PERSONAL SUCCESS PRINCIPLES
1. Passion- The richest people of all time achieved success
because they were passionate about what they set out to
acheive. For example, Bill Gates was passionate about his
vision of having "a computer on every desk and in every
home. His passion allowed him to become one of the
wealthiest people in the world.
2. Visualization- Identify what it is that you would like
to achieve. Perhaps it's a new home, a new car, or a yacht.
Make it something that is tangible! Really get into the
feeling of having it in the present tense. Then, open you
mind to receive it as if you expected it to be once it
arrives.
3. Purpose (determination)- Without "Purpose" one can
easily be led astray from the path that he/she is on. When
you are working with purpose, no obstacle can keep you from
reaching your goal. In fact, the obstacle becomes 1 of 2
things.... either and insignificant event, or an
opportunity to succeed.
4. Commitment- Committing to your goals and staying on
course to reach them is probably the single most important
thing you can do. Without commitment everything else in the
cycle will fall out of motion.
5. Faith- You must have an unwavering faith that you WILL
accomplish what you have set out to achieve. It is a
knowing that you are on the right path, and by staying on
the path, you cannot help to achieve success.
6. Personal Development- As you work on yourself and gain
new skills, you become proficient and efficient, which is
then coupled with the confidence you require to achieve
your goals. Suddenly, you know who you are, the values you
represent, and the values which you can provide to others.
BUSINESS SUCCESS PRINCIPLES
1. Income Producing Activities- Always keep in mind that
business does not work for "US". "We" have to work for the
business. We can only expect compensation when our work
efforts are in alignment with what we are expecting. Take
time each day in some form of action to set the financial
process in motion.
2. Mastermind With Business Partners and Other Leaders-
Through these sessions, you will learn new ideas that can
expand business growth. This can be done via, training
calls, training events, or national and international
conferences. This process is otherwise known as "The Law Of
Association." By masterminding with other leaders and
self-made millionaires, there a good chance that you will
learn the steps that you'll require to match the results.
3. Cultivate Leadership- Expect others to step into
leadership positions. You cannot force someone to achieve
success. There will come a time when every human being has
the desire to step into their own personal greatness. When
that time comes, the individual will take personal
responsibility for what they set out to acheive, and will
be like a locomotive with a destination. I personally
expect every person who I work to step into their own
personal greatness in day 1 of opening their business.
Anything less is just a hobby.
4. Be Consistent- Find a daily method of operation that
works and stick with it. Do not get distracted by external
sources or guidance that will take you away from your
business responsibilities. Set a time each day that you
will dedicate to your business activities, and do not
entertain interruptions. Unless there is an emergency at
hand, take care of non-business activities during
non-business hours.
5. Be Persistant- Stay focused! Do not let up, and only
make decisions that will bring you closer to your goal. As
long as you are persistent at achieving the results you
desire, you will not fail. Through this persistance and
drive you will be very careful with the decisions you make
and will not let outside forces keep you in the rut that
you so much desire to get out of.
6. Set A Goal- Without a goal, you have no destination. In
fact, it then becomes just a wish for better things to
come. So, decide what it is that you want, and set a date
as to when you would like to achieve it. Expect to reach
this goal, almost to the point that if you do not achieve
it, then something catastrophic will happen.
MINDSET SUCCESS PRINCIPLES
1. Others First-Always Without Exception- There are 3
reasons people are really looking to start their own
business........
a. People want more time freedom to do the things they
love. Whether it's spending more time with their wife and
children, or just doing more of the things they love, but
cannot seem to find the time because of their demanding
hours at their place of employment.
b. Something has come up in their life whereas their
current income is not sufficient to cover the expenses.
Perhaps, it's a house, a new car, college tuition for their
chidren, retirement or some other factor that causes people
to seek additional sources of income. Perhaps they are
tired of working more hours for their employer and getting
less pay as each year goes by.
c. Quite possibly, most people are seeking to live a
meaningful, fullfilling, and exhillerating life that cannot
be achieved while working for an employer. People are
seeking a way to really "LIVE LIFE" before they die. To
live the way life is intended, and perhaps to leave behind
a legacy through their accomplishments.
Whatever the reason may be. Understand that we are here to
assist people and provide them with a solution to their
problem.
2. Be In Service To Others- As we work on ourselves through
personal development, we are enhancing our own knowledge
and skills. Each day we are getting better, and better. As
we approach the crest of the hill, it is our responsibility
to give back all that we have learned to the other who are
on the same path with us.
Provide your customers and business partners with more "use
value" than the "cash value" you are receiving from them.
One of the most important things to keep in mind is
this.....
It does not matter who gets to the top of the mountain
first. What matters most is how many people we take to the
top of the mountain with us.
This is the "true" definition of LEADERSHIP! Apply these
principles, and you WILL prosper.
