new website, Submitted it to a few search engines and hoped
that people would mysteriously show up at your site and buy
whatever it is you were selling.

I read an excellent eBook yesterday that shows a very easy
way to make money fast. Since I am not one to hype things
let me just say that anyone can do this. The book is about
how to make money selling short reports.

This is Labor Day Weekend in the United States. Many people
get Monday off and look forward to it. A lot of you get
paid for that day. Let me clue you in on something.
Everyday is Labor Day when you work for yourself on the
internet.

No boss, no set work schedule, no long delays commuting to
work, no asking for time off for the kids school

going to follow the model learned in the ebook. From start
to finish this will be a report created using what I have
learned.

Having spent thousands of hours doing search engine

etc. I know how much work it is to make money on the
internet. This has paid off for me as a long term income,
but I would not call it an easy way to make money fast.

get free exposure. You'll want to ask them to promote the
teleseminar to their list and networks as well, which will
help you fill it.

Once the teleseminar is over, they can do whatever they
want with their copy of the recording. For example, they

Does MLM Marketing Actually Work?

For some people, this is the way to go. I have met a few
people over the years that swear by it. I know a few people
who make over $100k a year working their multi level
marketing program. The unfortunate part about it is that
they were the only one making money. No one on their team
was duplicating the efforts they were doing. Weather they
were selling vitamins, travel, a gas saver product,
lotions, potions, pills, candles or juice beverage
products, I have tried it all and it was a difficult task
for me. Once I ran out of my friends and family to bug
about my new business, once I had two or three home
parties, I ran out of leads, so I started buying leads in
hopes to try to convert some people into my business. That
is so much harder than it sounds. Sure I made sales, but by
the time I was getting to the next profit level, the people
who I brought in 2-3 months ago were dropping like flies.
This is why I could never make it to the next big payout
level of the commission plan. For some reason, I would
always fall short of the next bonus payout or car bonus.
Usually, I would fall short of personal volume or group
volume or I would have enough on my left side, but not
enough on my right side, so I would miss out on the big
payouts, month after month.

This got to be the same old stuff you hear about why MLM
doesn't work for most people and the only people making
money were the people at the top of the pyramid. People
with huge dowlines and people that have been in the
business a long time and lists of hundreds of thousands of
people to market to. For any newbie joining, good luck. I
once watched a stay at home mom put $13,000 into a business
to quit within a year. Most of us are smarter than that and
would have quit after a few months and maybe only lost
$1000 down the drain, but this person was persistent and
did not want to fail. So she kept plugging away until they
had no money left and when gas prices went to $3.50, the
father of the family couldn't afford to put gas in the car.
So much for helping out.

The only thing we have found on the internet to work for
most people is a direct sales company that pays you 100% of
the sale. Companies that have a price point of less than
$1000 to start. This is the only way you have a chance to
succeed. Beware of the $1500 to $5000 programs, the start
up company and program jumpers. The truth about start ups
is that they have no track record. You have no idea if they
will be in business two years later. Watch out for people
who jump ship every time a new program comes out on the
internet. Most importantly, be careful of the program that
costs more than $1000.00. They are hard to sell, no matter
how good it sounds.

Time Machines and the Nineteenth Century

Mechano-Neural Therapy experienced great popularity in the
late 1900's and early 20th century. Dr Ella Kilgus
originated the therapy at that time, but the actual
practice can be traced to early greek civilization.

I learned to do the technique when I was 6 years of age.
I've been doing it ever since on my family, my dogs, the
nurses at work, and one time on myself as I braced myself
against a wall to penetrate the pressure points along the
spine.

Only a few of us know how to do it: my sister, my family
doctor's daughter, her sister, her son. I taught my husband
and a nurse at work how to do it, and they are whiz kid's
with their own style and flair for healing.

I am doing research on Mechano, as we call it, so that I
can disseminate this information by way of a book I intend
to write.

My Homeopathic family doctor's daughter and I just began
exchanging this massage every Wednesday at eleven in the
morning.

I go to her house because it is conveniently located in the
heart of our hometown, across from a nineteenth century
church, with a mammoth bell which rings the time on the
hour.

Her home was built in the mid 1800's. My friend is caring
for the house which has been inhabited by four generations
of her family, up to this point in time.

Nineteenth Century antiques furnish this mansion, every
room of it, not because it's decorated that way, but
because this is the way it's always been.

