5 Pieces To Starting A Work From Home Travel Agency On The Right Foot

5 Pieces To Starting A Work From Home Travel Agency On The Right Foot
As with any business you are looking to start, a work from
home travel agency has certain ingredients that are
necessary to getting it started properly. Without these
steps, many find themselves quitting before they have
gotten a chance to have any success whatsoever. Here are 5
pieces to starting a work from home travel agency on the
right foot.

1. Plan

Without a plan, you will have no clue where to go next. The
thing about the travel industry and the internet is that it
is constantly evolving. What this means to you is that your
plan will constantly be changing. But in order to be
prepared for what is to come, you have to have a plan of
some sort to guide you. Plan how you will reel in
customers, what marketing methods you will use, what kinds
of content you will have, and when you want to achieve
certain goals.

2. Research

Research is one of the most important pieces to any kind of
business. You can have the finest equipment and the best
work ethic, but without knowledge of your industry it is
extremely difficult to have success. You need to know where
your industry is at and where it is heading. By knowing
anything and everything that has to do with your industry,
you can better approach prospects and know how to entice
them.

3. Marketing

As I briefly mentioned in the plan section, it is vital
that you have a marketing scheme of some sort. Without
marketing and advertising, nobody knows that you exist.
Come up with a marketing plan that will reel in prospects
from multiple angles. And it does not have to be one
advertising method. The more methods you use the better
chance you have of reaching prospects.

4. Goal setting

Goal setting can be extremely powerful when jumping on a
travel business opportunity. Any type of business you start
can be difficult in the beginning, but giving yourself
goals to strive for will keep you motivated. When times get
hard, you will have your goals to keep you moving forward.

5. Confidence

Running a business is far from being an easy task. But so
many people do it because of the endless amount of benefits
it presents and the sense of pride that comes with it. In
order to run a business, you have to have confidence and
faith in yourself. The second you begin to doubt yourself
is the second you have failed yourself. You will make
mistakes, but you have to be willing to move on and make
that next big move to have success with a work from home
travel agency.

SubmitYourArticle.Com Review

SubmitYourArticle.Com Review
SERVICE DETAILS

SubmitYourArticle.Com is an article distribution service.
For a monthly fee they will distribute 8 of your articles
per month to hundreds of publishers and article directories
for you. They also provide a service entitled article
leverage which allows you to alter parts of your article,
so that a slightly different version of your article
appears at each different article directory.

ABOUT SUBMITYOURARTICLE.COM

As I have explained above SubmitYourArticle.Com is an
article distribution service which distributes your article
for you and also comes with the additional article leverage
service which alters your article slightly for each new
directory it appears in. To review this service I will
talk you through the typical article distribution process
using SubmitYourArticle.Com and article leverage then
provide an overall opinion on the service.

So to begin you log into your account and click the 'Submit
an Article' button. You are then presented with a form
requiring you to enter; the article title, the article
itself (in plain text format), your resource box/author bio
box in both plain text and HTML format (useful if you want
your links to be anchor text links), a short description of
the article, the article keywords, the article URL (for
example if you have published the article on your website
you may want to enter that URL here) and the article
category. Then you preview your article and if
everything's OK then you can save it. Overall, this stage
is pretty simple and is no different from entering your
article into a normal article directory form.

Once your article has been saved you have the options to
edit it, publish it or delete it. At this stage you may
also notice one of SubmitYourArticle.Com's additional
features - Article Boost. If there are any potential
problems with your article that may prevent them from being
published, Article Boost will detect them and notify you
here. You can then make the necessary edits to your
article. I've found this to be a pretty useful feature
because sometimes my article is too long or not formatted
correctly, so it's good to know this right away.

After this you will want to submit your article. You have
the option to submit it normally meaning the same article
goes out to all directories or via Article Leverage which
means an altered version of your article is sent to each
article directory. If you choose normal distribution then
you're finished - that's all you have to do to submit your
article. However, if you choose article leverage there are
a few more stages. I generally choose article leverage to
avoid the issue of duplicate content.

If you submit via Article Leverage the first screen will
ask you to enter two or more variations of your article
title. You just think of as many as you can and then wack
them in here. Next you are asked to enter a variation or
two on your existing introduction. Then your asked to
enter variations of random sentences within your article.
After this you are asked to enter variations on your plain
text and HTML resource boxes which is useful if one article
can potentially promote multiple websites. Once you've
done this you are taken to a preview page where you can
view potential variations of your article. Once your happy
with everything you can complete the final step and
distribute your article. Overall, article leverage takes
an additional 20-30 minutes but I think it is time well
spent.

