise in newspapers,
TV, the radio or you can even send out a press release to
get your information to thousands of people all over the
country. Graeme Briggs.[briggo]

Become a Pay Per Click Expert in 5 Quick and Easy Steps!

Become a Pay Per Click Expert in 5 Quick and Easy Steps!
Ever heard of the 90/10 pay per click rule? Basically it
says that 90% of PPC success is enjoyed by only the top 10%
of advertisers who know the inside methods to getting the
most from their PPC campaign. And oddly enough, it's
basically true. Especially when it comes to Google's
AdWords, which offers the most advanced methods to help
advertisers get their money's worth (and then some!)

Some people use pay per click (PPC) as their primary source
of search engine marketing while others use it as a way to
get steady supplemental targeted traffic. As an SEO
professional I've developed PPC campaigns for my clients so
they get targeted traffic while the organic optimization is
ramping up, which often takes weeks or months. Whatever the
reason, PPC is a good way for any online business owner to
get targeted traffic and a great way for those who know how
to use the system to their advantage. And that's exactly
what this article will do for you.

But before we dive in, just why is AdWords so valuable?
There are plenty of reasons but for starters...

1.) AdWords listings are seen by more than 80% of all
Internet users on millions of sites ranging from Google and
AOL to very specific niche locations it would otherwise
take forever to research and manage independent advertising
accounts with.

2.) Your ads can be targeted specifically by region or
language.

3. ) Ads that you can constantly update and test are a
great way to test what keywords are really best for
targeting in your organic SEO efforts, which can be very
time consuming and expensive.

Step 1: Get an AdWords Account

If you don't already have an AdWords account, it's easy
enough to sign up for at http://adwords.google.com. Once
you have your account you can begin creating ads and
finding the best keywords. Actually, you can use Google's
free AdWords keyword research tool even without an account
by visiting
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal.

Step 2: Develop a Killer Ad

Here are the things to know about ad development broken out
by Title and Body...

Ad Title:

1.) Use targeted keywords NOT your company name

2.) Mention a benefit, rather than a feature.

3.) Take advantage of the "Dynamic Titles" feature by
entering the following code in your title "{KeyWord: Your
Keyword}" (without quotes.) This allows you to use the
same ad body text with a dynamically generated title that
matches exactly what the searcher is looking for and makes
your and the most relevant it can be. By the way, this is
case sensitive; "{KeyWord: Your Keyword}" will make the
first letter of each word capitalized while "{keykord: your
keyword}" will make it all lower case.

Ad Body:

The body or text of your ad need only do two things; hook
'em and then reel 'em in. The hook is something that peaks
their interest such as "Increase your Profits with XYZ
software." While reeling them in involves what traditional
marketers refer to as a "call to action." This might be
"Download your Free 30 day Trial now."

Note: Do not over capitalize your ad. At best just
capitalize the words you feel are most important to the
viewer. It's OK to capitalize the first letter of each word
in the title but not the body.

Step 3: Maximize URL Usage

While we're on the subject of what the searcher sees in
your ad, we need to consider the URL. Google will let you
make the visible URL different than the actual URL leading
to the landing page where the visitor will end up after
clicking your ad. This is huge! Take advantage of it.

This feature will let you test multiple landing pages in
your ads to see what pages are converting sales best while
showing the visitor the "display" URL for your product.
Let's say the landing page being tested in this particular
ad is "...com/XYZ/purchase3.htm." When that ad gets clicked
you will soon see if "/purchase3.htm" is converting better
than "/purchase1.htm." But here's the magic... By using a
display URL of "...com/XYZ/" , and actually having the
product there as well, you are building your brand and
providing a visual queue for users to manually type in the
URL if for some reason your landing page is unavailable.

Step 4: Use Special Keyword Advantages

Obviously keywords are a very big factor in the success of
your campaign. Choosing the best keywords is extremely
important and using Google's "Keyword Matching Options" can
help take your great keywords one step further. Just click
the "Advanced option: match types" link when setting up
your ads and choose from the following...

