Make good money offering Real Estate Loans and Credit Repair Services.

Only about 30% of the US population has the opportunity to
participate in the "American Dream" of becoming a home
owner. You can help the rest of the population looking to
achieve their dream.

This program gives you everything you need to set up your
own business. More and more people are looking for good
financial solutions through the internet today than ever
before. You can now offer all these services, great loan
rates, buying or refinancing loans and credit repair
program, through your very own business web site.

Now, you may be asking yourself this question; How much can
I make in this business and how difficult is it? That is a
great question. First of all, how much can you make. I am
sure you know that real estate is where the big dollars
are. You probably have also heard that loan officers and
brokers also make a lot of money. You may have bought a
house or two, and you may have refinanced the mortgage. If
so, then you know that part of the closing costs on all
these transactions includes a commission for the loan
officer or broker. Well, now you too can take advantage of
the mortgage industry, and make a commission on every
prospect you refer. The second part of the question, is it
difficult, is also a no brainer. With this process, you do
not need a brokers license, special training, a degree or a
real estate license. Just follow a few simple steps, and
you will be on your way.

With an established network of lenders, you are able to
offer your clients excellent rates. And, we do all the
work. It is difficult enough just to take care of the
ordinary day to day things we need to do in our lives, let
alone having to run around and learn everything we need to
know in order to find a good loan for a purchase of
refinance. We do all the work so you can offer your clients
peace of mind, and a hassle free experience. Your clients
will enjoy the opportunity to work with you, and this will
lead to many word of mouth referrals.

You can find clients everywhere. One of the greatest ways
you can help older folks in our communities is through
Reverse Mortgages. This is a special program that allows
our parents and grandparents, to turn the equity in their
house, into cash for everyday expenses, or to just have a
little fun. They never have to repay the loan, but they
still enjoy the benefits of having cash in the bank today.
Not all brokers can offer this service, but with our
program, you can offer these reverse mortgages. You will
find many potential clients in your local retirement
communities. They will be grateful to you for offering this
service.

Advantage Conferences Online Review and Description

Advantage Conferences was founded in June of 2003 by Tim
Darnell. Based on Christian principles, the company offers
positive, inspirational, motivational, and instructional
personal development material with the goal of improving
customer's lives. Advantage Conferences products are
available through independent Advantage Conferences
representatives. Representatives promote products that
include The Brilliant Business Collection, The Messenger,
Your Virtual Vault, and The Quarterly Teaching Series.

Conferences are held on a regular basis all over the world
for representatives to invite their prospective Clients to.
"The Millionaire Mindset Income Producing System" is
explained as a dynamic automated method that guarantees a
sizable income. Advantage Conferences has an array of
business systems designed to make participants "ethical"
money in a uniquely legal way. Distributors join to
develop positive personal growth and improve their lives
while marketing these materials to others through the 2-Up
marketing program. After their initial two sales are given
back to the person that introduced them to the program,
they will hopefully make money by introducing this program
to a third and fourth person, and so on.

Let's see what it really costs to join Advantage
Conferences. Each product has a $7000+ price tag. Once a
person joins, they are now qualified to bring in clients.
Before a new representative makes any money, they must give
their first two qualifying sales to their qualified
sponsor, costing another $14,000 (2x$7000). That is how a
2-Up works. Now they didn't have to pay that other
$14,000, but it is money that they would have made because
they brought in those first two sales. So, in essence, the
new Advantage Conference representative has given up
$21,000 before even being able to earn any money with
Advantage Conferences. This, however, is not so bad...
they will just need to find more clients. Oh, there is one
other problem though. Those first two sales that they
brought in will now break away from them, even though they
are their Advantage sponsor. Both of the new affiliate
representatives now become the new direct competition.
Unfortunately, this doesn't motivate the qualified
Advantage Conferences representative to help the new
associate since they will become their competition.

The Advantage Conferences compensation plan definitely does
not create team synergy. The conferences and seminars are
pricey and the motivation for a new representative to help
those they bring in is simply not there. Many people
struggle with a 2-Up program while waiting to make that
third & fourth sale just to break even. If you are a
seasoned Internet marketer and you don't mind spending over
$7000 and passing up your first 2 qualifying sales, then
the Advantage Conferences business might be an okay fit for
you.

