to get quality rest. It is not how much sleep you get every
night, but rather the quality of the sleep you get. It is
extremely hard to work on line when you are tired. It is
hard to concentrate, and it is hard to make good decisions.

Because you spend so much time staring at a computer screen
it is important that the glasses that you wear are of the
strength that you need them to be to correctly see the
screen. Today a new pair of glasses is not that expensive,
and it really is a shame that you would risk your
productivity just to save a few dollars.