1.) Broad Match: Is the default and will show your ad each
time all of the keywords in your keyword phrase are entered.

2.) Phrase Match: Looks for the order of words in your
keyword phrase and only shows your ad if the order matches.
Your ad will still show if your phrase is any part of the
search query, but only if the word order is the same.

3.) Exact Match: This is the most stringent and will only
present your ad if your exact keyword phrase, and ONLY your
exact keyword phrase, is used.

4.) Negative Match: This is a nice feature that will stop
your ad from showing if a word appears in the search query
that you don't want to get clicks for. The most common
example is "free" which would eliminate you paying for
clicks from people who just want a free version of what you
offer.

Step 5: Find and Use the Best Keywords

Now for the most important aspect of your pay per click
campaign; keyword selection. The more targeted keywords you
can find, the better. Google offers a great free keyword
tool as we discussed early on. Here are the qualities to
look for in your keywords:

1.) A good "Average Search Volume" rating (check out the
blue bars)

2.) A high search volume for the previous month (especially
true for seasonal topics)

3.) The lowest possible "Advertiser Competition" rating

4.) Look for common misspellings and use the "exact match"
feature to get plenty of low cost targeted traffic.

5.) Scroll down the page and find hidden gems that others
miss. There are a lot for those who look carefully enough.

Insider Tip: You can also collect hundreds of low volume
keywords, put them in a spreadsheet for easy upload and use
the "Dynamic Title" feature we discussed earlier to
generate hundreds of low cost highly targeted leads.

Professional Tip: SEO professionals typically use
specialized keyword selection and spy software because it
does weeks worth of work in a matter of hours. Keyword
Elite (http://www.KeywordEliteWeb.com) for example, can
generate thousands of valuable keywords in minutes and does
"ethical spying" that exposes the competition and makes
placement takeover easy.

That's all you need to know to join the top 10% of PPC
advertisers getting the most out of their campaigns with
minimal effort. Best of luck!

Why You Won't Get Instant Gratification From the Search Engines and What to Do About It

Why You Won't Get Instant Gratification From the Search Engines and What to Do About It
Today, people expect instant gratification. There's IM,
instead of slow postal service. Instant video downloads,
for those spur-of the moment entertainment needs. There are
"instant noodles" when taking a few minutes to cook
something just won't do. And, of course, instant coffee for
people who aren't willing to brew a real cup.

So, when it's time to get your website listed on the search
engines, it's only natural for you to want to be up on
Google right away. I can't tell you how many emails I've
gotten from clients right after I've let them know that
their site is launched, saying "But, I Googled myself, and
I'm not there! Why not?"

There is no instant gratification when it comes to the
search engines.

Even though it would be ideal for your site to be picked up
by the search engines the instant that it's launched,
that's just not how it works in the real world. There are
two major roadblocks to your site showing up on the search
engines:

1. There are a lot of stops on the search engines'
itinerary. The search engines don't just find out about
your site through some sort of Internet magic. They have a
list of sites that their robots have to stop by and
"index." Which means the robots have to read the content on
these sites, figure out what it all means, and then decide
how to rank them.

It doesn't take that long to index an average site, but
there are a lot of sites out there to visit. The sheer
numbers mean that it will take a while for them to get
around to visiting your new site.

2. Google has a built-in waiting period. Recently, we
talked about Google's trust issues, which come from
unethical website developers trying to cheat and get better
rankings where they didn't deserve them. The waiting period
is another consequence of that lack of trust.

Some website developers were trying to take advantage of
the search engines by constantly starting up new sites and
artificially improving their ranking through links and
other strategies. Google figured this out and created a
waiting area it calls the "Sandbox." Think of it as a place
for the baby websites to play while they grow up.

This is bad news for anyone just launching a website—Google
won't let you into its results for the duration of the
waiting period, which seems to last anywhere from 6 months
to a full year at this point. For a small business, waiting
that long to get noticed can really hurt!

You don't just have to kick back and wait, though.

