Most first-timers on the internet marketing scene resort to
affiliate marketing as their starting point in making a
living on the internet. But what does it take to be above
the crowd of thousands who are also affiliates? What does
it take to be a Super Affiliate?
There are many ways you can do that. But the most proven
tactics for achieving that status quickly is to follow the
following steps.
1. Write Articles: This is probably one of the most
effective, especially if you are thinking long term. What
you will basically be doing will be to write articles
targeted to the keywords of the affiliate product or
program you are promoting. You should write at least one
article for every keyword. You will then include the link
to your affiliate page in your bio box. You then submit
these articles to the article directories like
EzineArticles.com, Isnare.com, etc. Once they are included,
you should have a flood of traffic coming your way and if
you did your job well, a nice paycheck at the end of the
month. How about that?
2. Build Your Own Website: You can move your own waves
if you can take a day or two to setup your own website
instead of just linking directly to the affiliate page.
This shows that you are a professional and know what you
are doing. You should write and post some articles on your
website and link to your affiliate page from the articles.
You may also have a separate page where you write a review
of the product or program you are promoting and as usual
link to your affiliate page. If you do this correctly, you
should be able to build a reputation and make money online
at the same time. Got the point?
3. Build a List: This tactic is overlooked by over 90%
of affiliates online. Because you are promoting your
product does not in anyway mean that you cannot build an
opt-in list. In fact, you will make more money this way in
the long run. This is because you can promote other
affiliate or personal products to the same list in the
future. Thats more money right there. The best way to go
about this is to set up a squeeze page, where you offer
subscription to your free newsletter that offers some
values that the visitors need. You will then have them sign
up before they can enjoy the benefits that you offer.
4. Offer Bonuses: Who hates a quality bonus? Not your
site visitors, I know. To encourage them to buy the product
or program you are promoting, you may want to offer some
very high quality bonuses that are not available for free
anywhere online. This could be a software program or a
complimentary ebook that shows them how to be a step ahead
of the crowd, etc. This will also establish you as a caring
friend more than a hungry anonymous marketer who just wants
to make some bucks off them.
That is it. Being a super affiliate is all about being a
little more creative than the average Joe. Do what he
doesnt or cannot visualize himself doing and pocket the
extra dineros that accrue from it.