7 Steps to Make Your Website Your Client Attraction Magnet

When I started my online business in 1999, I had a website,
but did very little with it, as it seemed impossible to get
noticed by the search engines. My website simply served as
my online brochure and I had no plan in place to drive any
traffic there. Fast forward to 2007, and now almost all of
my clients come to me from my website. In fact, my website
has brought 5 clients to my door in the past week.

My website and my Internet marketing strategies do such a
good job of promoting my business that when clients contact
me, it's usually to say, "I've been to your site and I've
been reading the great info you provide. I know you're the
one to help me. When can we get started?" Consequently,
I'm rarely in the position of having to "sell" someone on
the benefits they'll gain by working with me, as my website
takes care of most of that for me. I think that's very
cool, as I absolutely hate trying to sell myself.

What can you do to make your website your client attraction
magnet? There's so much information out there about online
marketing and so many directions from which to choose that
it's easy to become overwhelmed and confused Whether you
have a website and have been online for awhile or are just
getting started on creating your Internet presence, here
are the most important first 7 steps you can take to get
more clients from Internet marketing and create your own
client attraction magnet:

1. Domain that reflects your brand. The domain name from
which you transact all of your online business should
reflect your brand in some way. You can accomplish this by
purchasing a .com version of a domain name that is the same
as the name of your business or by buying a domain
containing keywords relevant to your business. Before
buying your business domain, make a list of keywords that
someone might use to find you online. This list could
include your industry, your target market or niche, a
problem your target market has, or a solution that you can
offer. If you've been in business for awhile, it may make
most sense to simply stick with the business name you have
been using rather than trying to rebrand your business
online. I highly recommend GoDaddy.com for all domain name
purchases.

2. Basic website. In order to have a website and email
addresses from your chosen domain, you need to purchase a
reliable hosting account for your website. At a minimum,
the services that you'll want in your hosting/design
package include: hosting for 1 domain, 5 GB of space, 200
GB of monthly transfer volume (tied to how many visitors
your site has), 10 email accounts, 10 MB storage per email
account, 24/7 support, and basic website statistics.
Resource: I highly recommend Aaces.com, HostMySite.com,
and iPowerWeb.com for website hosting.

A very basic and attractive initial website of roughly 5
pages can be created by a web designer for as little as
$350. Or, if you prefer to do it yourself, you can
purchase Frontpage, Dreamweaver , or download a free HTML
editor, Nvu, at Nvu.com and either build your site from
scratch or customize a pre-made template. Another option
is to use a hosting service that provides an online
interface for website design, creation, and updates. This
type of service enables anyone who's familiar with
Microsoft Word to log in and create content, add images,
and add pages to their very own website. The major
providers of this type of service include GoDaddy.com,
Yahoo Small Business, and 1and1 Web Hosting.

As you think about your site design and navigation,
determine the look and feel you want to convey on your
site, and make your content persuasive. Remember, people
visit websites because they have a problem to solve.
Visitors to your website will decide to hang around and
browse through your site based on how well you answer the
following:

* Who am I and why am I qualified to do what I do?

* Who is my target market? What are their problems?

* Do I fully understand and offer solutions to those
problems?

You've got less than 10 seconds to capture a visitor's
attention. So, it's imperative that your site speaks
directly to your target market and that they get a good
sense of who you are and what you offer so that they can
get to know, like, and trust you and eventually buy from
you. If you're not clear and confuse them, they'll be
leave, so don't let them be distracted by pretty bells and
whistles on your site. It's the content, call to action,
and ease of navigation that ultimately matters in site
design.

3. Call to action. Present a clear call to action that is
clearly shown on every page of your site. Your primary call
to action should be getting the visitor's name and primary
email address by asking him subscribe to your ezine or by
giving him access to a free information product like an
ecourse, special report, audio/video recording, or ebook.
In order to do this, you need to purchase and learn to use
email marketing software that helps you capture visitor
contact information. I highly recommend aWeber.com for
this task, as it enables you to build, develop, and manage
your online contact database.

4. Client-capturing device. The best way to obtain contact
info from a visitor is to create an information product in
which the content is so compelling that the visitor gladly
parts with his/her name and primary email address to obtain
the free giveaway. By giving you their contact information,
they have become a warm lead and you can start to develop a
relationship with them and begin to market to them.