Yes, while being patient will certainly get you listed on
the search engines eventually, there are a few things you
can do in the mean time to get things started.

To get the robots to come and visit faster:

Tell the search engines that you're there. I've said it a
million times, but here it goes again: just telling the
search engines that your site is out there can go a long
way toward getting you listed quicker. Get links coming in
to your site from other quality sites. Perhaps you have
business associates who will do you a favor by linking
their site to yours. Or, you may be able to find blogs that
you can contribute an article to. Even submitting your link
to organizations that you belong to—like the Chamber of
Commerce or a professional organization—can help you get
noticed. To avoid getting stuck in the sandbox trap:

Don't get a new domain name if you don't have to. The
sandbox seems to only apply to websites with new domain
names. So, if you're launching a new site for a service or
product, consider launching it within an existing site.
Launch a temporary site ASAP instead of waiting for
perfection. If you have a new domain name, or if this is
your first website, get something up right away. Having
anything available at your URL is better than nothing. Find
a template that's not too terrible, or have your designer
create a simple one-page site to post at your domain while
your real site is under development. This gives Google
something to stick in the sandbox while you're creating
your grown-up site. Even if your website design goes
quickly, you'll still have at least a few weeks of sandbox
time behind you before you launch. Better yet, get a domain
name and put up a temporary site as soon as you know that
you're going to eventually want a website. That way, while
you're searching for the right designer, writing your web
copy, and designing your site, you'll also be reducing the
time that you'll have to wait to show up in the search
results.

Pair your website with a blog. There's some evidence that
blogs are picked up by Google much faster than a website
alone and that they don't have to sit in the sand. Even if
a blog doesn't help your "real" site get noticed more

Abunza, Legitimate Home Business or Abunza Scam?

Abunza, Legitimate Home Business or Abunza Scam?
Most of you are probably wondering how to tell if there is
an Abunza scam going on or if Abunza is legit. Sometimes
it can be tricky. There are many red flags that will pop
up when searching the Internet for a new business
opportunity. Where can someone find a legit home
business, what are these red flags and how important are
they when selecting a business opportunity that is right
for you? Here are five red flags to watch out for in this
Abunza review.

This is the check list that I go over for each and every
new company I research.

1. I pay attention to the product and make sure that what
they offer is legit and marketable in today's online world.

2. I find out if the compensation plan requires that you
give up commissions. If they do then that company doesn't
place very high on my list of home business possibilities.

3. I want to know who owns the company and do they run
their business ethically, honestly and with integrity?

4. I also pay very close attention to every company as far
as how much they pay out to their members, because I have
found that there are a couple that pay out much more for
the same amount of work.

5. I talk to members of any company to see if they offer
great support and continued training.

These are just a few of the hundreds of red flags that
might come up while investigating a new business
opportunity.

I recently turned my attention onto the new business
Abunza, and really wanted to find out if it was a
legitimate home business or a scam. Well, I'm here to tell
you that I have scoured the Internet for information and I
see nothing that points in the direction of scam. All of
the things that I have found out about Abunza are, with a
few exceptions, mostly positive and it seems as if we are
looking at a company that could make folks money if they
put in the needed effort.

Given that it is so new, and we have not seen the long-term
statistics from the company, I think that what they have to
offer is a solid business opportunity that could have
potential for the members that are willing to put in the
work. They are offering a fair product line, including
software, e-books, videos and audios that are all meant to
help generate traffic to your website. The unique thing
about these products is that they are offered in both
English and Spanish. I feel that this is a really good
idea that was created by the inventors of this business.
There isn't a better way to reach more people than to
appeal to more of the population.

Also, Abunza seems to have a decent compensation plan.
They promise that your commissions will start from the
first sale, which is a huge step in the right direction
from those 2-up programs that take your commissions and
run. Instead, Abunza offers the 2-tier program that allows
you to earn 100% commission on your own sales and also a
$250 commission for every sale that your sponsored member
makes. This does not, in any way, take away from the
commission that your sponsored member gets, so the idea of
a trusted business team relationship is encouraged more and
you are never left out in the cold. While this is a very
good income earning pay plan, if you do your research, you
will find companies that pay more.

