1. Franchise:

A franchise is an agreement between two parties which gives
a person or group of people (the franchisee) the rights to
market a product or service using the trademark of another
business (the franchisor). If you are looking into a
franchise business, you need to know that a good amount of
money needs to be invested (Usually between $50,000 -
$1,000,000) when you first start. If you get into a
franchise business and it is a well known name, you can
make a lot of money.

2. Network Marketing:

Network Marketing is a business model that allows a company
to market their products directly to consumers by means of
relationship referral and direct selling.

The way that this works is by having the independent
distributors develop their organization by recruiting a
downline of people under them who also build their own
teams.

So lets say that person A recruits person B. Person B
becomes very excited and buys the company's products.
Person B then starts to recruit his own team and sponsors
person C. When person C buys the products, person A and B
get commissions on that.

Distributors earn a commission on the sales efforts and
team building of their organization, which includes their
own efforts as well as the leveraged sales efforts of their
downline team.

3. Online Affiliate Programs:

Affiliate programs are run by ecommerce websites looking
for ways to increase their sales. Anyone with a website can
actually sign up with their program. Once a person signs up
with their affiliate program, they are given a direct link
that they can send customers to. Once the affiliate sells a
product through their own affiliate link, they get a
commission for that.

Here is a small example. If you sell a work at home
program, and the product's price is $39, you as the
affiliate will earn about $26-$29 for that sale. The more
sales, the more money you can make as an affiliate.

4. Real Estate:

It is very true that people are making very good money by
buying and selling homes.

Usually a person will look for cheap homes that need to be
fixed, inside and out. Houses like these usually sell for
less. Someone will put up their house for sale, a buyer
will come in and invest money in it. When all the paper
work is done, the buyer will fix up the house both on the
inside and outside. After the kitchen, garden, bathroom,
and living room have been re-modeled, the person who bought
the house for the cheaper price, can sell it for more and
make good money. This is called "flipping" the house.

There are plenty of good books out there that talk about
buying and selling houses and making good money in the
process. If you go to your local bookstore, you can
actually find very good books on this subject.