The easiest way to create a client-capturing device is to
simply make an electronic recording of you talking about a
topic that helps your target market solve a problem, have
the recording transcribed, edit it for readability and
continuity, create a cover, save it as a PDF file, and you
now have a client-capturing device you can give away.

5. Stay-in-touch mechanism. A regularly published ezine,
or email newsletter, is one of the most effective ways you
can keep in touch with your prospects. For the greatest
success, publish your ezine consistently on a weekly basis.

Since you're developing a relationship with your prospects,
the best way for them to get to know you is to let your
"voice" permeate your newsletter. Demonstrate your
expertise in your ezine by writing articles addressing
relevant issues of your target market and how they can
resolve the issues. Keep your newsletter short and to the
point and create 3 columns for each issue -- a personal
welcome and insight from you, a main article that provides
useful information for your readers, and an invitation to
buy a product, buy your services, or attend an event.

6. Your first product There are any number of types of
information products you can sell online. The ones that are
easiest to create and require little investment (other than
your time to create them) are those sold as an electronic
download. The quicker you can develop your first product,
the closer you are developing both an effective marketing
funnel and multiple streams of income for your business.

7. Traffic generating strategies. Once you've built it,
will they come? Only if you start to implement some
traffic generating strategies. My favorite traffic
generating strategy is article marketing, in which I write
a new article each week and submit it to online article
directories through my article submission service,
SubmitYourArticle.com . I've had my articles reprinted on
blogs, in ezines, in professional association newsletters,
and in print magazines. After reading my article from one
of these sources, the reader goes to my website, signs up
for my client-capturing device, and then receives my weekly
ezine that I use to develop a relationship with that
reader, who has now become a prospective client/customer.

Other effective traffic generating strategies include
pay-per-click advertising, being a guest on someone's
teleseminar, submitting online press releases, or creating
a blog or a podcast. You don't have to do them all. Just
pick one and implement it consistently.

Follow and work this 7-step plan and experience first-hand
the joy of getting more clients online.

Social Networks Can be a Great Way To Market Your Business

A Social Network can be defined as a set of linkages among
an identified group of people. It is the set of people with
whom one maintains contact and has some form of social
bond. And with this comes the social support, a process in
which emotional, instrumental, or financial aid is obtained
from one's social network. However, the concept of
networking has come to play a significant role in the
formal relationships, rather than just focusing on one type
of tie like kinship, neighbourship, or friendship. Social
Network can be really fruitful for marketing a business as
well.

Marketing means running a first rate business and letting
people know about it. Every action the company takes sends
a marketing message. Building a business image is a
reflection of what you do and how you do it. A clever ad is
what pops into people's minds when they think about a
successful business.

Social Networking in the context of promoting business
refers to the concept of word of mouth advertising which
has been the basis of many successful businesses for years.
With niche social sites, this concept has now found a whole
new dimension in the world of internet marketing.

Word of mouth marketing in any industry starts with a few
interested customers who are spreading the good word about
your business. Whether they are raving about a great
experience, are especially fond of a particular product, or
just can't stop talking about the excellent customer
service they have received, these people are the anchor for
your social networking plan. Socialites are the people who
are always talking, they're likely to have a whole range of
contacts in their communities, and this may range from
local business owners to friends, family and coworkers.

While working with a tight marketing budget for your small
business, choosing the right initiative is very important.
Tapping into your own social network can bring countless
benefits, and creating a constant stream of customers
becomes easy with the right approach. Using your social
network involves just a little planning and strategic
control, but after the initial stage has been set, you can
watch your business boom from customer interest with very
little effort.

A few ways which can be tapped into your own Social Network
to market your Small Business:

1. Publish your satisfied customer testimonials. Make the
best use of brochure space, advertising copy materials, and
your website to feature or highlight specific people having
something positive to share about your business.

2. Tag your brand to your e-mail – Even for non-business
related e-mails, adding a tagline or catchy quote can help
keep the business on top of everyone's mind.

3. Become an expert – Join a mailing list, discussion
forum, or local blog and share your experiences as a
business owner. The more that people can put a face to the
name of your business, the more likely they will learn from
you and tune in to your activities.

