The fifth character is flexibility.

Take the chance and be open. It is important to be able to

you are in charge. There are no job descriptions to limit
your assignments.
Building a business takes time, even when you have the
right characteristics for the business. It is not build
over night. It is build over time. If you are willing to go
the extra miles, put up the time and effort needed, you
will be able to enjoy your success. At the end of the day,
only your determination and persistent distinguish yourself