Along with this idea of team effort, Abunza offers their
own Dream Team of trained professionals that can assist you
with closing a sale. This means that you don't really have
to speak Spanish to get into the business, because Abunza
is providing you with a team of people that, for a fee,
will make the sale for you. It really seems as if all of
the details have been worked out with this business and it
is just out there, ready for you to take it and succeed.
There really is no Abunza scam out there. Happy hunting!

Internet Based Affiliate Marketing: Three Basic Steps to Start

Internet Based Affiliate Marketing: Three Basic Steps to Start
Internet continuous to influence radical changes in many
facets of human endeavors over the years, including
commerce. More people use the Internet for information,
education, entertainment, business and other personal
purposes. You do not have to be a business-oriented person
to realize this remarkable opportunity. The Internet's fast
growing popularity in the recent years is surely an
opportunity that any entrepreneur would not want to miss.

Internet based affiliate marketing opens the opportunity
for everyone, even without having products to sell or high
profile and established company. It is a revenue sharing
between a merchant who has products or services and
affiliate who is paid referring or promoting the products
or services. It is a proven to be efficient program
providing profit for both the merchant and the affiliate
and other participants in the affiliate program.

Affiliate marketing works effectively for the merchant and
the affiliate. The merchant gains opportunities to
advertise his products to a larger market, which improve
his chance to earn. By having affiliates to promote his
products or services, he saves himself time and money to
seek for customers. On the other hand, affiliate benefits
from each customer who clicks on the link in his website,
purchase the product or use the service provided by the
merchant. In most cases, the affiliate gets commission per
click, per lead or per sale, which can be fixed amount or
percentage.

There are three basic steps to start as an affiliate
marketer. First is identify your interest or passion so you
will not be bored and feel forced to develop your affiliate
website later on. Focusing on a specific area you know very
well will help to bring out your best without much risks
and effort. You can add your personal opinions on the
products that you passionate about to personalized your
site. This way, your customer will trust you as an expert
and they will be happy to purchase products that you
endorse.

Next step is to look for good paying merchant who has
products or services related to your interests, and create
a website. When choosing the products, also consider its
conversion rate, which is the number of visitors who turned
into buyers. Many affiliate networks and solution providers
can provide information on the most profitable products and
best paying merchants. They key is to be wise to choose the
right one.

Now that you have chosen the products or services to
endorse and have created a website, you are ready to
promote them. This is a critical task because through your
promotions you would be able to increase traffic to your
website to create sales. Continue to educate yourself by
reading books and other publications to learn about
advertising techniques.

Internet based affiliate marketing may seem very tempting
due to many encouraging testimonials from merchants and
affiliate alike who have benefit from it. However, keep in
mind that there is no easy and quick way towards success.

How to Build Your eBay Inventory Risk- Free

How to Build Your eBay Inventory Risk- Free
Are you running low on inventory? If that's the case, you
may need to get some more things to sell in your eBay
store. One popular way to find this inventory is to go to
yard sales, but in the winter months, there aren't a lot of
these sales, so you might not be able to pick up an
excellent find that will make you a lot of money. If
you're really good at selling things, you may want to try
selling other people's things on commission.

There are many advantages and some disadvantages to selling
other people's items on commission. The major advantage is
that if something doesn't sell, you aren't obligated or
financially burdened with the stuff. For example, you may
buy a piece of antique china at a yard sale for $5,
thinking that it will sell for about $10 or $15. If no one
buys this item, you are stuck with the china. When you are
selling on commission, when something doesn't sell, you can
give it back to the owner, and you don't have to lose a lot
of money selling an item really cheaply to get rid of it.
When selling on commission, you usually get a percentage of
each sale. So if you don't sell something, you don't get
anything, and you're only out a bit of money (the money you
paid to have it listed on eBay).