So that's all their is to the SubmitYourArticle.Com
service. Using Article Leverage I would say it takes a
maximum of 30 minutes to submit your article - a
significant time saver if you compare the time it would
take for you to submit your article to every article
directory manually. I've also got to compliment the
customer service at SubmitYourArticle.Com. When I started
out I had a query and they responded promptly and were very
helpful.

So do I have any criticisms? Well my first criticism is
that they limit the number of articles you can submit each
month to 8. Although I haven't managed to write more than
8 in a month it would be nice to submit unlimited articles
each month for the fee. Secondly, your article
distribution credits do not carry over into the next month.
If you only submit 5 articles in month 1 then you cannot
submit 11 in month 2. This is quite annoying if you are a
bit slow with your article writing one month.

Overall, I highly recommend the service. Although the
limits on article distribution are slightly annoying it is
such a relief to just enter your article into the form and
then let SubmitYourArticle.COm do the rest. Manually
submitting articles used to take me hours but now I can
have unique versions of my article out there within 30
minutes. Plus, they also provide you with a lot of
additional information and advice concerning article
marketing. I've learnt a lot from the
SubmitYourArticle.Com newsletter which has helped me
improve my articles, titles and resource boxes.
SubmitYourArticle.Com have provided me with lots of new
information, a great service and saved me huge amounts of
time which in my opinion is well worth the monthly fee.

GOOD POINTS

- Seriously reducest the time to submit an article to
hundreds of directories.

- Article Boost identifies potential problems with your
article that you may have missed yourself. - Article
Leverage allows you to distribute unique versions of your
article to all the directories. I can't even imagine how
long this would have taken manually.

- The additional resources on article marketing are really
useful and have taught me a lot.

BAD POINTS

- You can only submit 8 articles per month.

- You cannot carry over article credits to the next month
so if you do not submit 8 articles each month you are
losing out.

HOW I HAVE GAINED FROM SUBMITYOURARITCLE.COM

First and foremost it has saved me a huge amount of time.
Submitting articles manually is a long and tedious process
which has now been reduced to around 30 minutes thanks to
SubmitYourArticle.Com. Secondly, I have learnt how to
improve the quality of my articles, titles and resource
boxes so that they got more views, more clicks and
ultimately generate more traffic for me.

If You Are New To Internet Marketing, You Need To Know This

If You Are New To Internet Marketing, You Need To Know This
To succeed on the Internet, you have two challenges. First
you must drive qualified traffic to your site. Second, you
also must compel site visitors to convert themselves into
prospects or customers. And that is pretty much all there
is to online marketing success. But that is just the tip of
the online marketing ice burg.

When boiled down, online marketing is a pretty simple
proposition. The complications only arise when you consider
the options involved in making it happen. Some of the first
questions you should ask yourself about starting an online
marketing business are:

* Do I know how to find prospects on the internet?

* Do I know how to convert my prospects into customers?

* How long will it take for me to start making enough money
to keep me interested in pursuing this online marketing
business?

* What do I do to start this online marketing business
making money fast?

The answer to all those questions vary so wildly, there is
simply no way to address them in this article. You would
have to approach your online marketing from various angles
depending on the price, profit and nature of what you are
marketing. That is also why buying a particular software
program or e-book will really not be the end all solution
you had hoped it would be.

Choosing your online marketing business should have more to
do with the help or mentoring that is available than the
actual product you would be marketing. That sounds kind of
backwards doesn't it? Think about it. There are literally
thousands of successful money making opportunities out
there. Any one of which could be just the thing for you.
But how did the people who are getting rich in those
opportunities do it?

They were either 1) lucky, 2) had already paid their dues
and knew what they were doing, or 3) they had a mentor that
helped them do it.

Making better than average income via online marketing is
not hard. However, it's not so easy that anybody who
watches "8 full hours of the super duper video" can
reasonably expect to have a chance at it.

The most important things to look for in an online
marketing business to get involved in are:

1. Do you have access to a mentor to help you get started
faster and effectively?

2. What kind of access do I have to this mentor? Is the
access via video tutorials or live, one on one contact and
interaction?

3. How motivated is that mentor? To be truly effective
mentoring, it has to be a Win-Win relationship. Do you pay
your mentor directly or does you mentor get paid more the
better you do at your new business. (Hint: The second
option is best.)

4. How long will that mentor's interest in helping me
succeed be? One sale? Two sales? Indefinitely? (Hint: The
third option is best.)

Of course there are other important things to look for in
starting your home based business. One of the most
important considerations is your cost vs profit. For
example, how much does it cost to find and convert a
prospect to a sale vs how much profit do you make from that
sale.

In as concise and straightforward manner as I can possibly
muster, what I really am trying to get across to you is
that without a mentor you would, at best, only be guessing
that your business formulas are profitable. If you don't
have prior experience, what experience are you going to
draw from? It would have to be from a video or an e-book?
Would you stake your future on that?

