informal structure and are pyramids. Whatever kind of
Multi-Level Marketing Avenue you decide to build upon you
should be convinced that it is going to be as successful as
you think it would be.
There are two forms or sides to MLM businesses. A first
side is the offline or physical side and the online or
internet side. You should know that the offline form
requires much more formality and capital. You would have to
register a company, copyright any special business ideas,
and have a couple staff. Obviously this form is much more
expensive and I personally would prefer the online form
which requires only a business name, website, and one
person (you) to run it.
The second form or side includes the methods you follow
when starting your own MLM Company and they are either:
Building your own customized and copyrighted MLM business
idea or Following the ideas of an already existing
non-copyrighted MLM business
Creating your own business idea usually involves more
background work and is a lot riskier. Most other people or
companies wishing to join the MLM business train would
usually follow the ideas of another already existent
business.

- Have a great business structure verifiable by people
signing up with you
- Incentives and bonus plans for hard-working clients
should be available
- Have a flexible, efficient and wide-spread payment system
- Ensure you announce copyright ownership of the product
you offer