4. Publish a blog – Set up a company blog, and personalize
it with your owner credentials. You can send invites to all
of your family, friends, and contacts and encourage them to
comment regularly about your findings.

5. Create an e-community – If you want to develop a seminar
or presentation about a specific topic, this is a great way
to invite new people to take part in a learning experience
– sponsored by your company.

Social Networks are used to in business to gain contacts,
affiliates, and customers. Spreading the word about your
business through social networking can become viral!

Link building on Steroids and mixed link text

With link building you are always looking to get the most
links for your efforts or even the linking efforts of
others. Multiplying the efforts of others is a great way to
get more with less work. At the same time mixing up your
anchor text in the right way can have a good effect, if
done correctly.

I always like to watch what others are doing in creating
links and indeed traffic to a site. Joel Comm has been
around online for quite a few years having set up a games
site before selling it to Yahoo!

His latest project in the next internet millionaire- A
reality online TV program, with a similarity to the
Apprentice - Hey if it works well on normal TV, why note
take it online in a niche area.

Not all that niche, just those who want to make money
online.

His superstar contest included using the contest itself to
create traffic- pretty smart. For example he firstly used
the contestants to put videos up on youtube and get the
friends to vote for each of them at the next internet
millionaire site.

Then, in exchange for a listing on the superstars page at
the site (which is no longer visible from the home page),
you needs to take a number of actions in which you gain
points.

To get listed on the site you needed to gain at least 50
points. Since the maximum points you could gain per action
was 10, you had to perform at least 5 actions to get
listed. How is that for a multiple linking/traffic strategy?

These actions included:

#1) "Digg" the video. – A vote for the site at the social
networking site Digg.com

#2) Rate the video at YouTube- The more good rating the
video gets, then the higher it gets up the rating, the more
stars then the more people see it and it ends up on the
home page of YouTube

#3) Embed the video somewhere in a site- Easiest option is
blog so also the site would mostly get a normal link to the
site as well. (I found a few like that)

#4) Link to them- A normal link to the site, which gets you
10 point. If you complete this task, you are qualified to
enter the Ipod giveaway contest- A nice incentive

#5) Tell your friends and family – He asks them to "pass on
the information" on.

#6) Become a MySpace friend. [5 points] – In which you ask
to become a friend of there Myspace site

#7) Visit the Squidoo page. [5 points] This is a very quick
task. Just go to the Squidoo page (called a "Squidoo lens")
and give us a 5 star rating.

#8) Stumble Upon Us. [5 points] Install the super cool
StumbleUpon toolbar. After you've installed it, need to go
to the website and while you're on the site, give it a
"thumbs up" on your StumbleUpon toolbar, and click the
"comment on this page" button to give it a good review.

#9) Submit a Press Release. [25 points] This is only for
people who have auditioned for the show. You can help them
and get free publicity for yourself at the same time by
submitting a press release to the media about your
involvement with our show!

If you look at the info above you will see he has aimed at
the Search engine traffic with normal links, the social
area using myspace and youtube as well as traditional
marketing using press releases.

This is sure to bring loads of traffic from all areas of
the net. If you were to apply any or all of the strategies
above, with a view to getting natural search engine traffic
(which most likely wasn't his major goal) then I would
suggest the following change: A focus on varied links text.

Here's what I mean –Its unnatural for ALL the links to your
site to have * exactly * the same text in the links. Its
unlikely to happen, at the same time you don't want to
confuse Google. You site is about one subject, so you want
to focus around that subject. Lets look a practical example.

A web site sells "Dog Clothes" online- you would want the
links to your site to be something like this

Dog clothes- majority of links Designer Dog clothes – some
of your links Small Dog clothes –the rest of your links.

You see that's very logical, also you will get some people
who will link to your site with your URL which is also to
be expected. You have kept the base keyword and then added
the next most likely keyword. Make sense doesn't it?

So when you are looking to build links to your site,
especially for the primary purpose of search engine
ranking, keep in mind the base keyword and any words that
can build off that base keyword.

At the same time, looking at what Joel Comm has done, what
reason can you provide for your visitors to work for you,
link to you, how much value can you provide for them to
link to your site.