So what exactly are you going to sell? Well one thing that
you will probably handle a lot of is estate items. Other
big markets are baby goods and furniture, collectibles,
household items, electronics, and more. Whatever people
want to get rid of, you can probably sell it for them on
commission.

One disadvantage of selling on commission is that you have
to ask the seller what their minimum price is. For
example, you may have someone who is really emotionally
attached to a set of china that belonged to their grandma,
but they need the money now. They may say that they won't
sell it for a penny under $250, even when your research has
shown that $200 is probably the best rate they can expect
to get. To be a good business person, you are going to
have to do a lot of research and tell people what they can
truly expect to make.

Selling on commission is a good way to get a lot of new
items in your eBay store, and to make money without having
the risk of having a lot of inventory sitting in your home
office.

Leverage Your Time & Talent to Help More People & Make More Money

Leverage Your Time & Talent to Help More People & Make More Money
When I first went into business for myself seven years ago
as a marketing and public relations consultant, I struggled
with setting my fees. Even though I had been making a good
salary working for someone else in this capacity, at first
I found it difficult to set my fees at what they truly were
worth.

Then I learned about "dollarizing" (a topic for another
article) and about looking at the results that I was
creating for my clients. I also had to build my confidence
and comfortability in telling prospective clients what my
fees were without stammering... :)

I don't struggle with this anymore, for a few reasons. One
reason is because I KNOW what a difference I can and do
make in my client's business. And another reason is that I
have loads of clients, past and present, who continue to
TELL me what a difference I've made for them in their
business. Both of these have helped to build my confidence
and comfortability factors in setting my rates.

Now it's easy for me to say that my coaching rates are $350
an hour, or that a private mentorship with me starts at
$5000. Obviously that means I have fewer clients than I did
when I was charging $350 a month (as opposed to an hour),
but it also means I work one-on-one a lot less, which frees
up an incredible amount of time for me to with with as I
please.

And, by packaging my knowledge into information products, I
actually help MORE people now than ever before, and I love
that!

Now, my business has gone through more than one iteration
over the last seven years, so I don't want to give the
impression that this happened quickly for me, because it
didn't. But it could happen for you a lot faster if you
implement some of the tips I've given you here:

1. Consider yourself the expert.

Why wait for someone else to crown you something?
Seriously, if you didn't think you knew what you were
doing, you wouldn't have taken the leap into
entrepreneurship. So make yourself the expert and put
yourself out there as such.

Why? Because you'll build credibility faster, your name
will be the one that comes to mind when people are in need
of what you offer, and because it will allow you to command
higher fees that people are willing to pay.

People want to hire someone who is an expert in solving
their problem. For example, I started out as a generalist
in marketing and public relations (and web development),
and I did ok money-wise as such. Then I started focusing on
working with entrepreneurs in marketing their business, and
financially I did better. Now I focus on online marketing
for a specific niche (solo service professionals) using the
multiple streams marketing and product funnel model, and my
client base and income has increased exponentially! My
business is also a lot easier and much more fun!

2. Increase your income by increasing your fees.

Like I did, most of my clients struggle with this issue at
first. It's normal. They're afraid of losing clients (they
will), and of charging themselves out of their market (they
won't). But, among other things, I encourage them to
remember that if they charge more, they don't need as many
clients, and by having less clients, they will have more
time and freedom to do the things they enjoy (and even more
so if they create products to offer to their niche - see
#3).

If there's still resistance, I suggest that any new clients
they accept, they do so at their new higher rate, and keep
their current clients at their old rate.

3. Package what you know.

Stop trading time for money and start packaging what you
know. By this I mean creating information products that you
can sell to your niche that helps them solve their problem
at a much lower rate than working with you one-on-one.

This has made a huge difference for me particularly since
the birth of my daughter and more recently my son. Creating
products for my niche helps me to continue to bring in the
revenue I "lost" by not taking on any new one-on-one
clients while I raise my children.

There are many ways to leverage your time and talent, but
these three will get you started in the right direction to
building a more satisfying business for you ~ one that
gives you the freedom to enjoy both your work and your life.