Simply put, a personal, live and accessible mentor is your
most valuable asset.

What Is SEO? Part 1

What Is SEO? Part 1
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of
optimizing a website through an extensive mixture of tasks
that help improve a website's presence on the search
engines. So this brings up the question, "What is a Search
Engine?" This question can easily be answered by asking you
to get on the internet and visiting Google.com, Yahoo.com,
or MSN.com. These are the most popular and Major Search
Engines. A search engine is an extensive database that uses
algorithms (the way information is collected) to pull
information quickly and efficiently, making information
easily available. A person using a search engine will
specify criteria (keywords/phrases) about something they
are interested in for example "Real Estate". When a person
enters their search criteria into the search engine they
hope to find information that is most relevant to the
keywords entered. This is the main goal of a search engine,
to give its users totally relevant results of their search
criteria.

Now it is important to know how search engines work to
understand the question "What is SEO?" Search Engines use
robots or spiders, which are software that gather
information and bring it back to be analyzed at the main
Search Engine Index or in simple terms the main central
database that stores all the information. This process in
which the search engine spiders gather this information is
called "Crawling", or "Spidering". Here is the best way we
could think of explaining this process. Imagine a spider
family that needs to gather Food (in the case of the WWW
think of food as the HTML text on your website) to bring
back to the main spider-web (Search Engine Index
"Database"). The spider uses a highway (HTML Links on
Websites) to gather food faster and more efficiently. Once
the spider has gathered food, it then takes it back to the
spider-web (Search Engine Index "Database"). Now the
information is sorted out, and the Search Engine uses this
information to help the user find what he or she is looking
for. So when someone searches "Real Estate" the Search
Engine will provide results that are most relevant from its
database. Note: Search Engines are constantly changing the
way their spiders collect information and how it is stored
in their Index, this is why it is so important to stay
up-to-date on changes and techniques.

Keep in mind that on the search engines there are sponsored
links that are Paid Search results that usually are placed
on the top, side, and bottom of the natural search results.
This is a whole other subject called Paid Per Click (PPC)
so keep in mind that SEO deals with natural rankings and
PPC deals with paid rankings.

Now that you know what Search Engines are and how they
work, you can now better understand what SEO (Search Engine
Optimization) is and how it can help you. Here is another
good example using the spider analogy. Think of a person
performing SEO (Search Engine Optimizer) to a website as
the spider feeder. This professional will optimize the way
that the spider collects food. In terms of a website the
professional will optimize the website so that the Search
Engine spiders will easily be able to gather the required
and relevant information.

SEO techniques that professionals do to optimize a website
for the Search Engines.

The Best Way To Generate Free Targeted Website Traffic

The Best Way To Generate Free Targeted Website Traffic
If you have a website or you promote someone else's'
website as an affiliate, you need to drive traffic to it.

Without traffic, you won't get visitors. And without
visitors, you won't make money, sales, get subscribers,
etc. What good is a website without any traffic? And if the
site is getting traffic, what good is it if it's not
targeted traffic?

There are many ways to drive traffic to your site, both
free and paid. But we are not going to talk about paid
traffic right now. That is a totally different topic and
could take hours to cover.

So, back to free traffic. Some ways of getting free traffic
to your site is by Search Engine Optimization, surfing for
traffic, or getting it passively.

SEO takes time and a lot of work. When you join sites that
are surf for traffic sites, you have to look at other
members' sites in order to earn advertising credits for
your site to be displayed when another member is surfing.

The only problem with this is that although the traffic is
free, it is not targeted. Everyone who is a member only
surfs for the credit and very rarely even looks at the
site, they just minimize their window on their PC and
multi-task. So, the traffic is crap and worthless.

Now, let's talk about the best way to get free targeted
traffic. It's called Instant Buzz. Instant Buzz is a
service that gives you advertising credits as you surf the
web like you normally would. What you do is download the
toolbar for free, it only takes a minute. Then, you set up
your ads in the members area. And bam, you ads are being
displayed on other members' tool bars as they surf.

You can also put Instant Buzz ads in emails that you send
to your friends. These are called mail space ads. And your
ad will get displayed in other members' emails. The last
thing you can do is put a hyperspace ad on your website
which will help you refer other members.

When you refer other members, you will also get a
percentage of the credits they earn which will go towards
your ad credits.

If someone likes your ad and is interested in what it says,
then they click on it and end up on whatever site it was
that you were promoting. Now that's targeted traffic! And
it was free.

So make sure you visit the link in the resource box to
start driving targeted and quality traffic to your website
today. It will only take you a couple of minutes to start
bringing visitors to your site.