The smells take me back to my earliest memory. I was raised
in that house as well as my family residence, which is
located one mile across town.

After the treatment exchange, I left the house,
rejuvenated, feeling alive and energized. Ideas were
swirling around my head about the Mechano book, the title
of which has yet to be determined.

I recently joined Pat O'Bryan's Portable Empire University

audio presentations.

In order to go to The Portable Empire Island, I had to
create what is called a walking, talking avatar, complete
with an outfit, hair style and color, facial and body
structure of my choice, any and all of which I can change
at any time.

Her name is Mooie Infinity.

She feels like my alter ego.

I worry about her as I go about my first life.

I voiced these concerns to Pat's avatar, Koanwrangler
Ibanez, who generously offered his roof to Mooie, situated
by a lovely fountain with lavender colored water complete
with the sound effect of rippling water, when the Portable
Empire Island isn't in full swing.

My dogs absolutely love the soothing sound.

In the time-line of one day, I went from the 19th century
to the future, which is now.

I went from a musty smelling 19th century room overlooking
the oldest inland street in America, to a virtual reality
ocean front property at Second Life, with others who desire
to socialize, network about their businesses, and offer our
support to one another.

It's quite the mind trip.

Space travel.

Time machines.

Learning centers.

The greatest alternative to bar room socializing I've ever
seen.

We do live in interesting times.

MySpace For Marketing

In its initial stages, MySpace was a virtual gathering spot
for teenagers mostly, and not much more than that. There
are still lots of teenagers on MySpace and there's still a
lot of socializing going on, but MySpace has evolved. These
days, companies and individual marketers both have a
significant presence on MySpace. MySpace, in a very real
way, has become a tool.

There are different reasons for having a MySpace page, but
most of the reasons beyond socializing come down to a
common motivation: money. It's not much surprise that money
is a motivation. Money is likely the most common motivation
there is. The surprise may be that it's actually possible
to make money on MySpace. It is possible to make money on
MySpace, and it can happen in one of two ways.

People can, and do, sell things on MySpace. Some people
sell things directly, some people sell things by placing an
affiliate link to follow on their profile page. Selling
something directly on MySpace likely won't get someone very
far. MySpace is still considered by most users to be a
social site, not a commerce site, and the appearance of
actively selling may have some negative residual effects.
As is the case with anything, however, if something is
unique and meets a desire, people will want to have it.

The second method for making money on MySpace, the most
common and the preferred method, is to advertise. MySpace
itself is entirely an ad site: MySpace places advertisement
on literally every one of its site pages. Individuals, or
companies, with MySpace profiles can engage in the same
type of strategy. A well-done MySpace profile can and is
used as a calling card. Every motion picture released with
a teen audience in mind has a MySpace profile of its own.
These profiles are splashy, and colorful, and at least
attempt to be fun, but their sole purpose is to advertise a
product.

Many individual marketers, Internet marketers especially,
have MySpace profiles. Marketers typically use their
MySpace profiles to sell themselves as experts in making
money online. A reason for marketers to use MySpace is the
possibility for networking, and also that MySpace is free
to join. At the very least, a MySpace profile provides a
web presence that costs absolutely nothing to maintain. For
that reason alone, putting up a MySpace profile is
worthwhile to some people.

MySpace additionally allows for the personalization of a
profile's url, to easily connect a profile to a person's
name, for example, or to a company name. One thing to bear
in mind when thinking of establishing a MySpace presence is
that all MySpace profiles have advertising on them, and
that the user has no control whatsoever over a profile's
prepackaged advertising content.

3. Comment on blogs that are related to
your field. If you are allowed to add comments about the
issues being discussed, take advanced. Add insightful
comments about topics and leave your website link. Your
comment and your link will remain on the blog website
permanently.

4. Check out traffic exchanges. There are
several kinds of traffic exchange programs but the ideas
are are the same - team up with other website owners, and
they send you traffic in exchange for you sending them
traffic. Do a search for "traffic exchange" and you will
find these services.

5. Create something of high value that has no expense to
you accept your time. It can be a report with useful
information that you allow people to give away. Try writing
your own e-book, or creating website that people naturally
pass on to their friends because it has a "wow" factor of
some sort. Of course, the pass-around item will include
your advertisement and your link, spreading the word about
your website. This is what "viral" marketing is all about.

6. Start writing your own articles on the topic related to
your website, with your link included as well as your
author bio. Submit your articles to article directories,
you may also use software that auto summits your article.
